I won $128,000 and it's been a week waiting for game provider verification

Update: DG7 has since offered me $5,000 USDT on the $131,000 USDT owed to me after they received the results of the provider reviews.

How did these guys allow a player to win more money than they could manage to pay out Clearly this is a platform you need to be naming and shaming to avoid other players from going through this stressful process, and btw for the sake of saving face..why did these guys pay you peanuts compared to what you won...this is less than 10% better they close shop if they don't have the capacity.

At first they tried to say that the providers told them that there are too few players on the site for them to verify the wins, but after I pressed they essentially admitted that I won more than they bring in.

The number of players has never determined the payout amount , let them pay the bearer on demand asap!

Last I was told they needed to contact their "boss" and "investor" and ask them if they can help them pay it.

It's that bad for them that they needed to escalate this to their investors, mate after you get your cash never look back and find a platform with the capacity to payout such amounts,Goodluck.

Hi all - so I have been playing at smaller crypto casino for a few years now. They have a TRX site and a USDT site. I have always played at the TRX site and have always had no issues with withdrawals etc. (Largest was around $26K USD)

I've started playing the USDT side recently and a week ago won $128K USD playing a few different Habanero and CQ9 games. I am waiting just over a week now with the casino telling me they are waiting for a verification report from the game provider and then they'll release my funds.

Keep following up to see the progress and what the status of their verification is since mostly this smells fishy because when you win, it will be directly credited to your account. If not, it will not take weeks for it to be verified. I can't conclude this, but try to follow up on a daily basis for another week. If there is still no action, that would be a scam. Then stay away from that casino since that is a scam. Please then name the casino and post reviews every time that you can post that it's a scam website..

If you made that withdraw, you should convert that Trx to the bitcoin. Because by holding such bitcoin is enough to get some good profit from the bitcoin in a long run. Just tell me one thing, If a gambler loses $128,000 or any huge amount of money, will the gambling site will also stop processing his loss and first tries to investigate the game providers?  Would the gambling site will say, oh you have lost $128K, we will only register your loss once you verify or re-verify your KYC ?

For sure, they won't do any such thing because they don't care how much you lose. The gambling casino is only concerned and will use these delaying or scamming tactics when you have won a good amount. So sad but it's a reality.

First, 128k is a huge amount and not all casinos can afford to pay that amount off without verifying the game harsh to see if the player have manipulated the game process, this is a standard operating protocol for them and the player has no choice but to wait for the withdrawal to be verified and processed.
But in some casinos that demand this process of game verification, there is usually a timeframe for that process or be concluded but since you did not mention the name of the casino we fine it hard to give you the right information a d suggestions.

How often do Casinos have to pay out $128k ? I would say not that often. Wins like this
would surely be factored into the Casinos finances and would guess that it's a small
percentage of their takings.

Maybe they have extended payout times for these substantial payouts, maybe they
are required by law to do checks?

$5,000 is an absurd amount if you won $128,000. Unfortunately, that can only mean one thing, that they don't want to pay or can't pay. Or more likely, both apply. I don't even want to imagine how bad the OP must feel right now. You can do fun things with $128,000. The fact that this has been going on for a long time now is not exactly encouraging. If you are going to gamble seriously, it is better to play at a site where you are sure that they have the budget to be able to pay out. Otherwise you will get this kind of situation. I also don't think there will be a suitable solution for this player. Even if the gambling site were to pay $5,000 in installments, that would be an appropriate solution anyway.

That is why it is always good to play in only the casinos here in the forum who have an ANN thread,and their ANN thread is filled only with positive feedback,people nice experiences,never a missed payout despite the amount and we have seen here that some casinos have paid even big whales because they have the finance to do so,they are a robust business looking to grow.

It is the complete opposite when you choose to play at a casino not very well known which in the end admits that they will ask their owner if he can pay a gambler the winning amount that he won,verification and this kind of things always come from low to medium level casinos and rarely from the huge ones,it is funny how no casino check the hash when you lose money and they are not that concerned with KYC at that point but as soon as you win all sort of things come your way.

I just hope that he get what he wants and whats he needed. I have a high hope with Stake so I don't think it will be a problem with them and will give him that money if he don't do anything wrong. Better to make sure he will follow the rules and did not do anything against TOS. They have the budget for sure maybe just being extra care before releasing huge amount of money.

Yeah it maybe too little but indeed that it is better than nothing because scammers will never bring  us anything after the attempt so best to take it but never that i say the site involved is a scammers I mean that in general term.

Gambling makes you lose easily your funds but certainly hard to win though. And now that you won, delays are taking so long that made you doubted the casino if it’s going to pay or not. I just hope everything’s turn out fine now since you are not posting updates anymore. But if it’s not, I don’t think that casino is still going to pay.
