I don't believe about this possibility. Sinbad.io is running behind Cloudflare (and since the begining). So that already rules out the theory of a DDOS. Also, when a website is under attack, you can't access it, it's the purpose of a DDOS. Not to show you another website. Otherwise an attacker could show you a p*rn site to get more fun.

I did not see that there was any change in the DNS settings of the sinbad.io domain in the last 2-3 weeks. I don't think it's a hack. The day before, there was a problem accessing the site, I wouldn't be surprised if a DDoS attack happened. I believe Cloudflare is not omnipotent.

We are maybe worried for nothing but it would be nice if they come to see something, yes.

This has just been mentioned to the campaign manager, he will also contact them. Soon it will be found out where the problem arose.

About someone hikacking the website...
If it was the case, as a website/business operator, you're supposed to shut down your website entirely, turn off the server to find from where the exploit come from.

That's true, or you can redirect your domain to one of your parked domains this is one of the reasons why if you're running a website you need to have backup sites for redirection and the name could be similar to your main domain.

I'm promoting Sinbad so I would like to be positive, I'd like to think that the site is under configuration for a better one but at least their web designer should have a notification that the site is under maintenance and will soon relaunch, I hope there's no issue on domain ownership and everything will be ok.

But Sinbad clearnet website was really not avaialable and they said before about ddos attacks so this is not their first rodeo with that.
Now websites started working again and it has exactly the same design as before, and I dont care about design very much if website works like it should.

Here are no new complaints, so I guess this case is positively solved.

Hiperlink stopped working after about 36 hours after the beginning of the mix, it returns 404 now. But just after the transaction was sent the page showed me my transaction though with 0 confirmations. After the tx was confirmed I wasn't able to check the status.
I've added the link and the guarantee letter in the letter that I sent to your email (from the site): support*sinbad.io. Why can't you just check the inbox? All the relevant information is there.
I've already contacted your support by telegram either and still nothing.
It seems that you're not really interested in solving this issue? My funds're gone

The problem here is, people are not patient enough to wait and start assuming lots of scenarios in case they see anything happening or not happening around something. Same is the case here, so everyone started assuming lots of things about you because obviously, you guys are running a mixer and people from mixer always keep their identity anonymous, which is why these assumptions take place. Anyways, congratulations on setting everything back up and running. 🙌

Not patient? The mixer's industry is based on trust, it's logical to people to have doubts, and they're right. We have see so many differents cases over the years. I wouldn't use a mixer on TOR when I know the clearnet website is down.
After all, we're talking about money. It doesn't come from the sky

Now if the operator tells it before, that's somthing else. Of course, there is no need to log in bitcointalk everyday, but just a message to say "hello!". Or write a message "under maintenance" on the website, IDK. But uploading a random theme on the server?

Whether the issue mentioned in the post was resolved in an appropriate manner is one thing, what cannot be overlooked is what you highlighted. I would go a little further and add that if they are paying for a signature campaign (therefore use the forum to display their services) they should probably consider being more active here too.

Also, I think the issue has already been solved, I believe that rozenbaum would have announced himself here again if there was still a problem.

Although I saw many phishing sites related to the Sinbad service, I wouldn't be surprised if he were the victim of such a scam.

They are usualy pretty reactive via PM on this forum, did you tried to send them one in addition to the email to the support ?

I don't know what you wrote exactly in your email, but if you didn't provided the TXID of the said transaction, you should send them, it will give to their support the opportunity to check everything in a good way.

They are handling transactions without any issue actually, so I am sure that you will have soon an answer from their support. Keep us informed !

Did you use onion version or clearnet for mixing, and what email address you used for contacting Sinbad support?
I believe they have two email addresses, main one is support@sinbad.io and secondary address is adv@sinbad.io.
You should also send them personal message in forum to get reply, but they are not active in forum everyday.

Maybe manager Royse can remind them to visit this thread and reply to you.

He already tried to contact them via email and tried too the telegram channel and still struggle. not sure it's going to be faster; but yes I admit it's his last way to have a reply

I think it won't be resolved without anyone's help. I've just sent another letter to both the addresses mentioned here ("main one is support@sinbad.io and secondary address is adv@sinbad.io"). All the needed information is there, but honestly I don't believe anymore that I will get my money back.
Hope, you'll answer me by email. I didn't want to expose this problem but no actions was taken so I don't know what else I could do.

What different theme?

Someone posted screenshot during the time when Sinbad website was not available, it was different website design but I think this could be just a fake sinbad phishing website.
You can just confirm here if you are planning to change design of your website or not.
