First I would like to congratulate you, your site has become a very good replacement or alternative to Preev and yours is even better for adding the trading page.
There are a lot of concerns that you properly address to the satisfaction of the community but how about the people outside of this forum I checked the https://pnnv.com/exchange page and there's no information or disclaimer that will explain if the site is safe to use to exchange their coins and what are the mechanics and requirements.

If I am going to recommend your site outside of this forum there should be at least some information about the site and FAQ to properly inform them, even the guarantee of the safety of the funds is not on the page, we know your reputation here but others outside of this forum do not have an idea on who is running the site.

The limit is 10M$ per transaction i highly doubt someone will reach it.

AgentF, looks like you have high fiat reserves to cover export/import quantity transactions. I just remembered this guy^[1] looking for exchange equivalent high criteria.
If you see it is prospective enough, there's nothing wrong with expanding the business.

I saw your previous thread when you first introduced yourself as an alternative to Preev.com which is offline. At that moment, i had bookmark your site as it offers a clean nice interface to seeing and converting the bitcoin price in USD and other local fiat currency.

I am really excited to see that you have got another step ahead and started a crypto exchange service. Without having to do the KYC, this may be one of the best services. I haven't tried the exchange yet but I will try it surely next time I needed to exchange crypto.

On the site, there is no contact us page or link or even a social handle so we can message them and ask them to secure the site
but they renewed and extend their domain up to 2025, PNVV should add a contact page or their social media account for easy communication.

About Exchange.  I understand that you use the ChangeWow provider and earn some small money, but still this is not the main thing. The most important thing is the date and the base of the audience that comes again and again to your site and uses it, which in the future will give you the opportunity to quickly redo the exchanger for yourself and no longer pay% to your provider from ChangeWOW, this is a gold mine.

Earlier the site is loading but the exchange is blank? no data is available as what is the current price of BTC.

But now, the site is not loading anymore and it's completely blank? Perhaps it is under maintenance or a new version is going to be rolled out?

I have the same experience maybe they are now configuring the site based on the recommendation of other members. if they are going to install an exchange they should make sure that they have 100% uptime so they are not going to lose profits exchanges like the one on your page are being bookmarked and monitored by traders for price comparison.

I had to upgrade and add another API, mainly i used coingecko but wanted to add coinmarketcap as well. I have 10M monthly API calls and had to combine those two.

It's costly, around 2000$ a month for the API.

That's quite a huge amount I still recommend that you add your social media account or even your account here on Bitcointalk and an additional FAQ about the exchange and your guarantee, for traders outside of this forum that are going to use your platform, I'm putting myself in a position when I stumble your platform for the first time, you can also create a thread for testimonials and install the link in the homepage, this my review and recommendation and it's up to you what you want to implement.

Aren't you caching the prices on your backend? At 1 minute caching, that would drop the API calls to less than 45k a month. Even at 10 seconds caching, that would still be 38x better (259k calls a month).

Is there a way you could run your website on Tor with onion address, especially the exchange part?
Some people would like to have better privacy and you could have more people wanting to use that since you pledged not to ask customers for any kind of kyc verification.

That's the problem, it's API call per token, people looking for different tokens.

Maybe just batch-call then beforehand?

Example: Instead of one user prompting a request for the BAT price, another one for the DOGE price, and yet another for UNI price, call all of them, at once, every minute and cache it on your backend.

I haven't tested the site yet but have checked the rate & found it interesting. I haven't seen any minimum amount; checked how much BTC I would get for 21 USDT. It was my surprise that I was supposed to receive almost the same amount I would get from a typical CEX; Binance for instance. Then who is covering the transaction fee & how? Don't you think such a small transaction is going to incur a loss for you? I guess I'm missing some info here. Well, I'm happy that I was supposed to get a better rate than any other instant exchanges though I haven't checked; I assumed LOL.

I initially thought that I was the only one experiencing it, but I have suspected that you are making some adjustments and maintenance on the back up.

Keep the project alive though, because obviously, a lot of us here uses your website.
