it was only last month that the OP asked this question. but here we are right now, almost $300 in the market. the good thing about BNB is it is not just some fly-by-night project out there. the foundation is quite solid as it is backed by one of the top crypto-exchanges. worry if no one is using anymore the binance platform. but so far, binance is one of the trading platforms that are doing great with their business.

While Bitcoin makes the slightest movement, the cryptomarket seems to bounce back. All coins have increased in price to some extent. Currently the price of Bitcoin is between $20400 and BNB has managed to surpass $300 which many thought would take a long time. But with in two days it has pumped so much. If we just think that Bitcoin crosses its previous ATH then per BNB will be beyond expectations of many investors. Maybe later this year we'll get that desired moment back.

I don't think BNB will touch the $300 mark in 2023.
If you look at it from the market, it is still not stable and you cannot predict its movements or you can say it is unstable.
Whereas BNB itself is an altcoin that tends to have slower price movements compared to other altcoins. What's more, lately there has been a lot of bad news and FUD circulating about the BNB token owner's platform.
Maybe this price can be reached even more in the future when the bull market occurs, but it looks like it will take even longer and more than 1 year like what you have targeted in 2023.

BNB already hit $ 300 this morning and made high of the day at 314 , currently it is  trading around 305 which is certainly a good news for all those who invested in BNB & it may hit $350 if Bitcoin remains strong in coming weeks. The crypto market was in oversold position since many months & It was waiting for any good news to take a technical rebound, the positive CPI report announced recently, served as a catalyst to trigger overall rally in crypto market.

I know that it was matter of time but since the market crashed there were a lot of people who doubted it would happen anytime soon. I am glad that it happened so that people could see the situation we are in and that it could end up with a super return in the long run. I know that its not going to be a big deal at the end of the day, but that is going to end up being a bit of a trouble for a while for people who never trusted it to get to 300 dollars to begin with.

If you cannot trade with profit, then your choice is really the right one to walk the coin until the price reaches a level when you are ready to sell BNB. Actually, this also applies to other coins, since as a rule long-term holders get a bigger profit than traders who do not always manage to keep their deposit.

Your suggestion to continue holding BNB or any other asset for long term is good strategy and it always works when we track the history of Bitcoin and other top class coins including BNB which now ranks #4 on cyptomatketcap and I think it is worth holding for long term. When you have a profit, take it and if that is a great profit, you should withdraw your initial capital. That is to make sure your initial capital will be save partially or completely.

If I use $1000 to trade and get $200 in profit, I withdraw $200 and consider it as I already secure my $200 initial capital. Do it a few time till l secure the $1000 initial capital completely.

After completely secure initial capital, I will use it for investment. So at the end if I have successful trading with $1000, I will have $1000 for investment and $1000 for trading.

Binance or BNB is centralized from the beginning, I can say that CZ holds most of BNB's Node. It is true that nothing can last forever, but how long Binance will last is no one can guess. Look at Kraken and Coinbase, they are also centralized exchanges, but they have been around since 2012 despite the collapse of Mt.gox or FTX. FTX crash doesn't mean Binance will crash. Investing in cryptocurrencies is risky, including bitcoin, not just altcoins. But if someone is willing to take the risk to get a bigger reward, they can invest in altcoins.

So yeah, I think the OP has hit the mark of BNB, still above $300 despite some market correction (not sure what the reason though). And I think BNB is one solid coin that can still flourish till the next bull run. And then Binance still on top of the game right now, so a lot of good news as well in the future that will really push BNB again. Although I would agree that it is much as centralized as any other crypto, but the support and solid from the community.
