CZ tweeted today about Trust Wallet - your keys - your coins:

https://twitter.com/cz_binance/status/1591804109224550401

Is there any PC (non-Mobile) wallet where you can store many crypto coins and also exchange them?

The issue with Ledger is it's good for storing only - but is there any wallet doing both without you having to put funds in the exchanges? (FTX shaked many users' trust about exchanges)

Both Trezor and Ledger have built-in exchanges (using third parties )[1][2]

There's also Exodus desktop, but just like trustwallet, I wouldn't recommend it for storing large sums of money.

1. Trust wallet is not as great as you'd think. It's closed source. Plus "your keys - your coins" is a lie: if you make a mistake and others too get your keys, you'll keep the keys, but you'll lose the coins.
2. How about using a hardware wallet and a decentralized exchange?

2. How about using a hardware wallet and a decentralized exchange?

Can you suggest some examples for decentralized exchanges?

Looks like Twitter is debating the same thing:

CZ tweeted today about Trust Wallet - your keys - your coins:

https://twitter.com/cz_binance/status/1591804109224550401

Is there any PC (non-Mobile) wallet where you can store many crypto coins and also exchange them?

The issue with Ledger is it's good for storing only - but is there any wallet doing both without you having to put funds in the exchanges? (FTX shaked many users' trust about exchanges)

Do keep in mind that Trust Wallet was bought by Binance around July 2018[1], so the tweet from CZ should have at least a disclaimer for transparency sake (at least for the "usual" user in the crypto world).
As for a service where you can buy crypto I can't stop recommending Bisq[2] or Robosats[3][4]. There's some recent talk about Bisq here[5] that you could check if that spiked your interest. The best case scenario, at least for me, is to have your hardware wallet separated from a service that also allows you to easily exchange coins since that mostly often means that some data is being exchanged that you might be unaware of.

dkbit98 made an interesting thread[6] regarding open source hardware wallets that you could check if my reply spiked your interest regarding such devices. Hell I would even wait for the review of n0nce regarding Foundation Passport v2[7] since it looks like an interesting device.

You gotta love CZ that uses any opportunity he gets to advertise his own shitty services even though there is no difference between Binance and even their closed source Trust wallet and the FTX schemes.

There was some talk about decentralized exchanges the other day in a different thread with a few suggestions.

Bisq and Robosats were already mentioned. Another one is AgoraDesk that o_e_l_e_o brought up. dkbit98 mentioned AtomicDEX . I think the suggestions made by decodx in this thread are more focused on Ethereum tokens and the Binance Chain.

You gotta love CZ that uses any opportunity he gets to advertise his own shitty services even though there is no difference between Binance and even their closed source Trust wallet and the FTX schemes.
Don't forget the follow up tweet where he outright lies to his followers by calling Trust wallet open source: https://nitter.it/cz_binance/status/1591804907702874113
Believing anything CZ says is a mistake.

I agree with the suggestions above - Bisq, RoboSats and AgoraDesk are the best fiat to bitcoin decentralized exchanges at present. You can also use them to trade altcoins, although there are various instant exchangers for altcoins but I can't recommend any as I don't use them. You'll also find more info here: https://kycnot.me/

I guess some people don't notice that the Trust wallet doesn't worth all the hype and recommendation provided by CZ Binance all in the name of marketing his acquired crypto wallet through the habit of taking an advantage of the FTX issue.
I believe the problem we have now is people easily believe or rely on the statement made by influencers and this is the reason why we see people investing in an exchange token whereas the use case of the token is just for the exchange service payment.

You can also use them to trade altcoins, although there are various instant exchangers for altcoins but I can't recommend any as I don't use them.
The problem with those instant centralized exchanges or swap platforms is not just their wrong claims that they are non-custodial (which they aren't), it's also the fact that even though they advertise themselves as being non-KYC, there have been many instances where users have complained their coins got frozen and the exchange process was stopped because there was a need to undergo KYC. The argument they use in those situations is it's not us that are asking you to verify your identity, it's our partners. It makes no difference for the end-user who does it. Bisq or RoboSats has no KYC - period.

Is there any PC (non-Mobile) wallet where you can store many crypto coins and also exchange them?
There are some options but most of them are closed source software (Exodus, Coinomi, etc), they use centralized third parties for exchanging coins, and I don't like using any of them.
Only usable multi coin option I found is AtomicDex.io wallet, that is open source and it uses Atomic Swaps for exchanging coins in decentralized way.
Don't expect to have big trading volume for exchanging all shitcoins, but you can always create your own orders and invite others to accept them.

Bisq is also a good option if you want to restrict yourself only to Bitcoin and few altcoins for trading, but you are getting best decentralized exchange in the same package.
You could also use Bisq for exchanging Bitcoin to many fiat currencies, and that is really unique advantage compared to all other wallets.
