You know that they normally do not like bad advertising.  So, in case they keep stalling and do not let you withdraw your funds, you should start harassing them over their social networks.  And if possible, have a well-written article telling what is happening to post around. At least this was how I worked my issue out when it happened to me...

The first step to getting help here is to at least reveal the name of the casino, I see you are brand new here and i must let you know that Bitcointalk has a large community of gamblers, somebody might have had a similar experience on the same casino and will be willing to share with you what they did to have their funds released  to them.
or maybe their funds was never released and the casino isn't one you should trust and keep playing with, you will also be told.

But my personally advice is to stop playing on casinos without a proven track record, choose a reputable casino, one that does not delay in paying you your winnings even if it is running into millions of dollars, there are many of such casinos on this forum, and one of them is stake.com.

What casino is that? They usually do that when the player wons a big amount just as yours. Give them first the benefit of the doubt and let them check all of those reports or what so they can verify your win.

If you've done nothing wrong then you're a legitimate winner of that game and on their casino.

There's nothing to worry about if that casino has a good reputation and you've been playing there long time ago but it's better to give that name.

Not to burst the bubble for you, we have heard similar stories, and they are all here in this board,  Scam Accusations.

I'm not saying to create one, although there could be accusations on casinos, some of them payed right away if their fraud department determining that the player won without taking advantage of the casinos, in short it was clean.

So in your case if you think you won fairly then all you have to do is wait for them to release the winnings to you.

First of all, this story is not clear. This looks as if you are advertising a scam casino website or perhaps a victim of a clone website that has wasted your time and effort.

It is either you are a sockpuppet account or the account is yours trying to add more engagement to the thread because I don't know how you intend to help from an unknown casino that hasn't been mentioned. Are you an FBI or special detective who knows what is happening in people's minds.

You could at least name the casino website you played with so that the members could give more insights about your situation. Dropping names of the website isn't really prohibited here so might as well tell it so that the situation will be looked in considerable angle for both sides. If it was a reputable casino, you have a little to be worried about. What you can do to push them all about the status of your verification but seeing from the name of site and i never seen this site before. It seems a poor website. Your verification might not be processed by them if you didn't even try to push them. The domain of site has been making me feel doubt if that site will pay your reward. Mostly of members are always facing the problem with verification once they got the big amounts of money from winning big multipliers.

I am not going to lie I have never heard of that casino and if I was in your place I would be nervous as well, however since you have good experiences with them in the past then your only option right now is to wait and see if you can actually get your money and withdraw it to your wallet.

However it would be a good idea to remind them once in a while about your situation and see if they can give you an estimate of when do they think this can be resolved, as we are not talking about a small amount of money at all and it is natural to be nervous.

Since you've been able to provide the name of the casino, then I think you should provide more evidence like your prove of staking, prove of winning, and possibly the response from the customer service support for proper assistance. And I would advice you to stop spreading your wins as the heart of men are desperately wicked.
If the casino is located in your country, them I would also advice you seek the counsel of your lawyer immediately and let him be aware of the case while pending positive response from the casino.

Proofs will save you here and if you don't you havr no other choice but to wait and follow up this concern until they got tired, but more likely, as long as they are not convinced of this winning instance, they won't release the fund. But what if they cannot do much to help you or release this fund? I'm not sure but small details I think may help, try looking at logs in your browser, then if possible, check their logs of their players if it would match (this is just an option or suggestion but I'm not sure if it is feasible between a casino and player because it might cross the line of privacy).

Is it still possible ti freeze it even if it has been days after that date he won? like to recover it. Huge prize on my end, but will it be enough for the casino to do such thing? A very large amount when converted to my country's currency. apart from that, do you have good communication with the services of the site you are playing on. and at which casino you are playing, if it refers to a very large withdrawal amount. in other words, verification reports are normal. at least, you have to wait after the verification is approved. and that, it usually happens in almost all online casinos if you withdraw a very large amount of funds based on their policies and legalities.

That's a pretty big win. You are right to worry about your position.

The casino will probably want to learn every detail about you, your account history, where you get the money, which game you wagered on etc etc.  If the casino isn't a small fish, they won't make it hard for you but if paying you -especially as big as this amount- can send the casino to bankruptcy, then things will get messy for everybody. Some people can think like that, but you are not wrong. He said he has been using the gambling site for awhile and they are good to him, that makes him still to be confused and do not want to give them bad name, also because the gambling site said they are still waiting for approval before they will proceed for the withdrawal approval.  But you are not wrong because we should be transparent about what gambling sites are doing us, we should not hide anything. There may be some representatives here in this forum that could help you with your case or some representative can expedite the process faster. In addition, please also put pictures of your conversation with the person you talked to. not sure if they'll ever pay what you won but there have a case here in the forum where the "investigation" the casino conducted took 3 months to "finish" and allow the gambler to withdraw his winnings. hang in there, $128k is a lot of money, I hope you can get your money, good luck!

You have every reason to be worried because that's a whole lot of money. But you must not over-stress yourself because of its health implications. You have confirmed that they have always paid you your wins without any form of delay or restrictions. And you have no intention of giving them a bad name, you have a good heart. 26 thousand dollars is already a very high value for a "smaller casino", if you didn't have problems with the previous withdrawal I believe that the chances of it being fraudulent are already reduced enough.

This is the risk of playing in casinos which doesn't have an ann thread here in the forum because we can not check the feedback of other players if they are also having a problem with it or not. At first they tried to say that the providers told them that there are too few players on the site for them to verify the wins, but after I pressed they essentially admitted that I won more than they bring in. Last I was told they needed to contact their "boss" and "investor" and ask them if they can help them pay it. If the casino offered such payment arrangements, then, accept it. As long as they will pay you in the scheduled time rather than not receiving at all.

I think it is important to clarify if they are offering to pay in several installments of which those 5k are just the first payment you will receive or if they are only willing to pay 5k out of the 131k you won, if it is the first scenario then it makes sense to accept this and keep track of how much money you have been paid, but if it is the second scenario then it is a scam as they owe you money and they have not intention to pay you what you rightfully won.

I agree it isn't a scam since the casino paid some of the money and I believe they promise to pay the rest when they have enough money.  This case isn't new, as far as I remember there is also similar case where the complainant won a huge amount of money and the casino can't give him the winnings in one go.  So the casino tried to pay him weekly until all his winnings is given.

If instead of braying you read what the OP said in the last post you wouldn't be making up that he's going to get paid bit by bit. Of the $131,000 he was simply offered $5,000 and that's it, not a penny more.

I'm sure if he lost $131,000 he wouldn't have gotten $126,000 back. A casino that does that is a scam. Because they don't have a forum account, otherwise I would have left negative feedback and created a flag.

How did these guys allow a player to win more money than they could manage to pay out Clearly this is a platform you need to be naming and shaming to avoid other players from going through this stressful process, and btw for the sake of saving face..why did these guys pay you peanuts compared to what you won...this is less than 10% better they close shop if they don't have the capacity.

At first they tried to say that the providers told them that there are too few players on the site for them to verify the wins, but after I pressed they essentially admitted that I won more than they bring in.

The number of players has never determined the payout amount , let them pay the bearer on demand asap!

Last I was told they needed to contact their "boss" and "investor" and ask them if they can help them pay it.

Keep following up to see the progress and what the status of their verification is since mostly this smells fishy because when you win, it will be directly credited to your account. If not, it will not take weeks for it to be verified. I can't conclude this, but try to follow up on a daily basis for another week. If there is still no action, that would be a scam. Then stay away from that casino since that is a scam. Please then name the casino and post reviews every time that you can post that it's a scam website..

Just tell me one thing, If a gambler loses $128,000 or any huge amount of money, will the gambling site will also stop processing his loss and first tries to investigate the game providers?  Would the gambling site will say, oh you have lost $128K, we will only register your loss once you verify or re-verify your KYC ?

For sure, they won't do any such thing because they don't care how much you lose. The gambling casino is only concerned and will use these delaying or scamming tactics when you have won a good amount. So sad but it's a reality.

First, 128k is a huge amount and not all casinos can afford to pay that amount off without verifying the game harsh to see if the player have manipulated the game process, this is a standard operating protocol for them and the player has no choice but to wait for the withdrawal to be verified and processed.

How often do Casinos have to pay out $128k ? I would say not that often. Wins like this
would surely be factored into the Casinos finances and would guess that it's a small
percentage of their takings.

$5,000 is an absurd amount if you won $128,000. Unfortunately, that can only mean one thing, that they don't want to pay or can't pay. Or more likely, both apply. I don't even want to imagine how bad the OP must feel right now. You can do fun things with $128,000. The fact that this has been going on for a long time now is not exactly encouraging. If you are going to gamble seriously, it is better to play at a site where you are sure that they have the budget to be able to pay out. Otherwise you will get this kind of situation. I also don't think there will be a suitable solution for this player. Even if the gambling site were to pay $5,000 in installments, that would be an appropriate solution anyway.

That is why it is always good to play in only the casinos here in the forum who have an ANN thread,and their ANN thread is filled only with positive feedback,people nice experiences,never a missed payout despite the amount and we have seen here that some casinos have paid even big whales because they have the finance to do so,they are a robust business looking to grow.

I just hope that he get what he wants and whats he needed. I have a high hope with Stake so I don't think it will be a problem with them and will give him that money if he don't do anything wrong. Obviously, that is completely a red flag for a considered reputable casino. Either way, paying not the exact amount of your winning is very unprofessional and unethical, and that will eventually question the casino if they are also doing it to most of their winners or you are just their first victim so far. Sometimes, the delay comes as result of the bettor (you) not being precautious enough to follow the rules accordingly -- based on their TS/C's or it's prolly a fault from the system provider -- Which ever one your case falls between would determine whether or not you'd get paid for your winnings ..
