real investors does not panicking mate, instead they are just saving their funds for a while , meaning they might took out their funds but surely will bring it back once the market shows stableness .

If your goal of buying bitcoins is for a long-term investment then you should be able to buy them today or whenever you want regardless of the price. You just need to collect your bitcoins and keep increasing your portfolio so that if the bitcoin price goes up, you will make a profit in the future. Everyone waiting for a deeper drop has a reason, but seriously I wouldn't think someone buying around $16K was a fatal mistake.

Bitcoin is only feared to fall further due to the impact of FTX or other chaos, but there is no certainty where the bottom will be this year even if $ 15.4K was hit some time ago. Things like this that usually happen to a group of people, especially those who buy at a high enough price, will make someone mentally down. Also, some people are happy when the market is like this because they can buy Bitcoin at the lowest price.

I think you have to convince your friend as long as your friend doesn't sell his Bitcoin, your friend can never lose.

Cycles are normal, but the timing is the part that scares people so much. When it goes down and up inside a month that’s fine, when it does it in 3 months that’s not good but fine, when it is 6 months then it’s scary but people can hang on, when it's a year that becomes very bad and scares a lot of people but when we are talking about over a year, most of the market is considering the worst possible outcome.

We were at ATH levels last year in October, right now we are close to December and it still hasn't recovered which means that we are talking about something much scarier and that shouldn't really happen at all, it’s not really that nice and we should have been on the other side of the cycle already.

I know that many people keep on checking the price ever 5 minutes and that will not help you at all. How come I am so calm and ignoring the price so much with money in crypto? Well, simple really, I trust crypto and I know that it will go up, that’s how I keep on ignoring it.
