Wouldn't it be better if you first release a casino that you will promote here on this forum, then when you do it, you will know which one you should review so that you can make it even better?
Because it's hard if you enter crypto gambling without any idea, because even if the intention is good, if the community here knows that you don't know what you're doing in this industry, they might think bad things about you, you know What I mean is.
I learned from the thread that OP's team is developing the casino while he is working as a data collector for his company. The gambling industry itself is a big area, and crypto gambling needs more of this kind of research what OP is doing here is very good, collecting data while the site is developing. A lot of gambling site has good games but are not very well optimized, and we need a decent number of games but with more optimized for different devices. Because people do not always play on their computer they tend to spend a lot of time on their mobile phones.

Do you know most of the platform do take a precaution measure to ensure they have protect their platform from hacking, so i believe that some of the platform are very curious concerning their engagement of protecting their website, using like normal fiat bank as illustration, no of their application of bank that doesn't have a strong an anti hackers that do take care of that particular section, it is assume that any gambling platforms that wants to be strong will make sure that they have a strong anti hackers so that they will not penetrate on their sites
It is true that most of the platform take a precaution measure to ensure they security as to avoid having problems especially if their platform faces a problem and their customers have to be refunded if they lose the funds assuming they have back up asset to refund their customers. If that will happen and possibly fix the problem except losing the funds then many gamblers will lose interest in gambling on their platform due to low security measures considering them being strict to their gamblers. I wouldn't gamble their if they are very strict and have low security measures. Even the platforms that are not very strict finding a way to keep their platform very secure to make their gamblers feel safe even though they know that they will mostly lose when they gamble.

This post alone by the OP already gives us a good impression that they are developing a good quality casino because they don't just deploy it right away but there are steps that they are following carefully. This is very far from the typical casino that we know. I remember there's even a casino here that are seem to excited. Their website is incomplete yet but they already posted the link here lol. Games are easy because a gambling site can just subscribe to a gaming provider to supply them boat loads of games but as you said this will be useless if the platform itself isn't really good enough. Optimization is important because we are now in the era where internet can be access on almost any devices not just on pc, laptop or mobile phones.

But this OP knows what he's doing and what he's doing is good in that he first asks the suggestions and opinions of other people who have been on this forum for a long time. Which is a good step that can encourage the community here to trust the casino that they will build on cryptocurrency.

Hi there,
I'm part of a team developing a crypto/blockchain game that has big $$ prize potential. I'm doing some research and hoping this community can help. If you guys have any insight/thoughts on the following questions please share them. We are really trying to build something that is enjoyable for the crypto gaming/gambling community.
- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players? Lack of customer support. Need more free spins/rolls. Spammers in chat room. - What would you like to see? A spam free chat window is a must. - What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)? The UI of the site matters. The graphics on one site can be better than other which attracts users to play on that site. I have observed this with myself since I like the UI of one of the gambling site. - Aside from BitcoinTalk (this forum) where else do you get your news that you trust (which newsletters, sites, which Youtubers, any twitter accounts)? BTCGOSU is my go to site for all the gambling related stuff. Whether it be checking out a new gambling site or reading news or bonus and promotions. It has everything we are looking for.

Some of them do take precautionary security measures, but not all of them. Over the years, a lot of data has been stolen from various platforms and it is still happening. And, we've seen some of the biggest corporations getting hacked and their data stolen. So I don't think that relying solely on the security measures of a platform is a good idea when it comes to protecting your data. It is important to take a multi-faceted approach to security and consider the ways in which your data could be compromised.

to trust a new casino all comes down to what the OPs and developers present to their community and members. the community will assess whether the casino they make is feasible or not. since they have asked for suggestions and input, I think they can make the casino and its management better. It's useless to see a good casino and games if it's not matched by good management and service.

Hi, The Trust! so it doesn't matter if you offer the best promotions, bonuses, royalties, or the classic "win big." So, a deposit in a casino is not just putting money to make a bet, it's having the reward that I'm going to have the complete package of entertainment, and there is no better fun than making withdrawals without problems and that implies that everything they offer in their promotions comply with it and are governed by ToC without gray areas. It is not something that is achieved in a specific time and in any case the same community of users that they manage to retain, is the one who begins to forge it, a casino is reliable not because its "neon letters" say so, it is because it has a community that supports it.

Currently, there are online casinos that don't require KYC but I don't know in the future because they may change their rules if the regulators ask them to perform KYC on all their members. We still have casinos that don't require KYC so we can still use them without worrying that they will ask for KYC. But we also need to be prepared to provide KYC if the casino asks for it and if we don't want to do that, we can look for another casino as a backup.
Yes, expect that full centralization will hit crypto-gambling sites too just as happened in most crypto exchanges today where before, users can freely withdraw money there without any form of verification. But on a side note, crypto-gambling sites should not be treated exactly the same as a crypto exchange that's why for gambling sites, KYC should only be a requirement or being asked for certain instances but not as mandatory. Part also of being a legal business to operate, crypto-gambling sites have no choice but to follow anything according to law. If the casinos could choose, they would choose as you say. But unfortunately, this is not the case because the regulator will pressure the casinos to comply with the regulator's wishes. And we as gamblers must also obey the wishes of the casino if we still want to play gambling and withdraw the winning money. And hopefully, this regulation won't happen in the near future or only applies to gamblers who play gamble with big money, while small gamblers can be free from doing KYC or not required to do KYC.

The big problem is always because of the KYC, you can have the best casinos, but when there are many demands, sometimes people don't like it, it's like a lot of control, for me that's something normal, complying with KYC At this point, it's not that much of a bother for me anymore, but I've seen many players who are almost whales that it does cause them trouble, although there are casinos that are usually our favorites and when they ask us for KYC, we simply do it without any problem, the The most common problem occurs when we have or enter a new casino and they demand KYC from us very quickly and with great demand, I don't like that anymore because it does not have any type of reptation or trust, and that data can be used to other purposes.

That's what makes both playing to and operating an online cryptocurrency casino very complicated. Since it is crypto-based, customers would want a more private/anonymous set-up (NO KYC), for the side of the casino regarding that, their service becomes more vulnerable to being used with money laundering, moreover, it'll be hard to determine cheaters. Casino may also use this chance to scam their customers as they are also anonymous and unregulated. On the other hand, casino that has KYC, I can say are more safe to play at. They are regulated so it'll not be very easy for them to become a fraud. With KYC implementation, it'll also help fight illegal activities. In addition, it'll not be easy for players to cheat. Regardless whether KYC is being implemented or not, regulated or unregulated, the moment you deposit your money to them, consider it not yours anymore untill you successfully withdrawn it.

Platforms that are very tight usually keep data more secure. Until now, several platforms have no leaks, meaning they are still very safe, although we are always worried when someone tries to hack the platform. Actually, gambling should be anonymous, but this is because all casino platforms are subject to the same pressure from the government, but once again, KYC is not really comfortable for me.
That's what will happen if the casino is very strict in theor business but it doesn't mean that they are always safe and secured. Take binance for example where they are running quite smoothly before until they got attacked and forced to froze the assets. Thankfully for the other people who have crypto stored in their exchange that the binance is centralized exchange. If you think about a casino like that then they might sldo be the same as other platform that will be attacked if the attackers found a weakness spot to start the attack. That's what they should focus too rather than focusing on one aspect which is being legit, to be trusted and more that both can benefit such as security measures and not scamming their players. While it's true that platforms with strong security measures in place are generally more secure and less vulnerable to hacking and other types of cyber attacks, it's important to note that no platform is completely immune to security breaches. It's always a good idea to be vigilant about protecting your data and assets. That's why it is important to be aware of the risks and to take steps to protect yourself and your assets, even if you are using a platform that has a good track record of security. True, no one is immune even though the platform guards it tightly if there is even the slightest loophole it can be disastrous for the platform, but I have never heard of a casino getting hacked but for exchange platforms it often happens that many even millions of dollars come out of their finances and being drained by hackers, it must be aware of the risks that occur. A centralized platform cannot be avoided for us, not KYC, they always ask for it because it is already a regulation, but choose a trusted platform, including casinos there are still many casinos that can be trusted even though we have submitted our document data to them. what needs to be avoided is storing old assets in a centralized platform, so that is a mistake in my opinion.

Maybe gamblers weigh the trust and experience they have on that casino. Personally, I have submitted KYC on some of my favorite casino and I don't bother it that much given that it is pretty normal nowadays but for me it would be hard to give my identity to some new random casino who are just starting up. It is understandable that casino need to ask for KYC because of regulations, license, anti-cheat bla bla bla but they need to work it out to gather the trust of their gamblers, New casino will really have the hard time in this given that they are new and don't have the reputation to show in the gambling community. Note: I still hate KYC.

- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players?
Poor Customer care response to issues and slow website with poor user interface. - What would you like to see?
What i will love to see is quality graphics and good storyline that goes along with the game. It could help explain some new casino games i am not conversant with - What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)?
It differs for different persons. For me it is consistent bonuses. The more the bonus the more frequent i play. - Aside from BitcoinTalk (this forum) where else do you get your news that you trust (which newsletters, sites, which Youtubers, any twitter accounts)?
Multiple Sites so i will confirm the authenticity of the news i don't just trust news blindly so a minimum of two sites serve as my new sources.

What i have to say in this scenario, is that some sites who are legit will ensure that their players have registered in their platform properly through KYC verification, so i assume that any casino gamblling website that refused to induce such policy of having verification confirmation doesn't operate fully with license from what i observe, because any casino gambling sites that knows what's obtainable will definitely operate with license.

Personally, I’d love to see crypto gaming be a part of the current gaming infrastructure that already exists. Let me bet with my friends or strangers and play over Xbox live without having to prove the results of the game on a third party app somehow. If a company partnered with Microsoft to make a game where gambling was built in and used crypto to top off accounts, that would be amazing.

I also don't mind complying with KYC, but I can now play in many casinos without doing KYC. But I realized that one day, I could be asked to do KYC even though I was a small gambler who didn't gamble too much. But whales who have often gambled at many casinos and used big money to gamble should also be aware that casinos will require KYC, and they must comply. But if a new casino asks for KYC right away, I'll still choose to play at the casino I usually use because it doesn't ask me to do KYC.

Yes you are right that mate and also If I am in the situation that I found a new casino then I'll try the smallest bet and then play and once I won then I am going to withdraw and once the withdrawal transacted fast and smoothly then I'll go for the next step wich is depositing a good amount and once again there's no problem in withdrawal then it's recommendable and for sure a positive an good feedback will be review . Perhaps almost everyone is just the same and decide whether to continue to play in this casino or look for some other. But there is one feature here, which is that sending money to a deposit is, of course, as easy as shelling pears. And on the account at the casino they will come quickly. But it is clear for everyone and always problems can arise when withdrawing funds. For example, you didn’t read the rules of this casino, ignored them (of course you shouldn’t do that!), and the rules indicate the amount of money to be withdrawn in dollar terms. And it turned out that you need to withdraw more. And then the problems begin. And again, some kind of KYC will be demanded from you, more requirements for the bank, in which, for example, a dollar account. And that's when all these difficulties begin. And when we encounter a lot of such difficulties, we just move to another casino where withdrawal is easy. There are different kinds of KYC, and I suggest to OP to conduct a good research and to find the most convenient one for the customers.
