The bitter experience from a recently closed campaign taught us something very valuable and to reflect that I am changing some general rules/wording in all of my campaigns. Continuing from today, A few changes on Sinbad campaign thread, please read carefully.

Current balance: 0.07412535 BTC (Sinbad management usually tops up the address at the weekend)

Great to see a solution has been arrived at in the shortest time, just hope project owners won't feel pressured to get wallets replenished...

Hope other mangers adopt some of the new rules especially avoiding payment liability in situations beyond your control .

There were unconfirmed outgoing transection but wasn't it supposed to be deducted once broadcasted?

There is an API to monitor the transaction. For example, the last (confirmed) transaction Royse777 posted here

I think this is already exaggerated.
All you need is the payment wallet balance, for easy viewing when entering the topic.

I like this comment. Because it make it clear to some extent that their efforts were not enough in this particular campaign but will be okay in other campaign that is if the expectation is normal. At least the removed users would understand why they were removed but whereby there is no statement on the particular case like this, it marveled the user (s) to think what kind of big crime he or she has committed that warrant the manager to remove him from the campaign, in some cases the user feel bad because there is no statement from the manager why they were removed. But whereby the manager make small phrase on that effect then the user(s) will also know the reason and sit up in the next campaign if the demand is needed there.
Also the managers should give a warning on the spreadsheet like "improve on your yourself or Spread your writing" which some of the managers had doing in the forum which I know of. But I don't know the sudden change of this new development. I recommend the above clause and such should be made.
