I was reading an article online about blockchain technology when I came across a specific section that discussed how Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies would become accepted forms of payment all around the world. If that's the case, I recommend that the government include Blockchain technology in the university and K-12 curricula so that students and teachers can understand how it works and why it's a superior form of payment to traditional fiat currency. Additionally, there should be billboards advertising Bitcoin across the city to educate the public about its use and the reasons why the new technology should be accepted as a form of payment everywhere.

I guess that was not a good article. Cryptocurrency is already accepted as a form of payment all around the world due to its sheer nature. Regardless of regulation, one can use it anyway. And, I would say even more. Cryptocurrency and the Blockchain should have its own courses taught at universities as well as it should have an introduction course as part of the teaching program in high school.

I do not think it is necessary for all courses, I think the course best fits into IT-related courses and is heavy on Computer programming/computer science, and computer engineering courses.  There is always a specification of what education is integrated into every course and I think the stated courses need blockchain tech education integrated.

Economist needs to understand Bitcoin economics but not deeply on its technical codes because it will derail the course from its normal curriculum.

For cryptocurrencies, I think it's good to have a few hours or minutes of discussion through subjects like Economics and Finance. While for blockchain, it could be inserted into subjects related to technology, maybe into computer major courses, it's easy.
Because the technology sector can't ignore the market for blockchain developers and there's a huge market cap that they can see how much it will make someone focusing on this particular technology and have a career in it.

It's easier said than done because changing of a school curriculum requires extra resources and training of the teachers themselves to grasp this new technology, but of course we can't just sit back and do nothing... It needs to start from somewhere and this could be possible with the next crop of teachers who could be more tech savvy and ready to take up this challenge unlike the old timers.

Not only about sudden change and integration or speaking about budget but also we should consider or mind about legal aspects which we know that not each country does have allowed Bitcoin or crypto as a whole,
which does mean that not all schools will really be have the rights on trying out to included without consulting about legal issues or something in related because just as i said that everything should really be needed
some granted request or confirmation before they could really do something. We know that each places does have different takings when it comes to it.
Who doesnt really want to have this kind of exposure and recognition on adding up on a curriculum? Of course we do really love to see on these things.

Agreed, the curriculum change isn't an easy thing. While making a curriculum more things were taken into consideration. The prime thing is the understanding, based on the age group the curriculum is designed. Initially the techy itself doesn't have much awareness about bitcoin. It is time to educate the teachers and only through them it is possible to reach the students in a much better way.

I think this could become a reality and indeed it will be added if the country is already on bitcoin and adopts it, just an example might be El Salvador now. but this only applies if indeed they have made regulations that indirectly bring bitcoin there but if not then something like this will obviously be very difficult because regulation is still the main reason so implementing this when regulations do not exist will only create polemics in his country.

I think the chance for the crypto to become a global currency is slim because there will always be government who are not going to allow them in their country but it does not mean that we will stop spreading the word crypto. As long as they are still legal in our country, we should encourage the people, our teachers and even the government so that cryptos will become more established.

Aside from being a currency, we can do a lot of things with crypto. They can work as an investment. We can use them for trading. There are also jobs which are related to them and the blockchain. This is an added opportunity to the people knowing that other fields are now full or close to it.

Then you seem to have just missed the whole point of Bitcoin (not crypto, really). It was precisely because there will always be governments to dictate what you do with your money and what you will be able to count as money that Bitcoin was and is perfect as a global currency.

And it already is, in a sense. Name one other currency you could carry with you to ANY country and sell/exchange for local currency. Even those states banning Bitcoin can't ban p2p.

I agree, not only things for financial literacy should be in the channel but rather all different types on investment especially in crypto,. so that many people will stop investing in hyip and other pyramiding. Many people should learn. crypto, if can be useful in everyday needs, not only good for students but also good for all ages and those working people.

I doubt this is ever going to happen, bitcoin is already a form of payment that can be used worldwide, tell me do we have the support of the governments around the world? Except for a very small minority the rest of the countries have banned bitcoin or have it under very heavy regulations, and I think this is something we should expect in the near future to continue, so bitcoin will have to surpass those obstacles on its own, and taking into account the current level of adoption I can say it has done a good job.

First, we should take cryptocurrency as an alternative currency and bitcoin decentralization doesn't allow it to be controlled by the government or any other individual, so accepting Bitcoin in some countries may take a long time before happening but then we should also know that some countries around the world are already making bitcoin a legal currency.

But some other countries will rather create their own centralized CBDC, which is aim at replacing other cryptocurrencies even though CBDC does not have the features of cryptocurrency.

I recommend that the government include Blockchain technology in the university and K-12 curricula so that students and teachers can understand how it works and why it's a superior form of payment to traditional fiat currency.
It has been implemented by some countries such as the USA, Switzerland, France, Israel, and others. Also, there is news saying students in France high schools have started getting lessons about Blockchain and cryptocurrencies. As for universities, you can see the list through the website below:

- 25 Best Universities in the World to Study Cryptocurrency & Blockchain - by crimsoneducation.
- Best Universities for Blockchain and Cryptography in the World - by edurank.

Additionally, there should be billboards advertising Bitcoin across the city to educate the public about its use and the reasons why the new technology should be accepted as a form of payment everywhere.
Policy makers are still debating about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, so how could we put up Bitcoin billboards for the public.

yes  they should, in fact, they should consider to add a program on how to invest money, there is a book about "Rich Dad Poor Dad " tell that our education need this because we only learn how to get smart only but not on investing money. and bitcoin might be one of them in my opinion

or at least there is major about crypto in university
Bitcoin is going to stay for good so the government should start educating the people first particularly the young minds in schools and universities so that they will grasp on ideas on the benefits of bitcoin and how it can be used effectively. But in our country, I guess there will be long processes first before the government will submit into bitcoin.

the good about in today's generation is you can self-study by using different sources that you can find over the internet. however, you should select valid references to get the facts from certain topics. but to formally introduce this technology to the young generation, definitely, they can always add this to their courses. and a lot of the schools or universities are already actually including the topics of blockchain tech and other related-topics especially if your course has something to do with the IT industry.

I think the government really needs to include lessons about bitcoin and blockchain. because of course this is the modern era and people are starting to get to know bitcoin a lot.
and one example of a country that supports bitcoin lessons if i'm not mistaken is elsalvador. and even if I'm not mistaken last year the government of elsalvador planned to build a bitcoin and crypto school. and i also hope the government in my country build a bitcoin and crypto school. or conduct lessons on bitcoin and blockchain at university.

How do we recommend the government to include the K-12 curriculum as an aspect of introducing Blockchain technology in schools, while they are still quite restrictive and have not fully accepted the development of bitcoin and Blockchain. In addition, payments using fiat currencies are still quite dominant at this time, so further education and introduction to payments using crypto or bitcoin is needed.

The curriculum at school cannot be changed with a number of considerations, bearing in mind that the curriculum has become standard in its application, even though there have been minor revisions and I think it is still related to the world of education as usual.

Bitcoin digital currency has contributed the most to the way digital currencies have become popular in the world. Our modern world has entered a completely new phase of the information age associated with the increasing digitization of all aspects of our lives. The new digital environment nowadays permeates not only daily practice, but also professional activities, changing their form and restructuring the consciousness and even the way of life of most people. With the new level of development of information technology, economy, finance, trade and other fields are transacted virtually in the currency Bitcoin.

Government might not do such things about Bitcoin. They never take any sides of a risky investment, be it stocks or commodities or crypto for that instance. What they might do is put up topics on a neutral approach to bitcoin or any altcoin.

Still I would stick to my previous motion, cybercrime is a topic that needs to be taught at schools and students made aware of the problem at hand than talking about Bitcoin. Blockchain technology is not for everyone so should be kept at much higher levels as an elective subject.

However bitcoin might contribute it is for any huge economic impact. It might change in future and so will the government approach.

There are many good specialists, but perhaps they do not have the necessary skills to teach these subjects well. Probably so far the educational system is not ready for the presentation of cryptocurrencies. Moreover, not all society is ready to accept cryptocurrencies, so such a lesson can be in the educational system, but it should be as an additional and not a main one, so that you can choose it if you want to study this subject.
