After buying Twitter, of course Elon Musk sees that many things must be improved or changed, when it is conveyed to employees, they feel this is not in accordance with their ideas and vision so that they choose resigns, until now there is no official information whether Elon Musk will continue Crypto Project or not.
Elon does have the full rights on what he would do since its his company now and he had bought it and if he do sees that he would be making out some changes which it might be totally opposite on what employees
interest then they would definitely be resigning nor get fired. Its up to him and he had the power or rights on doing so.If those head and staff resigns then its their choice and knowing that replacing
staffs cant really be that hard if Elon wants to.Whether he would be hiring or solely be running this company.
He had dissolved or fires the Twitter board and make himself the sole director.

He had all the power and rights so there's nothing we can do about it.

Whatever be their reasons for leaving, it is worth it. Life is too short to remain in a place where one doesn't have the energy to perform or tolerate a boss or leader who never knew much about the system before acquiring the system.
Musk is just doing business. Perhaps his ideologies and impositions don't sync well with those who had been behind the current success of Twitter. Patience is one virtue the employees who are left standing should exude. Musk has his own ideas that he intends to implement and who ever doesn't agree with him is as seen, free to sign out as they please.
that is correct - people don't have patience and they want things to be moving the way they want
I read one of the employee said - Musk just joined in and he has not shared with us 5 years plans. While all these employees were fired in next 5 days.
Why would they want to have a 5 year plan at the time when there is so much uncertainty

I think all those who are resigning are either in bit of hurry or are too over confident to get the job right away
But I have when there is a downfall in companies most the people quit - that is what is happening in twitter. They should have had some patience

It is really hard to work in an atmosphere where one wasn't able to tolerate the activities of the boss. Yesterday Twitter have started its service based on premium. Few hours Twitter was completely down and slowly the blue tick is added to the users who had paid the premium. He's into pure business, and Twitter is going to cause him downfall. Already the market value fluctuation and Musk selling big volume of his shares have landed him down from the first position on the billionaire list.

In my opinion it is common when employees resigns, they feel there is something more promising if it comes out, sometimes the factor of saturation also makes people resigns, I also resigns several times at work, the main reason for being bored with routine and congestion on the road, working as marketing Those near home are more fun because they have plenty of time to find other sources of income.

It's normal in companies, if it's not Elon but another billionaire, the old employee will soon quit or be replaced. As a leader, they will always have their loyal team, when they take over a new company, they will change personnel and those loyal to them will be the best choice. I used to work as a manager for businesses and when I take a job at a new company, I always do the same thing. I believe in the person I choose and follow me for a long time than an employee of the old manager. That is the harshness of life.

~
If you truly believe that he is doing all he is doing just to make this world a better place, then I am very sorry for you. First of all, a "better" place according to who? Maybe some people will like it, and some people will hate it, how are you deciding who it is better for?~

"What is better?" is not some kind of philosophical question here. Having at least some basic food is better than not having it at all. Having water and electricity is better than not having it. These kind of things.

Secondly, is Elon the one who will decide what is better or not? Lastly, I understand EV, tesla is great for the world, but how about twitter, how could that make our world any better?

Twitter in its current state is hardly making our world better, but that's why Musk has acquired Twitter - to change it for better. He paid  $44 billion of his own money for this opportunity. Who else could do that? But someone should. Twitter was really in a bad shape.

Of course this is a tough thing for elon musk, the vision to receive cryptocurrencies on twitter can be delayed and he has to find a suitable figure to fill the void, sometimes businesses really have to make new things or concepts to survive and compete with others.

On any business then it would be a never ending kind of considering on applying changes or services which would really be needing for a business to sustain for long term.Elon isnt really that someone who cant

foresee those things which is really that impossible. Any owner would really be trying out their best on putting up on whose really that worth for the said position if ever there are ones who had resigned.

It cant really be just avoided that there are really those people who cant just accept nor able to bare out if ever there's a change of ownership or the ones who do have the authority.

Internal conflicts always happen to the company and maybe those official use to work with their old boss and they cannot blend well with Elon Musk since maybe he have different outlook towards certain points on where he want this things going. For sure he easily replace those guys as there are so many people seeking a job and can able to work well under his management. Elon has a lot of money and power so he can do anything he want especially on his own territory.

We don't know the real reason why they resigned, and I also think that's normal in a company. And many people can replace Elon Musk because many people are looking for work or need it.

You know those who resigned worked for a long time at Twitter and they saw that they could get a lot of money so they preferred to resign from their jobs and maybe when they get their back pay they will build a business too, we don't know if that could be the reason, right?

Elon Musk is already running several businesses now and in the current conditions, Elon Musk's own business is still surviving, which means Elon Musk has the ability to manage every business he has started in the past so he also has the ability to overcome every problem he is facing at this point including the problem you mentioned. Because you can see and conclude for yourself that Elon Musk is still a very reliable businessman today.

I just recalled how hard his journey was when starting the Tesla as well as space X. He just said that he solved the biggest problem he encountered in life; if he hadn't solved it, then he said Tesla would be closed, and there is no Space X. Imagine he is working 100+ hours a week and even sometimes he sleeps in the facility to do his work. I don't know if he is still human, but he is the smartest person in the current day. Also, the way he talks and how deep his thinking is, he isn't just a businessman, but he is an innovator and a problem solver kind of person.

Agree with what you say, even though in this case I don't really like this one billionaire but on the other hand we can't get rid of the fact that he is a pretty great businessman regardless of how he does business but indeed sometimes his words in business are very influential for most of his followers.
This is a normal thing for him so in this case I don't think it will have too much effect even though it will be a bit of a hindrance.

Of course those who resigns will not give reasons to the public, this is everyone's privacy, usually if there is a change in management will make new policies that they might not like, the best way for them is resigns and find other jobs rather than having to feel depressed or not according to their ideas.

Whatever happens and related to Twitter is certainly easy to become viral, including the number of employees who resigns, in my opinion this is common and often happening, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and so on have also experienced employees who are resigns, but they can grow and are not disturbed With so many employees who resigned. Large companies certainly have a strategy to overcome employees who are resigning.

People do resign in other companies also like Meta but not on this scale. This why in Twitter's case , it has become headlines.

Also, the way he talks and how deep his thinking is, he isn't just a businessman, but he is an innovator and a problem solver kind of person.
I can't believe that you could idolize people like that, which is a bit weird. First of all he owned 3 companies after paypal deal, and spacX was one of that which got help from NASA, meaning he paid a bit to build it of course, about 100-150 million if I am not wrong, but NASA bailed him out, he wouldn't be able to do shit if NASA didn't give him that money.

Secondly Tesla was already a car company that sold cars before he got there, but they lacked funding, instead of funding them, he bought them, which is great sure, but Tesla before him didn't pre-sale cars, he decided to take money and give the car 6 months later type of stuff, which worked out for him. I could give many reasons why he is not as big of a deal as people created, he is amazing at investment, but nothing else, he didn't had to work 100+ hours a week, he was there to fund the engineers, nothing more.

It is well known fact that a lot of Twitter employees are leaving the company. Now the news that Tess Rinearson, who was made the head of Twitter crypto team has made a tweet stating that he is leaving the company. Many other people in the crypt unit of Twitter space also followed her and announced that they will also be leaving the company. What impact do you think this will have on crypto space in general ? I am sure they must be working on crypto inclusion on the platform in some way and now when they have left the decisions will be delayed in this matter.
We also need to know whether this condition is also caused by the change of owner from twitter. They may not be able to work under their new leadership. So that the resignation of several employees of the social media platform will not have an impact on crypto.

We know that every time there is a change of leadership there will be a change in the rules and all forms of work that are applied, or there is no meeting point between the owner and the employees in the work contract. But unfortunately, the one who stepped down was the head of Twitter's crypto development team, which might have an effect on crypto.

Well, Twitter's crypto implementation has been ass so far, so I'm not surprised.  Elon probably has his own crypto guys and wants to be able to trust the developers working on this sort of thing to keep any surprises from happening due to some liberal developer with a grudge.  I think this is probably a good thing and maybe Twitter will play a bigger role in crypto than any of us currently envision.  Regardless of the why or what's coming, when it comes to firing employees at Twitter, I think Elon would have a hard time going too far...  That was one company that went off the rails and Jack shouldn't be excused of his role in it happening.

It would neither be a hit or miss with those kind of changes that he would made but i agree that he would really be having those set of people who are already in line on trying to patch up into those people who had

been fired and make out some resignation due to that new management and ownership. It is really just that impossible to think that Elon doesnt know on what he's doing. He wont really be a Billionaire for nothing.

He had some plans whether he is really making out a total overhaul or changes on the recently owned company which is Twitter.Im not surprised if there are lots of
employees and staffs who ended up on not liking with the new management and this is why we do see these things. You cant please anyone though but honestly
i dont really see any difference unless if you dont need up some paycheck as an employee. Cheesy
