From a legal point of view, the bookmaker cannot close an account if the client has confirmed with a document. If he wants to have 100 accounts from one IP. I don't know why sportsbet is acting like a madman

You gotta be kidding right? This guy or gal win 18K USD for doing whatever shit that makes them increase there winning percentage through the use of multiple account. Sportsbet is known for easy and fast withdrawal no matter what the amount is. This guy violate the casino ToS and probably use it for there own advantage. Witnessing a case like this then follow up with another case from newbie prove the point of Steve that this people is part of an illegal group that target casino sportsbook.

You can't accuse me of fraud without any proof.  I proved that I did not violated any rules. Steve presented me with an argument and I responded with my evidence.  We are talking here by presenting evidence.  It's frivolous to accuse people like you without proof.  You should think twice before judging people in public.
They showed some proof that you had other accounts and according to their ToS that is illegal. I don't agree with that if you are collecting no perks from multiple accounts, but you agree to their ToS when you create an account.

Be happy you got some money back and quit being a loser.

I have not collected no perks from my other (closed) accounts.  I know that when I create an account, I accept their terms and conditions.  According to their rule, condition 10.1, when the account is closed, the rules and conditions lose their validity.  You can find it in the screenshot I attached. 
I'm lucky they gave me the money I deposited, right?  They confiscated my $18919 money!  are you kidding me?

Another interesting thing to point out is that although you know you have a habit of creating an account and stopped --more about this below on inconsistency #2 and other point at the end of my post-- to take a break, you insisted on having no other account on the earliest part of your exchange of communication with SB.

If you're truly honest and clueless and innocent, the "I did. No, I did not use kyc in my other (closed) accounts.  On my account with the username snne, they questioned me not to give the money because I by luck won a large amount on my first withdrawal.  They don't give my money even though I did it correctly.  KYC was not requested in my closed accounts. Probably because I usually lost. There was no money they could confiscate.

So, all of the other seven accounts you previously had, were you stopped playing using them because you won and withdrawn, and thus you've made SB your very personal sugar daddy and walking ATM,  or because you keep losing and need to take a break, thus you didn't profited at all from SB?

You can just use the "other" option as your answer, and you choose that you wanted to close your account because you deemed them to give insufficient reward. Why?

Next, you use TnC 10.1 as your defense, which specify that account that's been closed would also be released from TnC.

To make it even more glaring, I'm referring to the activity where you possibly milked the bonus system, drained it on that account, feels them "insufficient", closed your account, and create a new one.

Let's suppose you did close your account for the sole reason of wanting to take a break after a big win --or lost-- an interesting thing to point out is the timestamp of the email for account closure, aysugnr on 31 October 2022 and hknays on 19 November 2022.



You're saying, according to your narrative, you had aysugnr, feels enough and need to take a break, asked for an account closure, and then less than 19 days later decided that you wanted some fun, created a new account with new email address, and asked for another account closure within a very short timeframe because you need a break, and created a yet new one... in less than one month after it?

And the way you denied that you've previously opened an account on the very first exchange of communication with them is justifiedly worsen their suspicion toward you.

I have not collected no perks from my other (closed) accounts.  I know that when I create an account, I accept their terms and conditions.  According to their rule, condition 10.1, when the account is closed, the rules and conditions lose their validity.  You can find it in the screenshot I attached.

Normally, people would just leave their account idle and ready for use when they're up for some new chapter of fun. What's even more strange is, still in my opinion, using different email accounts for each new sign-ups.

My opinion aside, I am still waiting and started to get worried on why haven't you provide the date of your emails requesting account closure, I've asked three times including this one. It wouldn't help (for now). Casinos in Curacao took some cases to the appeal court (after losing in the first court) arguing that they are not obliged by law to pay any winnings related to gambling!! (true story). So wait until that case is over or it is useless to file any lawsuit.

Of course it's so shameful for them to even argue this way, but, you know, they're fraudsters as much as Sam BankMan Fried in the Bahamas is (at least he gets arrested) or the majority of the "Lengendary" and "Hero" accounts here living in third world countries and licking casinos asses to pay them 70 dollars/weeks for them to have a good life while scamming the players of the casinos they promote.

Why would she lodge a complaint or claim against sportsbet when she has already been found guilty of her deeds? She had a habit of creating new accounts every time she was done with her older accounts where she took enough advantage of the bonuses/rewards and still unsatisfied with what SB has provided. She must plead guilty and stop making nonsensical arguments when everything is out and clear in front of us. Where did you get that I benefited from the rewards and bonuses?  Do you have proof  I used rewards and bonuses.  I did not take advantage of my accounts.  I always bet with my own money.  steve should check this and pay me.  If necessary, I will take the matter to the courts of Curacao.  I can do that.  because sportsbet.io scammed me.

sportsbet.io seems unreliable.  People should not deposit and bet on this site.When you win, they accuses you of multiple accounts and close your account. They doesn't pay his winnings. There are a lot of people who experience this.  You can find examples in Btctalk.

Don't get me wrong, but did you go for permanent closure of your old accounts or were they closed for specific time like a week, a month, six months, a year or more? Because if it was permanent, I think that the casino also deletes all the data associated with the account like history of bets, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses/rewards claimed, etc. but only keep track of the IP address and email address of that person and the KYC material too.

I agree that there are accusations against various websites regarding denial to pay the winnings to the winner, but it's also true that in many cases, the valid counter-evidence as well as arguments made by the respective casino parties were found to be correct.

What you say is absolutely correct.  I have permanently closed my accounts.  In this case, all information on my accounts should be deleted. (condition 10.1 clearly states this). Also, in my dialogue with live support, Mr. Tunç told me this. (You can find this conversation in the screenshots). sportsbet.io accused me of multiple accounts with the accounts that I had permanently closed.  According to these rules and conditions, it is an absolutely wrong decision.  is not it?  sportsbet.io should return from this error as soon as possible.  I honestly earned $18919.  Don't they have to pay me my earning ?

Let's see if I can make you get the situation here. You had several accounts which you denied their existence on the first place and only admitting it after they straightforwardly mentioned the names, this is understandably cast a huge doubt on your credibility. They've deemed this case closed, and your complain would as much turned to deaf ear.

The thing you can do right now is to raise an appeal to the community on this forum, prove that you're wrongly accused, and hope that sportsbet respected the forum and reopened your case for review. But so far, you've proven nothing other than repetitively stating that you didn't take any bonus, my long post of the inconsistencies of your statements are even only partially --and vaguely-- clarified, you hadn't provide the proof that I've asked several times: the proof of time gap between each of your accounts.

Let me try to break it down even further like I explaining to a third grader why this is quite important. On SB point of view, and as far as whoever read this thread understand, you created multi acc which violated their ToS. You argued back that the accounts are not active simultaneously, you've closed each of those account before opening a new one, which means you didn't have multi account and SB's accusation is invalid. But as I've pointed out --and marked in blue-- on previous post, you also agreed that they have the right to confiscate your fund if they suspected you registered multiple accounts in attempt to hide your betting activity or bypass their trading limit.

You stated that the reason why you opened and closed accounts are because you need a break after winning, but --again, as I've pointed out-- your statements during this entire case keeps contradicting each other, add that to the fact on your email screenshot that the date between those accounts are extremely close, it is very justified for anyone to think and suspected that there's another, more dubious, reason why you keep opening and closing accounts. You argued that those date didn't reflect on the real timespan between each account because it took a very long time for them to process account closure --oops, sorry, I was meaning to say "closing intervals for your 3 accounts are not very short"-- but you never give any concrete evidence to back up this claim, and I've asked you repetitively. If any, you just cast a bigger doubt on everyone's mind.

Let me try to break it down yet again, in a "flowchart".

You want them to give proof that you're wrongly accused? You'll want them to reopened your case. But how exactly do they reopen a case they considered closed? You'll need them to reconsider the case. And how exactly will they reconsider your case? Unfortunatelly, you can only hope they respected the forum's request and looked at your case again. So, up to this point, simplified, who you need to convince right now are the forum, i.e. the people reading this thread. You still following me? Good. So how exactly do you make the forum to do that? Well, sweetheart, this forum, especially people "overseeing" this sub-board are very fair and neutral. They judge everything by facts and data, evidences. If you've provide an undisputed evidences that you're the right side here, they won't be reluctant to support you. So what you need is to provide evidences instead of throwing tantrums and baseless statements.
