If talking about long-term investment, I also only invest in bitcoin and should not invest in altcoins even though it is a good project, Luna and FTT are also considered as two potential projects until collapse.

People live in doubt because of the volatility of the market. Totally depends on what you've been holding because there are coins which are supposed to be dumped and forgotten or simply would be needing to cut lose but there are ones which are really that worth on holding on. This is why you should really be that wise when it comes to choosing on what assets or coins you've been dealing with and on the time that you would be having negatives on some good coins, then it would really be just a paper loss. It wont be realized as long you wont sell completely and this is where you would be ending up on being a holder if in case the price wont really be recovering.

That's true and most members in this forum know about phenomena like FOMO or Panic Sell, while many newbies don't. But don't overestimate our understanding or underestimate theirs neither: buying in a bear market requires a really great dose of patience that most people who invest in cryptocurrencies don't have.
