This doesn’t seem to be a professional approach to me my friend. I mean if you are accepting bets through email, then what’s the issue to create an account with email? It seems that the idea of being able to place bets via telegram or email would be quite interesting because you can easily place bets without having to enter the casino site.
There are some gamblers who complain that it is difficult to be able to access casino sites, so you can consider this idea to be implemented.

Can't wait? But I think people have been waiting for them since last year . I didn't check the link yet but it seems that any of their game category (casino or sportsbook) isn't up yet. It would have been better if they finish the platform first before they open an ann thread here so that people will try them immediately.

The promotions you suggested there are basic and almost all casinos have that. it is mandatory because it helps them get a boost but they shouldn't also remove it later on. They will only need to improve it together of the growth of their casino so that people will be loyal on them and then they will continue to attract new players.
