Yes, this is true on which majority of members here had already given out their opinion and i can say that it would really be that sufficient enough for them to integrate and give out at least some updates in regarding

the progress of this site or project.We've seen that he had said that they are hoping for finishing it for 1 month but thats still tentative which means that it could really be even longer depending on how fast
they've been working for it.We know that it does really takes time and effort on integrating up things specially on whats been commonly suggested by the community.You just cant rush up on launching it out
without some proper integration or application.

Lets just hope that everything suggested would be applied so that we would see some another interesting casino site which does have all of those quality and not just

Those are some huge claims the casino is making. Running a no KYC casino with good profits will be hard to sustain in a long term.
Besides that, its good that costa rica laws currently allows casinos to accept players form anywhere in the world but we never what might happen in the future.
If the jurisdiction changes and new laws restrict casinos to accept foreign players or wants them to have KYCs then the casinos claims will turn false.
I think the casino should have clause mentioned on their site that unless the laws changes they wont be demanding KYCs from users and will allow foreign players.
This way even if the laws change they won't get into major trouble.

As we all know casinos are business oriented ventures so therefore, anyone would love to open or run it irrespective of the location or region where it is found as long as the government of that nation allows it. As a profit making venture, casinos are bound to pay tax which I believe you know very much better but how do explain this you have said that you want to run a casino void of kyc which is going to be required for members to get registered online and creating of dashboard so as to be granted access to playing games and gambling. Coupled with the rates at which scammers are always looking for who will be their victim don't you think kyc would help checkmate the activities of these scammers on your platform? I suggest you go back to your plans for your casino and restructure.

It depends on how established you are in this regard. You can, for example, impose high wagering requirement before à player can withdraw his bonus winnings. I also believe that there is nothing wrong on asking users to complete kyc if you detect any suspecious activity (like logging in from the same IP, depositing from the same address..)
