There are literally millions of people who want to work on Twitter. Maybe not all of them are properly qualified for the job, but, I'm sure, thousands of them are.
I don't know if there are literally *please everyone stop using that word to emphasize your point* millions, but I would venture that there would be enough new hires to keep the whole shitshow running. A fucking warren of rabbits tripping on LSD could probably do it, with the only problem being that rodents don't have strong political biases, and that's what each side of the spectrum expects. On a related note, it gives me sweet moments of glee watching Youtubers like The Quartering going into full crybaby mode based on what Elon Musk tweets. Musk just gave The Quartering a fuckin' square rootening for thinking the former ever gave two shits about what the latter had to say about anything at all. Reality checks are things of beauty when doled out harshly and very publicly.

Since elon musk mastered the twitter company then very many changes have occurred maybe he implemented regulations that are so strong that some employees cannot carry out their work optimally so they choose to stop working at the company, of course this also has a negative impact on the crypto world and this problem must be resolved properly so that the twitter company can establish good relations with the crypto world, And I'm sure Elon Musk has a way to solve the problem.
Every case of layoffs may have internal problems that have never disclosed the facts, news sources revealed that after he acquired Twitter, he fired thousands of employees to increase the company's profits because he bought the price of the company Twitter with the highest bid, maybe that reason can be one of several factors for employee termination decisions. The case is not related to crypto so the employee problem is an internal matter of the twitter company so it doesn't involve crypto influence.

I think those people don't have any authority on Twitter because all authority is in Elon's hands. so in my opinion as long as elon still cares about the crypto then the crypto will be fine. I'm sure those people left because they no longer have the same opinion as Elon, and as we know sometimes Elon has plans that no one can predict.
Very interesting advice to see that Elon will not let all of this go to waste so you should look for other opportunities that might make you happy. It might get complicated but we will all get what you want.

He agreed to it and said that he will step down once he find the successor.

Musk isn't really a man of his word and time has taught us that. That megalomaniac only desires power and money just like the majority of the world population which is why people's opinions wouldn't really affect him a lot. He is a rock star and he owns the big name. People are after him. There are so many things to learn from him. Than to criticize him. I think we all need a break - and let him do his work.
Rockstar? Musk? Lol! He is a prodigy for sure, but he isn't perfect just like everyone else and he managed to drag his reputation down the gutter within a short period of time thanks to his bad handling of Twitter etc. The biggest lesson that we can learn from him is to not lose oneself because of power, money etc.

The long time employees of Twitter are loyal to their old management and for sure, they are not comfortable with Elon's leadership. Maybe Elon should be admired when it comes to handling his businesses but his thirst for power and fame is disappointing and it's something that we shouldn't admire.

It is not entirely clear what is the reason for the fact that he is resigning as head of Twitter! How do you imagine it? He bought this company and why do you think all this noise about his departure from the post of head? He bought this company, and he will definitely be its chief executive officer, and the fact that he left the post of head does not mean anything at all! It even sounds paradoxical to buy a company and not manage it!
First, his staffs resigned, and now Elon Musk himself resigned too from his own company. I think he’s smart enough not to focus on Twitter because if he did that, he will lost focus on other of his main businesses before he owned Twitter. Although there could be some specific reason, but Elon will surely not reveal it for his own privacy too.

Anything related to Elon Musk, after buying Twitter, of course, often becomes trending and makes many people want to know the latest news, and in my opinion, if someone resigns from work, it's normal and often happens, don't worry, because the team will look for suitable or better candidates. than those who have resigned, and with a salary offer that is of course large, it will not be difficult.
Just check the records of all time billionaires who made it to the Forbes list, the way Elon became the richest man was through Tesla stock that skyrocketed and the most surprising thing is that Tesla started pumping during the bitcoin bull run, if not for his love for Bitcoin back then, most people don't know him but because he was one of the wealthiest people to publicly admitted his love for bitcoin, and with the help of Twitter, so many folks have become rich and financially buoyant through him, that's why anything he tweets become a trend even before he bought Twitter.

It is a "fact" at this point that Elon Musk is out there trying to take the attention he so craves, it's sort of similar to Trump if you ask me, not the policy or anything else, I mean the character they have. They do not care if they are loved by the bad people, or good people, it's not really relevant who loves them, they will take the shape of those people and be loved by them and be happy about it.
You could have democrats magically suddenly love trump and republicans hate him (no way it would happen in real life) and you can see how trump would suddenly support democrat ideas. Same goes for Elon, he turned twitter to a republican cesspool and it's fine, that's not a bad thing, he is running away ads, and their only income, it will bankrupt in a few years for sure.

So they need more time to transfer knowledge to the new personnel and it will take months because Twitter is a huge company. And this new team will also have to adjust to the new environment because for sure there will be hostility from the old employee themselves. So not going to very easy when they take over the operations day to day.

in every change of ownership, it is certain that there will be a reshuffle and that is only natural and everyone will definitely experience something like this, including Twitter. if it is not replaced it is likely to resign because there is no match in every step of the new owner. as you said, that there will always be new candidates and you can be sure they will have the right specifications, and there is nothing to worry about even though they might only have an effect at first and will work well in the future. if indeed the replacement candidate is taken from someone who has no experience in their field, of course it will later have an impact even though there will be corrections in the future. Elon Musk is indeed a proven businessman and will be able to handle everything well even though there may always be things that could go wrong but the possibility for quick corrections can be made because of his proven reputation to date.

millions, but I would venture that there would be enough new hires to keep the whole shitshow running.
Reality checks are things of beauty when doled out harshly and very publicly.
The essence of work is always associated with attendance lists, the quality of workers and targets achieved, but companies often ignore the concept and work style of optimization which can be achieved even if you don't have to follow company rules. For me, the concept of working in an office today is confusing, there is no freedom given to workers, because they are always bound by the system they design, even though work patterns can continue to be carried out according to individual styles and targets can also be achieved. Elon Musk applies a robotic way of working, because it is designed according to the wishes of the owner. "work extra hard or leave". For some people, following rules like this is quite uncomfortable. We can still garden and farm to meet our needs, both secondary and primary. Leave this work system, build your own business because life is much more independent.

That is correct. ... but the new staff brings in new energy as well. Musk recently created a poll where he has asked people either he should stay or resign - and 17 million people said he should resign - he said he will follow the poll and will resign - till he finds the successor.

I think in all big companies if there is a resignation or indeed being replaced, it is certain that the company will still be able to run well, because there are levels of staff below who are sometimes more capable than their own superiors, but do not have that opportunity. maybe with a change there is a possibility that staff who have been working well so far, will be able to contribute more with the new position. but if indeed what you say is true, that there is indeed Elon Musk's desire to resign, of course this could be good news or vice versa, because Twitter is of course a big company and needs special attention. But will Elon Musk just be an advisor and give those who understand more about Twitter more opportunities to manage it better. We are waiting for further news and what will happen in the future.

Elon Musk has full control over the Twitter company at this time, in various media that I have read he has started to dare to urge the Twitter team to leave if they don't agree with his thoughts and it seems he has other workers who are more trusted. Eric Frohnhoefer as a Twitter software developer has also been fired because of a dispute with Elon Musk, this is proof that Elon Musk is very anti-criticism and the reason for the dismissal actually sounds very simple, Elon Musk accused them of violating company policy. The dismissal was carried out through a tweet on his personal Twitter and via an employee's email. What Elon Musk did makes no sense at all. Until now I haven't seen any news saying that the dismissed employee has been called back to work.

I do not think he made any mistake by asking him this. And if Elon fired him because of this, it is not a wise decision. If you let go people of that talen level from the company because they question you, you are bound to fail one day.
