I think it's good that you protect yourself against this type of fraud. Because you are harmed, as well as all campaign participants.

One suggestion is that you use the @bitmover API to always indicate what balance the escrow has, visible as soon as you enter the topic.

That would be this api. The balance is always up to date.

Yeah it make more sense now, at least let our Managers have some conditions that cover them if  the company doesn't pay, the manager should not be drag into Making payment from his pockets, because that is every manager nightmare, I wonder how much fee have Ross777 gotten from the last company that scammed him for managing the campaign, that he will have to cough out such huge amount to pay campaign participants,.

Anyways we suffer to learn and I am sure this incident have thought us all, to be more careful with new projects popping up daily.

Great to see a solution has been arrived at in the shortest time, just hope project owners won't feel pressured to get wallets replenished...

Hope other mangers adopt some of the new rules especially avoiding payment liability in situations beyond your control .

All you need is the payment wallet balance, for easy viewing when entering the topic.
