First time of owning bitcoin

The first time I bought Bitcoin it took 2 months, after that I learned how to use it and how to use it properly, even though at first I found it difficult to learn how to transfer, over time I just got up the courage to buy it, indeed this is too late for me to enjoy it  , but I remain optimistic about the current Bitcoin price, it doesn't mean that I failed when the price went up I bought it and in the middle of this year, the price actually decreased, it's not a matter of falling or rising Bitcoin prices, but patience in investing is the main capital to be successful  , until now my first Bitcoin purchase, I still keep it and I'm just starting to join this forum, so that my experience in the Crypto world is wider and get information in this forum, because the best information is in this forum, that's why now  I know more about new things in this forum, and many discussions like this hit  i have different experiences..

For you how was your own reaction/expression in your first time of purchasing and owning bitcoins, was it so different? I would love to know!

Without basic knowledge and knowing how the market works, the fear of losing money is inevitable.
I was paranoid about bitcoin at first because of the fast price fluctuations. I was afraid of losing the money I worked hard for, but after a while the fear went away as my knowledge increased.

So my first impression when I bought bitcoin was fear of losing money. Maybe many other people have the same impression at the beginning, but that's the stupidest story I have as an initial impression. Now everything has changed, even I don't want to sell those bitcoin before my target is reached.

I first bought Bitcoin in 2020 and I got information thorough my friend and I wanted to get knowledge. And that's why I bought some 500 dollars crypto and I was very very happy that I got invested in this. And also it made me very very proud that I am still living happy life by having Bitcoin in my portfolio. And In future I want to be a trader AJ dthatimy dream too.

I was very happy to get my BTC. Although I bought it myself, I was afraid at the first. It was a bit slow to complete the transaction, so I did not receive it immediately. I was scared, thinking I did something wrong while making the deposit and I won't receive the BTC.
But the time I get it in my wallet, I was so happy and used to brag to my friends that now I own BTC.

i know this topic is about the feeling of first using bitcoin. but there is also the feeling of first attaining X or 0.0X bitcoin being an achievement too

im of the era of 1BTC was a coffee. so i didnt get excited until i got a hoard of coin

but looking it as an investment. i see it now as:

there are about 2,148,040,619 households(homes) in the world
rounding it to 2.1b

meaning 0.01btc represents one house in the world

so some can see that owning 0.01btc is like the feeling of getting the keys to a house you own out-right(on the scarcity rate)

Since this thread is like an "open forum" to share experiences anyway, I would share my input.

I was a little bit scared when I first got my Bitcoin back in 2017, since before I thought it was something ONLY used by criminals in the deep web/dark web or whatever you call it but I decided to bite the bullet since it was being reported anyway in my local news. Slowly that feeling of fear turned into comfort when I knew I was going to be okay and my misconception all to it were all plain wrong. My first experience in holding Bitcoin was all "educating" to me for tldr.

Otherwise, I bought bitcoin in early 2017 for 0.02+ of my purchase and also a small part of my friend's gift and he was the first to introduce me to bitcoin and also this forum.
At first I was hesitant before buying it, because my friend has known bitcoin for a long time so he knows its movements and he motivated me and also gave me a little bit of bitcoin so that I believe and want to do it. And finally, as time went on, I got more and more excited and kept adding to it, especially at the end of 2017 in December because of the passion to sell it at such a high profit. And that's when I became confident and independent to date and as much as I can to keep trying to collect bitcoins.

I got idea about Bitcoin in mid 2019 but I didn't have any Bitcoin then.  One of the main reasons for this is that Bitcoin is completely illegal and banned in my country.  Here your life will become miserable if someone sues you under digital currency.  At that time I could not invest in Bitcoin due to various fears.  I first started investing in Bitcoin in 2021 when the price of Bitcoin was $45000.  I had about $17,000 invested in Bitcoin at that time.  From $17,000 to $4,500, I now have $4,500 in my wallet.  But I want to save all my bitcoins long term.

When I first bought bitcoins I bought bitcoins with my own money.  And I was very tensed whether I can buy bitcoins at the last minute.  And first some money was in loss and next one week I started getting dividend.  Although my benefits were small but the money was worth a mountain to me.  Because for the first time I started making profits by investing.  This moment was the happiest for me.

Second time investment but re-invest with full money benefit.  From there some of my money is currently in loss and once bitcoin hits $30k my wallet will break even.

Well indeed I haven't gotten into bitcoin investment before but when I first got into Drive go trading,I fine out that it was greet and I was very happy because I was seeing my profit,i decided to make research to know more,then I meet alot of people doing same trading and I gain alot of ideas from them and it was great since then till now.

I did some online tasks back in 2017 and paid with Satoshis that was my first time of owning Bitcoin, I remembered with nostalgia how my Satoshis was sent to my blockchain.net wallet then, it was a daunting task paid with mrai which is later sold for Satoshis, I felt glad then and willing to continue to perform the task though the total amount of earned was small considering the time spent performing the task, however it really worth trying another means of payment apart from other methods available then which requires some mandatory verification, and much more happy when sold my first Bitcoin to fiat that same year.

But to be honest, the first time I bought bitcoin, I didn't leave any impression because I didn't know anything about it, and my goal was to make more money investing in Ponzi. Only if and when I sold my first bitcoin and made a profit because the price of bitcoin had gone up a lot compared to when I bought it, that's when I get interested and start learning about bitcoin.

I learned bitcoin from my friend 5 years ago when he shows me a game where he can earn free money by just scratching his phone screen. I thought he is just playing some boring games until he told me that there is a real money to be made by just doing it. After that he explained how it works and of course I did not get it for the 1st time so I did my researched about it and suddenly I found this forum and here I am now. The first Satoshi that I got is from the faucet, after that I try to enter the world of trading and right now, I keep increasing my bitcoin by trading it. I like the simplicity of my trading system right now and that is the reason why I stick using it to avoid to lose big amount of money.

Bitcoin is the current generation digital asset which is considered to be the most valuable asset in the world. I myself felt a sense of indescribable pride when I first held Bitcoin in my wallet. But I or those of us who had the joy of first saving Bitcoin may be even more joyful than the current generation. Because they now understand what is going to happen in Bitcoin futures. If a Bitcoin can hope to reach the target of 1000000 dollars then it is very difficult to imagine how much happy the Bitcoin holder can be.

I feel like I found and own something amazing that I am the first around my area to know it.

Facing alot of challenges when I started my crypto journey with losing and making it part of my experience in the long run. Although it was not easy to catch up every single solid project in the space but with helps and aides from top influencers in the market, it was a little bit easy for me because these men drop updates about coins to bagged and seasons for bearish and bull periods. Owning some little pieces of Bitcoin would proved to early investors that they were on the right lane on getting profits in crypto. This space is meant for two bold reasons, either you make profits or you lose, either way, one must pass through this stage of been newbie.
