In my opinion today 4/64GB is a minimum memory that any phone must have. Of course it doesn`t mean that we have to change our old phones right now, but if it is time to change phone - it is minimum that we must choose. And today i can`t say how long it would be enough. If you are talking about programming then it is something that requires a lot of time to achieve. We have quack programmers just like we have quack doctors that do end up killing people and giving patients the wrong drugs instead of treating there patients in the most generally acceptable manners. The problem is to find a qualified specialist(not only in programming). This problem is everywhere but in this thread we are talking about apps, so the programmers are the first in list. Web programming is older than mobile programming and it is easier to find a good web programmer. Also, a big part of problems in web programming are on the server and it decrease the phone problems.

May I know if what is the model of your android phone? If it's an older model then its network connectivity is also slow. Maybe that phone you have only supports 2g and 3g signals, no wonder why they are slow but you can always try to upgrade your phone. Many cheaper phones right now do already support 4g.

If you want more speed and you don't mind spending for more then go for the phones which has a 5g capability. Not to mention that these phones do also have larger screens so your fingers won't ever messed up with you again. It's also about practicing you know. You need to report the apps if you want them to check whether it is a scams or not. Google seems to use a bot with a preset that allows malwares to get listed as long as it passes some surface-level check. That being said, I'd also be cautious even if you use another app store like FDroid as long as the developer does not provide a way to check whether the apk is legit or not.

I mean, I could easily report apps which are obvious and blatant scams like those apps which promise to mine with your phone, double your Bitcoin or even fake faucets. But there are scams which it would require me to try them before realizing they are fake apps, so I can't do anything there, that's Google's job.

What you are saying here is true but this one is more noticeable especially if the app is only lightweight (kb something in size) and then when you open them, you will see you a whiteish background. Sometimes your signal and battery icons are also shown. I find this none sense. Why would they still call this an app? Lol.
