If you have actually made an exchange and have already provided support for the ticket number and tx id, I think this issue will be resolved very quickly if there are no problems on the side.
The site owner has a reputation, so you don't have to worry.

With third-party API this is a huge problem. When you are taking the full responsibility of recovering the funds [which obvious you will] then you are laterally losing money out of your pocket if the third-party exchange does not resolve the case in your favor. You need something that have full control by yourself.

EDIT: unblocked and in conversations. Supposed to wait 12 more days till i get refunded.

The exchange is still open, bro. I think it is better to redirect the domain to another page or domain to prevent other people from using the platform. You can redirect it to this thread or your other working domain while your developer is working on announcing the closure of your platform.
