1) 100% anonymous we are never going to ask you for any personal info or KYC BS it doesn't matter the amount
2) we are also going to have a live casino
3) we are going to accept privacy coins like XMR
4) You can place bets over the phone 24/7
5) Is going to be available worldwide

And how does this work exactly? I would be amazed if you pulled something like this off. With smart contracts or something?
I imagine that you have done your research and need a license, and to get that license there's ton of red tape, including aml laws that require blacklisting some people.

And don't you think that if this sort of casino / betting site was possible, there would already be hundreds of them. So please. Enlight us how you are cutting trough the red tape and found this betting holy grail when others couldn't.

Yeah it will take a lot of work but we are close here a small pic https://imgur.com/a/v0FdSvj | https://imgur.com/a/m5A214t well a lot of people are not willing to move to Costa Rica.

With our local regulation i am able to not ask for KYC and i am also allow to take bets from anywhere

Hi well we are in the process of opening a crypto casino and sportsbook we hope is ready in one month

Some features of our casino / sportsbook:
1) 100% anonymous we are never going to ask you for any personal info or KYC BS it doesn't matter the amount
2) we are also going to have a live casino
3) we are going to accept privacy coins like XMR
4) You can place bets over the phone 24/7
5) Is going to be available worldwide

what else should we add?

Let us know Smiley
No KYC "BS" for any amount as you say, is a must for a new casino as for now, since most of players have become very reluctant to gamble on casinos aiming to ask KYC and to lock their funds to avoid paying their winnings or to just scam them. So it's a very good point for your casino. A good feature to add could be lay betting on your sportsbook and a multiplayer table game like poker. Live RTP for slots and casino games could also be an interesting feature.

Sure i think we could enable that and Poker is also in our road map we have live game you can even talk with the dealer, take a look  https://imgur.com/a/m5A214t

as you can see members are sceptical about the "never going to ask for KYC". we've seen a lot of casinos come and go here in the forum that mentions they are not going to ask for KYC yet their ToS says otherwise. just like what UserU have said, in the end, the casino will ultimately protect its own interest.

We are not going to ask for KYC never also we are no required by law to do it so why should we ask for it ?

Does Costa Rica nothave any AML laws that they allow you to operate without any KYC?
How will you address this article from a month ago?

The General Superintendence of Financial Entities (SUGEF) of Costa Rica announced that casinos have until December 1, 2022, to submit the corresponding financial reports. Otherwise, their bank accounts will be closed.

https://www.yogonet.com/international/news/2022/10/05/64524-costa-rica-casinos-39-bank-accounts-to-be-closed-if-they-do-not-provide-financial-statements-by-december-1

I think that you haven't done enough research and don't really know what you will be asked for once you start your business. You hope for no KYC, but a month or two of running your casino you'll get a letter from this SUGEF and either shut it all down and run with the money or block client's accounts and demand KYC. It's either your ass on the line or your client's.

Sorry but you don't know what you are talking about SUGEF only regulated Finacial institutions and LAND CASINOS, why you may ask, well because they can open bank accounts.

Virtual casinos / sportbooks are not allow to open bank accounts in Costa Rica and for us is fine we are 100% a crypto company

If this is going for real and this isn't just going to be a marketing gimmick then you'll be taking some advantage from the others. But to mind you, that many have done this before but it didn't took long until they've required their players for KYC.

This isn't just going to be something that you'll include as part of the opening of your casino but if you managed to stand by it over time then you'll get respect from most gamblers here.

Thanks yeah is for real, we are never going to ask for KYC ever also we are no require to ask for it
Good luck then.

Despite with that confirmation that it is going to be for real, that's already an impressive thing for you to have. As said, most of us here don't want to be kyced because who does wanna do it?

Well, it's just sort of feeling that we really don't like it because we feel that our identities are being collected and probably sold elsewhere and being misused by companies that we send it.

Thank you for sharing this picture, your user interface looks rather nice. But I don't recognize the live casino provider shown in your screenshot. Which one is it precisely? It's a new one? I see it is allowing tips and your casino too then, that's another good point for your casino because players usually like to be able to send tips to dealers when they play live table games. How many different live casino providers are your offering for now? Which ones it is?

I was born in Costa Rica and still live in Costa Rica so i will follow my country regulation so with current regulation i can operate legally an anonymous crypto casino
I looked it up and your government will tolerate this kind of operation as long as you don't offer your services to Costa Rican residents nor you can use their banking system for it. So hopefully you are getting your expemses paid with crypto only. Because there's no bank in the world that will deal with your money as long as you are not following any aml laws. Even crypto cex:es get their orders from regulators and get to froze your accounts if asked.

And obviously when you make money from this you need to pay income tax as costa rica isn't pure tax heaven, so i am wondering how will you do that without possibility to convert anything to fiat? Perhaps your lawyer has figured it out as i sure haven't.

Also i wouldn't really see that my money would be safe when there are no regulations preveting you rugging everyone.

About #1, many casinos have touted this but in the end, it's ultimately to protect the casino's interests.

Are you sure you guys aren't gonna process KYC in case some withdraws or deposits are suspicious?
I look into their page it looks like they currently have no plan for KYC requests for now and I believe this is because they only accept Monero as payment now according to what's written on their site. However, the KYC issue may be involved in the future when they add more coins or get a license.

The best thing for me is gambling at a reputable casino and I don't care if they require KYC in the future.

Yeah we can't allow costa Ricans ips to place bets on our site and also, we can't open bank accounts but we don't care.
Because costa rica have more than 400 virtual casinos our providers accept crypto and we have a lot of p2p providers BTC -> CASH in the country

We don't need to pay any income tax virtual casinos and sportbooks are except of taxes

Also, if any costa rican virtual casino rug, you can still sue the company for fraud.

Here are some examples of popular Costa Rican base gambling sites Bodog.com , americascardroom.eu , 5dimes

4) You can place bets over the phone 24/7
What does this mean? Your website/casino is accessible through the phone, it sounds misleading that someone can just bet through the phone by calling or texting. But I think this is all about accessing as your website is also going to be a responsive one with mobile.

5) Is going to be available worldwide
Isn't it that when you go worldwide, there should be regulatory rules that you must follow for you to be operating legally? You may have XMR as accepted coin as you're not yet popular.

But when you become, I guess the eyes of the regulators will be on you and you have to follow what the rules are.

Get a license but once you got one you are automatically subject to regulation so the 1. would be a hopium for those who are looking for a no KYC policy which will never happen  Grin  Better to modify #1 and never promise that there is no KYC.

I was born in Costa Rica and still live in Costa Rica so i will follow my country regulation so with current regulation i can operate legally an anonymous crypto casino

But without any license or if you acquire a license not recognized by the majority of the country, you will be operating illegally.  Isn't that another concern?

No KYC requirement I think might not work for a new casino like in some instances where a gambler makes suspicious deposit or withrawal. Most likely, if you stick to that, your casino might not last longer as the house will be taken advantage by some wise gamblers. I suggest do not go for a KYC free the whole time, that’s fine with small bettings and small winnings, but for high rollers that are also capable for big winnings, you can always require for KYC like established casinos do.

Nitrobetting is also operating from Costa Rica, and exclude requiring any KYC of any form at anytime in its ToS and nobody tell them such things. They even benefit of a rather good reputation here AFAIK. So I think OP could really be able to provide that, moreover if he is fair and honest he can warn users and let them withdrawing their funds before applying a new KYC policy if one day Costa Rica authorities require it.

Thanks we are just going to work with 1 Visionary iGaming also known as VIG they are also from costa rica all the dealers are also from here
I didn't have the opportunity to play at this provider until now but what you are saying entice me to try it.

It means we are going to have a 24/7 phone number available where you can call and place a bet you are going to be ask for a special 2 auth code

I am only going to follow the laws of my country and i am not breaking any

as everyone has already said, it will be very difficult not to ask for KYC unless you want to run a casino without a license, and that would already be a crime that could punish you and punish customers and I doubt that there are many people willing to risk creating an account in a casino without leave. what I think you should add is that you have to put people with programming and support knowledge and give support people training so they are quick to solve people's problems

Majority of the users have mentioned about the KYC free access and the withdrawal. Almost every gambling site make promotion in such a way and things will be different at the end. Below is the only platform that I came across had the KYC free bets and the settlements done without any restrictions.

Ok, thanks for correcting me. I hope you understand that casino without any need for KYC seems suspicious. And as it still seems suspicious i checked those sites you mentioned:

5dimes wanted my passport during registration, americascardroom checks that i am 18 years old to play, and bodog.com blocked me so i can't check that.

So i guess my question is, why do these sites bother with user identification if there's a way around it in Costa Rica?

Better to follow the rules of other site, when they only asked for a KYC if the amount is big and if the account is suspicious. I support the suggestion on creating a great team to handle the support and the system, this can help the site to become more active on innovation and solving the problem of the gamblers. Creating a new site will be more challenging as you need to compete with the other site, better to innovate and introduce new things here.
