So what is the reason of not using the Blue Wallet? I would like to know which Bitcoin wallet you prefer over BlueWallet?

You misunderstood what I said. That post you quoted is a continuation of my previous post where I began talking about things I don't like to do. I talked about keeping my standard software language as English instead of switching to my native language. I continued by writing about how I am not a fan of experimenting with new wallets if I already use one that I believe offers everything I need. Blue Wallet does that for me on Android. So, I don't have anything against it. It is, in fact, my go-to wallet for my Android phone.

Cake wallet seems to be a pretty good open source wallet with quite a few features, too.

Yes cake wallet is great option and I also highly recommend because against other multi coins wallet because it has far more better features than most of them, from adding nodes which is one thing most popular multi coin wallet do not have. Also the major problem is the lack of Bip44 standard not added which means for any new cryptocurrency coin you would need to have a different seed phrase for it, I don’t know maybe recent updates have addressed this but it’s a big flaw for multi coin users needing to save multiple seed phrases for each coin added.
Then minimal problems like not supporting fees below 1sats/vbyte. Regardless it’s a much much better multi coin wallet.

For me though I prefer my bitcoin only wallet for bitcoin storage because no matter how good a multi coin wallet is bitcoin only wallet usually has better bitcoin user features than them and this why I stick with BlueWallet

On the bitcoin.org homepage, select “Choose Your Wallet” and follow the steps to select a mobile wallet for iOS or Android; eventually, the recommended mobile wallet will be displayed with a “Good” status.
It’s not just BlueWallet—there are other mobile wallets as well, such as Unstoppable. BlueWallet is a Bitcoin-only wallet, while Unstoppable supports other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin, making it a multi-coin wallet. If you’re selecting a mobile wallet for Android, the Electrum wallet is also listed there. That’s great.
BlueWallet, Electrum, and Unstoppable are all wallets you can recommend to users who ask you for advice.
