There are contestants in this particular contest whom are private messaging members who they don't even know trying to get them to vote for their work.  I specifically said no manipulating of votes in any way, no begging for votes etc.  I believe I'm going to disqualify this person but not sure if that's the exact course of action to take.

What I can/will say for right now, STOP IT.  Do not randomly bug people to vote for you.  It's against the rules of the contest as well as against forum rules.  

That beggars belief that people would do that, but yea I suppose there are cheaters everywhere.

I know there are finalities to do with Theymos but there is a clear winner.

Great competition and well done to ChiBitCTy for hosting.

I just wanted to thank everyone again for such a great turn out for year 1 of this contest. It far exceeded my expectations, to say the least! I’ve reached out to Theymos so he can put the finishing touches on the results, so stayed tuned for the winners to be revealed!

1) only Member+ votes will count, where copper membership does not on its own count as Member; and 2) users who haven't made a post in the year between the time of this post and 1 year ago will not be counted".

Thank you Theymos and ChiBitCTy for taking the time to organize and manage this contest. and thanks for everything. Each work certainly has its own uniqueness and becomes an extraordinary work. My work is also not perfect. This contest became the first pumpkin contest which was extraordinary, this will be the beginning of the next pumpkin contests.

Winning or losing doesn't matter, I'm amazed by all the work that was made. So many members are enthusiastic about participating in this contest. although at the beginning it was not so attractive.

This is amazing, thanks again Theymos, ChiBitCTy and several senior members took the time to give a lot of merit distribution for each work that was made.

A sweet pumpkin carving competition was organized by the efforts of some knowledgeable members of our forum on the occasion of Halloween.  Many contestants participated in the competition.  A vote was taken to select the best contestant among all the contestants.  You were elected by getting 32 votes in the said election.  So we wish you all the best from our forum.  I hope I can get some good gifts from you in the future.

Heads up to the winners- as I mentioned I’m in the middle of a move as we speak. It’s pretty much been a disaster so it’s going to take me a little longer to ship all the prizes out, but rest assured they are coming (I’m hoping to do so within about a week).

As I can see, peoples are not much interested in the result, and almost no one congratulates the winners except theymos and the Host. Come on, guys. You have voted for the winners. Other participants shouldn't be sad because you didn't win. Your participation was appreciated, and many merits were distributed among the participants. At least you can congratulate the winners and the hosts for the unique contest. A lot of newbies like me got tons of merits. Now they have vanished because there are no more merits (It's sad but true).

This competition was a lot of fun. Thank you Chi for organizing, and thank you legendary members for the merits. This was the highlight of my October- participating in the first annual Bitcoin carving extravaganza. And it goes without saying, I’m in next year as well. Maybe the prizes is already in its packaging or on its way, @Chibit asked me to resend the destination yesterday. The host explained the situation (maybe it's a bit private, can't mention it), and I accepted it.

It doesn't matter to me if even my prize is sent by next year, you'll be the first to hear from me. Don't worry.

Buddy, You are just twisting my words. It seems like you took it negatively. No, I haven't won anything from the contest, and I am not worried. I was curious, and that's it. Usually, winners post feedback and others congratulate them. I was expecting a celebration of winners and posts from others (it always doesn't happen). I was just following and curious about it. I am not sure if it looks like I am creating drama. Also, I don't know why you are in Attacking mode. You judged me too early, buddy. Never mind.
