I don't understand why all other mixers (someone corrects me if I'm wrong) don't use the option to give clients the possibility to get private keys
Giving private keys requires a whole different level of trust. In that case, there is no Letter of Guarantee to prove foul play. And it requires withdrawing fixed amounts.

Hello
Currently, we have implemented some protection measures for our servers which unfortunately affected website usability. For now it stays our priority, but we're working on it as we seek to make user experience better.
Thank you for your feedback

Welcome to the forum.
I hope that your presence will be useful for users to answer their inquiries and that you will be able to build continued trust with the Bitcointalk community.

It seems that there are already problems connecting to the servers. The connection is very slow loading page , as other users have previously stated, and this encourages users not to use the mixer if it will consume more time than necessary, especially since there are other mixers who are able to perform the service without disruption. Is there work in progress to deal with this problem and when is it supposed to end ?

Glad to see your presence here.
I visited the site and in FAQ, it shows that anything sent under the minimum will be counted as a donation. So I wish to know what's the minimum?
In service fee, I saw +0.0001 btc per each address, but what is that 0.5-2.5%? Is it going to be taken from what I'll be sending?
And are all the Satoshi units allowed or is there something like a fixed round figure that I need to send and anything above/below that will also be taken by you?

Hi
The absolute minimum is 0.001 BTC, but in case there is more than one receiving address and depending on the distribution of the mixing amount between them, the minimum might be higher
That's why it is not displayed on the homepage
I will add this info to FAQ though, well noticed, thanks

I visited the site and in FAQ, it shows that anything sent under the minimum will be counted as a donation. So I wish to know what's the minimum?

All the fees are withdrawn from the amount you send to the mixer, both 0.5-2.5% (depending on what you set up) and 0.0001 per each receiving address

In service fee, I saw +0.0001 btc per each address, but what is that 0.5-2.5%? Is it going to be taken from what I'll be sending?

All the Satoshi units allowed as soon as they're greater than minimum

And are all the Satoshi units allowed or is there something like a fixed round figure that I need to send and anything above/below that will also be taken by you?

Are you making plans for the site to be in more languages?

I think it would be interesting for the mixer to have more languages. It would be a way of attracting more public and differentiating itself from other mixers on the market.

Yes it will be good to more language option, that would boost their audience. Well the website is still in its early phase so expect a lot of updates. I would like if there is a windows version and also recommend the mixer should be available only on Tor network. The UI is well organized and straight to the point, it saves users the stress of searching.

I will give a proper review when I use the mixer.

I think having both the .com and tor versions is the best fit. Because who has to choose to use Tor or not is the customer and not the mix that makes that obligation.
What they can do is post a warning message to use Tor and VPN. Its use is strongly recommended.

I have got a question for OP (owner of this service).
Do you consider mixing bitcoins as money laundering? If not please explain.

I would like to mix some bitcoins and send it to a centralized exchange, so I want to know if the mixer works well with centralized exchanges or not?
Because as far as I know there are some centralized exchanges rejecting the Bitcoin coming from the mixers, so I would like to know before I try is there a problem sending the Bitcoin (mixed in your mixer) to the centralized exchanges?

Why taking all the risks by using an exchange address to receive mixed coins? I remember my binance  balance was frozen for 24 after depositing directly from the mixer. The amount was 50$ but the binance system seemed detect it as suspecious and has to check again my activities. This is what the support agent explained and i found it reliable somehow.
So, use the mixer and send mixed coins to your personal wallet address before resending it to your exchange address.

Thank you, that's what I was or asked about.

I was going to mix some bitcoins and send it to a centralized exchange but I remembered that I had read in some places that some exchanges have the ability to detect mixed bitcoins.

So here I am, according to your opinion, I need two wallets, one for sending bitcoins and one for receiving mixed bitcoins. Then I can send the mixed bitcoins from the second wallet.

No, because there is more than one reason for financial anonymity
Restrictions and regulations are invented by certain people, they have the same flaws as everyone else. If there are no services that promote anonymity as a manifestation of freedom, it may not be possible to resist their transgressions or restrictions and decisions that you do not agree with. Of course, malicious use can be a side effect. But same is true for all other services, money laundering has existed long before mixers were invented. And any existing financial instrument can be used for both bad and good intentions.
Consider giving up VPN and anonymous nicknames on the forums, maybe you'll see my point

Centralized exchanges filter deposits by aml risk-score
Mixers, this one included, usually do not guarantee low risk-score of the result
So I would advise you to check it before sending to the centralized exchange. Best of all just to use decentralized exchanges

Mixer Sinbad does not currently offer such offers, and instead runs a signature campaign on the forum to introduce the service. There is no fear of trying the mixer using your own money and if you have doubts about the reliability and integrity of the mixer, you can use small amounts. The minimum amount that can be sent to the Mixer is 0.001 Bitcoin, which is equivalent to less than $17 at the current Bitcoin price.
They may launch a campaign to try the mixer in the future, so I advise you to stay tuned for updates, whether here or in the rest of the forum sections.

Can you provide a source, where it is possible to get a risk-score similar to what centralized exchanges would calculate?

Thanks for the tip, now I can confirm that the campaign coins are indeed "clean" Cheesy Also my mixed coins are not shown with an unexpected high risk, so at least for me I can not confirm that mixing coins will get you "dirty" coins.
