Rightly said and thinking about it, how many of us here actually had a formal education in cryptocurrency or Bitcoin in particular? It was all about being aware that something is happening which is Bitcoin and we just got interested and along the way started to educate ourselves about it and certainly not in the classroom. It is however a good thing that this is happening in schools, the education for Bitcoin and the Blockchains and I also believe in the near future we will be seeing more crypto-savvy people because of the Crypto Education in the institutions now. 

You should know that Bitcoin comes in an informal way, I don't expect much education on it by people. Most people are interested in the adoption of crypto simply because of the transaction and money they want to earn from it as it comes with various opportunities. Except a few that are interested in deeper knowledge, and these people are technical, and are willing to program. Regardless of what class anyone falls in, I will not blame them for this. Formal education on crypto will gain more attention only when it proves more worthy of employments in the future.

Crypto currency has been very consistent for years now and still yet has no much awareness. Crypto education is quite alright and very much good for proper understanding and clarity on how it works but work needs to be done in creating awareness so people would be much more aware of it's existence and how it works. When called to their awareness, then they would be willing to learn about it instantly without any much stress. Curricular activities can be set up in the universities for Crypto currency just like OP has mentioned that there are universities around the world that has already set up curricular/courses dedicated to crypto currency education in their various universities. This would go along way making the people more interested in it and increasing more adoption of Bitcoin globally. When the people gets educated in schools about Bitcoin and Crypto currency, they will go about educating others and this would lead to a wide and fast spread of Crypto because information is passive and dynamic. So therefore, it is expected that such information goes viral after being circulated through awareness and education in a classroom settings. This way, we can be rest assured that the message about Crypto and Bitcoin would definitely reach to the nook and crannies of all part of the world.

Exactly, today bitcoin and cryptocurrency apart from being considered an investment, it does not have too many practical applications in our lives, we love cryptocurrencies because they have high profit potential for us, but there are also many people who don't like them because of their high volatility. There is currently no official regulation for the crypto industry, so besides the huge profits there are also a lot of scams going on. The introduction of cryptocurrency into education sometimes does more harm than good, while today crypto enthusiasts can still find crypto literacy everywhere on the internet. I wonder, once regulation is enacted and if crypto becomes more stable, how many people will really care about it.

With just basic knowledge one can own and use cryptocurrency, take Bitcoin for example. One does not need to have technical knowledge before one can buy and hold Bitcoin as long as you can have a wallet on your mobile or desktop internet device you can safely store Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is highly privacy-conscious and for that one does not need to expose all your financial dealing by trying to convince people to adopt cryptocurrency as an alternative, by just creating awareness among the Mobile they are good to go with that as long as cryptocurrency is concerned.

Yes, it is time for all schools to impart crypto knowledge to all schools like they are teaching finance and technology. In a fast-changing world, it is super necessary for students to learn what's new and what's old so they won't get stuck behind. Children are the future so they need to be exposed according to their gifts, skills, and interests. But somehow, basic finance and technology are also being taught in all courses and even at secondary levels. Bitcoin is part of finance and blockchain is part of technology and they will play important roles in the coming years. And who knows, the next biggest inventions are the mere enhancements of Bitcoin and its blockchain.

Crypto education is important but it should not be made crypto education a priority, we should make crypto as a side education because there are many other lessons that we must focus on and prioritize, there are still many ways for us to learn about crypto, because I personally have never pursuing higher education I only graduated from high school but by reading on google and entering the bitcoin forum and being directed by my friend, now I can understand about all crypto currencies.

The world I'd rather prefer bitcoin which has made history and namebeven than the cryptocurrency it serve under, teaching bitcoin in schools is a very lucrative idea to help positioned the young ones to learning about bitcoin through the engagements of their academic school curriculum, but we cannot recommend cryptocurrency in general because we all know that in cryptocurrency there lies a lot of coins and are not worth a standard for currency, many were also scam while some die along the way like a flame and take away investors assets along, so teaching bitcoin as an instrucional material in schools is a way of securing the advance technology for the generations coming.

In my country, there is no such subject that teaches bitcoin. Nonetheless, I see a lot of young people who are passionate about crypto and are well-versed in it. What conclusion can we draw? It is simply impossible to stop it. Even without teaching at the official level, people still come to it and get knowledge from sources that are distributed on the network. 
Therefore, I do not see a big problem with education. As with mobile phones, sooner or later, everyone will see the full benefits of bitcoin.

When the benefits of bitcoin or crypto have begun to be felt, they will find out what crypto is and what its functions and advantages are. This of course will become common knowledge in the community. do not need to be included in the educational curriculum, because this will be gradual. The more modern society, the higher the mindset to be able to find out what technology is developing.

Some people think so, but some also believe in bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. although intangible but real benefits. High volatility is a risk that must be known in advance. any investment, all have risks with their respective doses.

I've never had a crypto education in school or anywhere else, I started learning crypto on my own of my own accord.

I do think that the world is slowly adapting to a digitalized version of services. The more that innovations would be introduced, the more that our current system of payment methods would also improve. It is already time for the world to start embracing this concept. There are already some countries who started to integrate cryptocurrencies to their finances and economics. For example, there are countries who started to recognize and use BTC as a form of legal tender in their country. Also, there are also countries that would set-up different cryptocurrency islands for its further development.

Bitcoin is way away from becoming a part of education curriculum at lower grades. Rather cybercrime and safety on the internet should be the next addition into the curriculum then gradually move to cryptography and crypto currency. It is more of a specialized course in my opinion and the brain required to understand this is not of a school kid.

I am against the idea that we should force feed everything that we want to our kids. Let them learn on their own and make their own decisions and if they find interest they will have a better outcome trying to catch hold of it.

What to be understood is that few countries have barely accepted Bitcoin and so is going to be a slow process until the time when some countries will feel left out and start doing the chase. Nothing wrong to try educating young people alongside money management because that is also about investment or options to invest and you won't turn down that possibility of financial growth for the young. The youths are the new generation and bitcoin is veritable for use in different places, platforms, apps and what more so why not. It is easier to transact with bitcoin wherever only to have the simple knowledge of wallet address and how to send and receive coin is enough to start an interest for further information and education.

Well, the word crypto most often used to mean cryptography before the advent of bitcoin, and it was taught earlier and is being taught now, but the cryptocurrency technology that appeared with the birth of bitcoin is already more secure from the field of finance, including using cryptography, so this is an area at the junction of several technologies.

Our education system is already adopting new topics all the time and I am pretty sure crypto currency’s is whole new dimension to study for us and the upcoming generation. Believe it or not slowly High school students are also getting more attention towards coding, making their own softwares and what not! With the crypto they have more to learn and more to understand about the new methods of understanding the blockchain.

I am definitely sure that adding such subjects would bring nothing but greatness to the knowledge we already have. Hope so future becomes brighter with every subject and courses.

I think bitcoin and crypto can be added as subjects as long as the government allows it in a country. and if the government allows and crypto subjects exist, it will certainly help and provide good opportunities, for the future of the students.

When we talk about crypto education, it is not limited to only cryptocurrencies. There is nothing much to be taught as a separate subject. The real education should be about the blockchain technology and how we can integrate our existing systems into blockchain to ensure more transparency.

It is very important for young people to be able to understand cryptocurrencies so that in the future when they are in power in government, they can make decisions about whether adopting cryptocurrencies is good or bad.
besides that out there are still many fake investments that say cryptocurrency, with in-depth education, such fraud can be stopped maximally. it's enough to make a FUD about bitcoin, it's time for education about cryptocurrency to spread to everyone, especially the younger generation.

Like in my case, a college friend of mine reached out to me on what I usually do for a living. I just told him that I am into Bitcoin and crypto industry, and he asked me if it was really good or not. Meaning to say based on my assessment, he isn't aware about it. But I responded that it was really great and been doing this for 5 years without convincing or forcing him to check it out.

At least I let him aware. But if he wants to know more about it, that's where education comes next.

For some, learning about cryptocurrrencies and how they work could act as a gateway for them to learn not only about internet technology but information technology in its entirety. I know a couple folks who started from mining cryptocurrencies and joining airdrops way back in 2015 who now owed their careers in the IT industry through the same path. Then again as with everything this is not a generalization and there could be other pathways people can take, but learning about cryptocurrencies will somehow impart you with the curiosity to know how it works, in one way or another.

When curiosity kicks in then you would really be eventually finding yourself on tending to learn up new things which it would really be just a typical action to be made up by someone.We are not all knowing kind of beings
which there are really indeed things which we cant know.If we do speak about money making opportunity then people would really be that interested most of the time, specially if they do saw that we do possess out
things which you cant really be able to obtain when you are just working with those typical jobs.If people find out that you are really that making money which is more than or comparable into your
day job then it is really just understandable that people would really be getting interested and would really be tending to jump and learn on what you are involving into.
