Effect on cryptocurrency?
May I remind you @OP that these are individual companies that operates differently and independently. While one offers financial gateway, the other serves for communication of developments in the space. Twitter remains a path to cryptocurrency publicity but so is Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn and may other social media out there. Twitter employees dropping there jobs have got no effect on crypto but rather on twitter. At least, the platforms or accounts existing on the platform will still run normally and so would the developments in the crypto space.

Since it was bought by Elon Musk, of course Twitter had to change for the better, Elon Musk certainly has a big ambition and vision and this is a pressure for employees, the best thing for employees is resigns and finding new workplaces that are in accordance with the skills while working on Twitter.

Well, Twitter's crypto implementation has been ass so far, so I'm not surprised.  Elon probably has his own crypto guys and wants to be able to trust the developers working on this sort of thing to keep any surprises from happening due to some liberal developer with a grudge.  I think this is probably a good thing and maybe Twitter will play a bigger role in crypto than any of us currently envision.  Regardless of the why or what's coming, when it comes to firing employees at Twitter, I think Elon would have a hard time going too far...  That was one company that went off the rails and Jack shouldn't be excused of his role in it happening.
Yes, I just hope that it will not be used for personal agenda, Twitter is my first home when it comes to crypto, unlike Facebook it doesn't have so many restrictions we can easily use Twitter as our gateway for crypto not like Facebook, it happens last time when people want to share their stream using and playing nft Facebook prohibits them and then after some months they show their interest in cypto, I hope you all understand what I mean. The reason why staff resign, maybe because they are no longer in the same wavelength.

Whatever be their reasons for leaving, it is worth it. Life is too short to remain in a place where one doesn't have the energy to perform or tolerate a boss or leader who never knew much about the system before acquiring the system.
Musk is just doing business. Perhaps his ideologies and impositions don't sync well with those who had been behind the current success of Twitter. Patience is one virtue the employees who are left standing should exude. Musk has his own ideas that he intends to implement and who ever doesn't agree with him as seen, is always free to sign out, please.
People have their own freedom to choose, and their choices have shown that leaving the company instead will make them live in peace. They are just the same with other regular employees, that when a new head rules the company, there will always be people who are force to leave because they can’t stand the new system patterns, so leaving would be the best resort than staying where they can’t be productive at all.

We don't know the real reason why they resigned, and I also think that's normal in a company. And many people can replace Elon Musk because many people are looking for work or need it.

You know those who resigned worked for a long time at Twitter and they saw that they could get a lot of money so they preferred to resign from their jobs and maybe when they get their back pay they will build a business too, we don't know if that could be the reason, right?

Of course those who resigns will not give reasons to the public, this is everyone's privacy, usually if there is a change in management will make new policies that they might not like, the best way for them is resigns and find other jobs rather than having to feel depressed or not according to their ideas.
This is not really new to us seeing old staffs resigning when a new administration sets in, and knowing the fact that Elon has its high greed on money, surely he will implement lots of additional policies that will create higher standards for the company. So if people can feel the pressure while working, it’s better to just leave the job and find some other means that will provide them an income.

Some people have no choice but to make an exit because if they continue working, it would still be useless since they can’t cope up and adopt with the new rules and policies that Elon strictly implement. Elon is known for being a wise and smart businessman, so probably the old staffs too feel they are not the ones whom Elon are looking for so they decided to leave, even if Elon has requested for some executives to stay.

I think it's normal when employees leave, people who work at top companies like Google, Chevron and so on sometimes they get bored with the monotonous work atmosphere or maybe they are looking for new things like better income, or want to become entrepreneurs.

Elon, of course, wants to change Twitter for the better according to his size, and when they see something that is not good, they must be able to follow the rules that are applied, Elon Musk, of course, must think that $ 45 billion can come back soon, so that makes him have to do a lot of things on Twitter .

I think those people don't have any authority on Twitter because all authority is in Elon's hands. so in my opinion as long as elon still cares about the crypto then the crypto will be fine. I'm sure those people left because they no longer have the same opinion as Elon, and as we know sometimes Elon has plans that no one can predict.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/twitter-crypto-head-staff-resign-190633380.html

It is well known fact that a lot of Twitter employees are leaving the company. Now the news that Tess Rinearson, who was made the head of Twitter crypto team has made a tweet stating that he is leaving the company. Many other people in the crypt unit of Twitter space also followed her and announced that they will also be leaving the company. What impact do you think this will have on crypto space in general ? I am sure they must be working on crypto inclusion on the platform in some way and now when they have left the decisions will be delayed in this matter.
Not only Tess Rinearson, after Elon Musk issued an ultimatum, many employees resigned. The most basic reason that Elon Musk emphasizes long working hours. But Elon Musk said that he was not worried about the resignation of some of these staff, because there were still many of the best people who stayed and continued to work.

But on the other hand, this condition will make the company not at a safe point. We know that every employee who works, of course, has a myriad of secrets that he has. So that when they leave or are fired from the company, they will bring everything they know. At a minimum, it will become a new rival in application development.

However, this has no impact on crypto in general. Because the crypto development planned by Twitter is still in the development or planning stage, so it has no effect on the exchange. If the crypto they develop is already circulating on the exchange, of course it will have an effect on crypto in general.

He is happy with his decisions and he will take the twitter to another level - that is for sure

I personally am glad that the world is finally seeing Elon Musk for the person he truly is and not for the person whom he's not.  Elon has never invented anything of my knowledge and for all intents and purposes seems to run business pretty poorly.  He's mostly made it money around hype and smart business savvy (being a great bullshitter).  I don't see Twitter working much better than any of his other companies as he seems like a toxic asset and one that's coming from the very top.  I would have left twitter too if I were them.

Has anyone checked the poll Musk has uploaded. He has asked people to vote should he step down as a twitter head and many yes.
With more than 17 million votes casted - 57.5% people said he should go.

Elon said he will follow everyone's choice and that if he does, he will leave the position of CEO of twitter and he needs to find someone more suitable to take his place. But whoever replaces him, he is still the biggest shareholder of twitter, so he is still the ultimate moderator of it. And a little doubt about whether that vote is real or faked by bots, we all know that twitter has too many bots.

Maybe he is just measuring his popularity on the platform, so he can start planning his next steps based of the currently view people have on him. The ambition of this guy has no limits and I have a very negative intuition regards him. He could step down as twitter head, but it doesn't mean he is going to stop ruling twitter in anyways. It's easy to put a sockpuppet on the front while controlling everything from the backgrounds. Actually, it's a very common practice in many companies and governments around the world.

We might be seeing much greater resignation in time soon because is like the matter is becoming worse everyday because it looks like Elon Must is not ready to negotiate with his workers to make sure that there problem is resolved and everybody going back to work. If the resignation continues Twitter would have to face the outcome of having insufficient workers to operate and make sure that everything is in proper place.

It is not entirely clear what is the reason for the fact that he is resigning as head of Twitter! How do you imagine it? He bought this company and why do you think all this noise about his departure from the post of head? He bought this company, and he will definitely be its chief executive officer, and the fact that he left the post of head does not mean anything at all! It even sounds paradoxical to buy a company and not manage it!

If the resignation continues Twitter would have to face the outcome of having insufficient workers to operate and make sure that everything is in proper place.

No. This will never happen. There are literally millions of people who want to work on Twitter. Maybe not all of them are properly qualified for the job, but, I'm sure, thousands of them are. Those who quit these days will be replaced, and there's a good chance that they will be replaced by better workers.

As for the Crypto head and staff in particular, imo they are easiest to replace.

Anything related to Elon Musk, after buying Twitter, of course, often becomes trending and makes many people want to know the latest news, and in my opinion, if someone resigns from work, it's normal and often happens, don't worry, because the team will look for suitable or better candidates. than those who have resigned, and with a salary offer that is of course large, it will not be difficult.
