Since the site doesn't have any official announcement in this forum, so it's pointless if your intention is to complaint about the casino, since it's depends on the developer or the team of the casino want to let you to withdraw or not about your winnings.

your problem is actually clear it's just that you didn't give a more detailed explanation for example what casino site you mean because it's very important to discuss it here, does their casino site have ANN in this forum, so if you have problems with KYC you should contact the support service at email or chat on their website but if there is no response you can contact them on this forum if their casino has ANN, as far as I know the KYC process never takes long unless there is an error in the data you provide

I am not going to lie I have never heard of that casino and if I was in your place I would be nervous as well, however since you have good experiences with them in the past then your only option right now is to wait and see if you can actually get your money and withdraw it to your wallet.

Well i don't know for you, but $128k is a huge amount of money and you shouldn't be toying with it.
Since you've been able to provide the name of the casino, then I think you should provide more evidence like your prove of staking, prove of winning, and possibly the response from the customer service support for proper assistance. And I would advice you to stop spreading your wins as the heart of men are desperately wicked.
If the casino is located in your country, them I would also advice you seek the counsel of your lawyer immediately and let him be aware of the case while pending positive response from the casino.

That is a big win and if you can not withdraw the money, you can not do anything because when you try to accuse the site, they will not say anything and prefer to close your account. You don't sound serious to me, I take this posy to be a joke or made up post. How can you say that you initially didn't include the casino name so that people won't think that it's a bad place to play. Proofs will save you here and if you don't you havr no other choice but to wait and follow up this concern until they got tired, but more likely, as long as they are not convinced of this winning instance, they won't release the fund. But what if they cannot do much to help you or release this fund? I'm not sure but small details I think may help, try looking at logs in your browser, then if possible, check their logs of their players if it would match (this is just an option or suggestion but I'm not sure if it is feasible between a casino and player because it might cross the line of privacy).

Is it still possible ti freeze it even if it has been days after that date he won? like to recover it. Huge prize on my end, but will it be enough for the casino to do such thing? The casino will probably want to learn every detail about you, your account history, where you get the money, which game you wagered on etc etc.  If the casino isn't a small fish, they won't make it hard for you but if paying you -especially as big as this amount- can send the casino to bankruptcy, then things will get messy for everybody. Some people can think like that, but you are not wrong. He said he has been using the gambling site for awhile and they are good to him, that makes him still to be confused and do not want to give them bad name, also because the gambling site said they are still waiting for approval before they will proceed for the withdrawal approval.  But you are not wrong because we should be transparent about what gambling sites are doing us, we should not hide anything. From here we can know if the gambling site is a scam or not.

There may be some representatives here in this forum that could help you with your case or some representative can expedite the process faster. In addition, please also put pictures of your conversation with the person you talked to. In this way, not only you are helping yourself but you are also helping the community in avoiding gambling websites such as this one.

Second and last, there may be some internal issues that they are checking. not sure if they'll ever pay what you won but there have a case here in the forum where the "investigation" the casino conducted took 3 months to "finish" and allow the gambler to withdraw his winnings. hang in there, $128k is a lot of money, I hope you can get your money, good luck!

You have every reason to be worried because that's a whole lot of money. But you must not over-stress yourself because of its health implications. You have confirmed that they have always paid you your wins without any form of delay or restrictions. And you have no intention of giving them a bad name, you have a good heart. I think you should be patient with them and keep contacting them. Also, ensure you keep records of all your tickets and communication.

I also hope that dragon7.games is licensed because it would also determine if you can take legal action against them. You can also seek the advice of a legal practitioner in your location if they are still delaying paying you your win.

Maybe they don't have enough money to cover up your winning amount so they just do any delaying tactics just to take long the process. Maybe best to frequently follow up them regarding on your winnings since $128k is not small amount. If 2 weeks past still they are continue to give some irrelevant reason then maybe they really don't have to pay you and want to scam your winnings.

The point of providing evidence is to prove that his claim is real, not just words.

This make him^(OP) saying the truth for his experience and make people believe in him for the complaint or accusation he made. Would you believe if someone just told a casino is a scam or have an issue same with OP without giving proofs regardless if casino is reputed or not? I bet not.
