Also, you can check some of the threads of each campaign manager and see what they are currently managing and their past campaigns.
As advised by most campaign managers, running a longer campaign is much preferred rather than one week or couple of weeks of campaign.
You can't see the immediate impact of the campaign if you are just planning to run it like a week or couple of weeks.
But if I may suggest, run the campaign if the site is very much in place and you have good funds allotted to this promotion.
For now, as much as possible, address all the queries of all potential players, if they see you are very much engaged, they will be encouraged to play on your site.

Abuse always happen and it really need to verify so that they can clear out the user upon what suspicious activity they are suspected on. But somehow this was been as excuse by scam casino since they ask mostly ask this one so that the user will force to abandon their balances since they hate to do KYC. Hopefully all is balance and they do pure business and deliver quality experience to their clients.

It is same to register and start using a centralized exchange. If you are seriously to use that exchange and intend to put big capital there, you should complete KYC even it is not mandatory before start using it.

Exchanges have rules to ask KYC if they detect suspicious things like IP address changes when log in, huge withdrawal request, strange trading with your account. The first two reasons are most common and honestly, I don't want to have problems if my KYC is failed and I have huge capital in that account.
