Gambling through apps is getting more popular as if given the opportunity to pick most people will prefer to buy a new smartphone over a PC, and while I do use and own a smartphone I also prefer to gamble on my PC as not only everything seems less cluttered due to the bigger screen, but also the chances of making a mistake are way lower as smartphones sometimes have problems registering your inputs, while with the keyboard and the mouse of a PC your inputs can be incredibly precise and you can avoid most of those mistakes.

I do not think that many players, especially those who play with a small deposit, really need 2FA authentication.  I think, of course, it can be introduced into applications, but too few people will use it.  In my opinion, devs applications should not even do this as a matter of priority.  And do 2FA only if a lot of users of this application ask for it in their reviews.

I beg to differ. Imo, 2FA must be implemented. After all, the casino doesn't know how much the user is going to deposit so saying that it's not useful for small gamblers is irrelevant. Activating 2fa can be optional, though.
The only problem with this kind of security measure for mobile apps is that most users will install the casino's app and the authenticator app on the same device which will make it useless in case the mobile is lost or hacked.

2FA is good when you`re gambling from PC and use 2FA from the phone. If you`re using the app for gambling - you can get problems with security. If the phone will be hacked the hacker will get both 2FA codes and the app access. And i agree with you - the casino must have an opportunity to use 2FA but the gambler must decide will he use it or not.

2FA is good when you`re gambling from PC and use 2FA from the phone. If you`re using the app for gambling - you can get problems with security. I think that all the same, a mobile phone is not the gadget from which it is worth playing gambling games in which you place bets in the amount of several thousand dollars. 
And the vast majority of players who play from a mobile phone, of course, use money and bets two orders of magnitude or an order of magnitude less in their game.  Of course, when it comes to thousands of dollars, 2FA must be done to protect yourself to the maximum.  But you also need to play for such amounts not from a mobile phone, but all the same from a PC.  So I think that not a very large number of players on mobile need 2FA after all.  Although if the devs of the Android application add it, I don’t see anything wrong with that.  Of course, by itself, they add.
