I am looking for a person from Nigeria (possibly someone with a bank account / bank card there) who will pay a small fee (around $12).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay this fee from outside.

I will pay $5 for help after the payment is credited, which is about $17 in BTC (or other crypto) in total.

Yes, it is about payment for some publication. Without this fee publication will not show up. I can be fully transparent with person that will make that payment.
