You didn't admit that you had multiple accounts first, then you admitted after everything was exposed about your multiple accounts. Now Steve might be taking time to reply you, because they also have to do a lot of analysis to talk about your case.
You should have considered skipping this website because you had multiple accounts on it. I will follow this thread to see if there is a solution to this problem.

Let's see if I can make you get the situation here. You had several accounts which you denied their existence on the first place and only admitting it after they straightforwardly mentioned the names, this is understandably cast a huge doubt on your credibility. They've deemed this case closed, and your complain would as much turned to deaf ear.

The thing you can do right now is to raise an appeal to the community on this forum, prove that you're wrongly accused, and hope that sportsbet respected the forum and reopened your case for review. But so far, you've proven nothing other than repetitively stating that you didn't take any bonus, my long post of the inconsistencies of your statements are even only partially --and vaguely-- clarified, you hadn't provide the proof that I've asked several times: the proof of time gap between each of your accounts.

Let me try to break it down even further like I explaining to a third grader why this is quite important. On SB point of view, and as far as whoever read this thread understand, you created multi acc which violated their ToS. You argued back that the accounts are not active simultaneously, you've closed each of those account before opening a new one, which means you didn't have multi account and SB's accusation is invalid. But as I've pointed out --and marked in blue-- on previous post, you also agreed that they have the right to confiscate your fund if they suspected you registered multiple accounts in attempt to hide your betting activity or bypass their trading limit.

You stated that the reason why you opened and closed accounts are because you need a break after winning, but --again, as I've pointed out-- your statements during this entire case keeps contradicting each other, add that to the fact on your email screenshot that the date between those accounts are extremely close, it is very justified for anyone to think and suspected that there's another, more dubious, reason why you keep opening and closing accounts. You argued that those date didn't reflect on the real timespan between each account because it took a very long time for them to process account closure --oops, sorry, I was meaning to say "closing intervals for your 3 accounts are not very short"-- but you never give any concrete evidence to back up this claim, and I've asked you repetitively. If any, you just cast a bigger doubt on everyone's mind.

Let me try to break it down yet again, in a "flowchart".

You want them to give proof that you're wrongly accused? You'll want them to reopened your case. But how exactly do they reopen a case they considered closed? You'll need them to reconsider the case. And how exactly will they reconsider your case? Unfortunatelly, you can only hope they respected the forum's request and looked at your case again. So, up to this point, simplified, who you need to convince right now are the forum, i.e. the people reading this thread. You still following me? Good. So how exactly do you make the forum to do that? Well, sweetheart, this forum, especially people "overseeing" this sub-board are very fair and neutral. They judge everything by facts and data, evidences. If you've provide an undisputed evidences that you're the right side here, they won't be reluctant to support you. So what you need is to provide evidences instead of throwing tantrums and baseless statements.

Tl;dr: give your evidences.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your time here, my purpose is not to argue with anyone. You are a good person.  

At first, I said yes, I do not have another account because if an account is permanently closed according to condition 10.1, the conditions are no longer valid and there is no such account.  I didn't admit anything when they mentioned the account names to me, I told them that these accounts were permanently closed and I couldn't understand how they were judging me with multiple accounts.  Afterwards, when they didn't answer me, I started to seek my right about it here.  

As for Steve's lack of response, I think I provided enough evidence for them to reconsider this case, especially the screen shots of their live support talk.  I have shared the screen shots of my e-mails that I requested to close the accounts / or prove the date of the closure, and the closure of the account was always on the same day with my request to close the account (I do not understand why you insist on asking for more proof, everything is already clear).If I try to lie about this here, sportsbet employees can easily access this information, so putting too many screenshots will not gain me anything, I think I have explained the issue clearly enough. sportsbet.io can see it, you will appreciate that there is no point in me not lying here, so I do not lie about such a thing, every time I open an account, I state that I have not done anything to abuse it.  Despite all this evidence, the fact that the sportsbet group does not care at all raises a lot of doubt.  And people who read this issue understand that sportsbet is an unreliable betting website and this situation is getting stronger day by day since I can't get an answer.

You say that I was prosecuted for opening and closing accounts for bypass trading limit and hiding bets, but when steve checks my accounts he will see that closed accounts do not have any trading limits.  There is no bet that I am trying to hide.  I can't prove this to you because accounts are permanently disabled.  They can check everything.  I am ready to provide any evidence.  steve should check this out and explain it here.  

Steve claimed that I am not a woman.He claims that my account was used by someone else. They should not blame a customer without such proof, but Steve does not respond in any way.  

On a betting site, if people see suspicious behavior towards their customers, they prefer not to use it, and so far I have shared a lot of inconsistent conditions and live support conversations that will create that suspicion.  However, I am still attaching the (begining) mails that I gave my closing request.  As I said, the accounts were permanently closed on the same day as my closing request.

As I explained to Holydarkness, I did not admit anything. I did not expect that I would face such an accusation from closed accounts.  Because there is no such condition in ToS, moreover, live support said that it is not multi-accounting to open another account after an account is closed.  I showed you this chat with screenshots.I said that I do not have another active account because I closed my accounts permanently.  so I don't have any inconsistency.

I see that some of you do not understand me very well, there is an impression that I had active accounts but I tried to hide them, at first.  I hope I can explain myself better now, and I hope there is a misunderstanding between me and sportsbet.io just like with you, and they will realize it as soon as possible.  I don't want to think there's any other reason why they still haven't responded.  But if it continues like this, sportsbet.io  will no longer be a reliable betting site used by my friends and other many people and will remain as a betting website that accuses people of unwarranted multiple accounts and does not comply with its ToS.  I did not violate a rule.  Why would I choose another site?  I didn't do multiple accounts.  But if all these things do not come to a conclusion, me and many people in this forum will choose not to use sportsbet.io anyway, you can be sure.  Thanks for the advice…

As it is now known and made public that their account closure is on the same date of your request, it means we can summarize your activities as follows: you created aysugnr on an unspecified date, request account closure on 31 October --as per your reason you said here-- because you need to take a break, but in between 1 November and 19 November, you decided that the break is enough and you want to create hknays. Just for a mere assumption to give you the greatest benefit of doubt, I'll say you created hknays on 10 November, bet honestly for 9 days, and decided you had enough, requested account closure on 19 November, processed immediately, and then you yet again created snne on December 2 at the latest --proven by your earliest deposit shown on the screenshot here. Wouldn't you agree it's a bit questionable for someone to creating and closing accounts every two weeks?

You said you just want to take a break when you win and made profit, but later you said you usually lost (on the accounts you've closed) and that's why they can't confiscate any fund. But allow me to quote SB's statement which probably made after looking at your database,

Any customer can set as many betting break times as she/he wants.  As long as it does not violate the rules and conditions, there does not appear to be a problem. I definitely do not think this is something that should be questioned.

 Yes I usually lost, only when I won I decided to close the account because I had finally won and I didn't want to lose any more money.  but I wanted to play again because I enjoyed betting and because there was a big tournament like the world cup then I was losing again and again and I felt compelled to keep playing to at least earn my losses.

If I didn't have enough evidence, I wouldn't create a topic in this forum.  I created this topic because I am innocent and I can prove it. People should not open a complaint topic in this forum without proof.

 I proved my innocence by presenting evidence.  But Steve only offered similar email addresses.  He rudely mocked me for being a woman.  He didn't do anything else.  If he accuses me of hidding betting or bonus abuse, he can prove it by putting the betting history of accounts that I have permanently closed.  If I could access my accounts that I have permanently closed, I would immediately share screenshots of my betting history with you.  So I would have proved without a doubt that there was no hidden bet or abuse.  Why is Steve keeping his silence?  He can solve this case by sharing the betting histories of the accounts that I have permanently closed.

You were using Sportsbet's Odds Boost with multiple accounts; therefore giving yourself a clear advantage which is cheating (regardless of the conversation you had with Live Chat).
An Odds Boost always moves the odds in the favor of the bettor. The sportsbook operator will give up some or all of the vig for these specific wagers. There are times where the odds are boosted enough that the sportsbook operator will actually forgo their entire house edge for a specific event

Sportsbet.io doesn't care about paying out $18,919.

Im all for paying out genuine bets if the price is right, and we are known for fast payouts and withdrawals.

However, we are not a charity.. and if you deliberately break normal industry terms and conditions standards, you will be caught.

The multi-accounting on this case is soooo blatant and LAZY that even the emails are the same - as above ^^ SO you can imagine what happens when we start checking device details.. it unravels like an Onion.
I mean - Icloud and Hotmail?  this just shows you are not new to the game.

But the thing that got me, and the one fact I wanted to sleep on, is you tried to pass yourself of as an innocent female.

This means you have brought either your wife, girlfriend or a poor innocent female into your web of deceit and using them to try to add to your long list of accounts through KYC verification.

You were on top of us for a while and have withdrawn more than deposited. So you can have that money, but there will be no more financial transactions between your (many ) selves and sportsbet.io

With no surprises, I won't be spending any more time on this case.

So, I got some free time at hand today and curiosity gets the best of me. So, in a wish to close this case for good, I threw myself into the site in question itself to see what's this boosted bet by their definition.

It's funny how you said earlier that you never use any bonus and never cheated, that you close your accounts simply for personal reason, and that only after I pointed out that you had your bet on boosted mode, you added a claim that it's not a bonus or promotion, because clearly their guide page said the opposite:

But that's not the end of it, as I said, I have some free time at hand, and since I wanted to get to the bottom of this and think there's more to these... accounts closing and reopening, I took one step further and dig deeper: I made an account on SB, just for you and this case.

Guess what I found? This:



Apparently --at least to me-- although you can use a boost for one sport every 24 hours, the amount of this promotion is not unlimited. In my case, I have 39 free boosts. So what do I need when I ran out of boost? Well, I guess I can just... feel I've got enough, close my account, and then open a new one few days later. Voila, new boosts.

They didn't allow the user to create many accounts under the same email, if you even bothered to read any of the responses you would know that. All of your questions have been already answered. No law has been broken, the terms of play on site have been broken which means they are allowed to take action the player has agreed to accept.

Ahh, no. His account was dormant since april 2022, but this is not his first post here, he had 7 posts prior to this one, with the first was a complain --and an audacity to ask for VIP stat for compensation-- for being locked out of his account. Steve has addressed it and found red flags.

Hello to everyone I’m in a likely situation so I wanted to ask some questions. First of all, I never opened another sportsbet account. I opened just one account on sportsbet and I don’t have any else. My nickname is ‘doktor17’.
On 1st of January, I win a bet and won 6472 usdt totally. I tried to withdraw 6000 but couldn’t. There was a notification that tells me I must contact with safety team of SB by email. I tried to connect live and ask about the withdrawal problem that I had but there was no live support button. So I mailed to safety and assurance team and they wanted me to verificate identity. I did the verification successfully and told them. They mailed me that my verification is successfully completed, they’re making an investigation about multi accounting on me and they also said that if I have any other accounts, it would be nice to tell them. I told I never had any other then they sent me 3 account nicknames that I don’t know and never get in touch with. They also told me that I successfully got over second level investigation (I dont know what it is). That was the last mail I had. During this proccess, I tried to withdraw my money and get a notification that tells me ‘I cannot withdraw money in 48 hours since I deposited money for security reasons’ but I had not deposited any money for security reasons. After all of these, I deposited some more USDT in my account because of that ‘security reasons’ notification. It’s been 1 day after my deposit. I cannot get any answer from safety team, my budget is still same in SB. I cannot take bets on the site. I want to ask that how long does it take to investigate an account? My bets were clean, I’m just a person who likes betting and 6400 bucks is a big money for me. Thx 🙏🙏

During this proccess, I tried to withdraw my money and get a notification that tells me ‘I cannot withdraw money in 48 hours since I deposited money for security reasons’ but I had not deposited any money for security reasons. After all of these, I deposited some more USDT in my account because of that ‘security reasons’ notification. It’s been 1 day after my deposit. I cannot get any answer from safety team, my budget is still same in SB. I cannot take bets on the site. I want to ask that how long does it take to investigate an account? My bets were clean, I’m just a person who likes betting and 6400 bucks is a big money for me. Thx 🙏🙏
it would be best to create your own thread and share screenshots of the email you sent to them and emails you received from them(exclude any personal information). also, why the hell did you think it is a good idea to deposit again when the funds on your SB account are frozen?

just curious, did you use VPN? a lot of gamblers have been banned from gambling sites because of using VPN. a lot of gamblers have been accused of multi-accounting because they used VPN.

Hello to everyone I?m in a likely situation so I wanted to ask some questions. First of all, I never opened another sportsbet account. I opened just one account on sportsbet and I don?t have any else. My nickname is ?doktor17?.
On 1st of January, I win a bet and won 6472 usdt totally. I tried to withdraw 6000 but couldn?t. There was a notification that tells me I must contact with safety team of SB by email. First of all thx for your advice, I opened a new topic. Secondly, I don?t know sometimes megapari wants me to deposit extra money to withdraw my budget. And lastly, I never use VPN but I?ve told SB team too, I bought a new Wi-Fi maybe that made this situation. But i didnt use vpn.

So, I got some free time at hand today and curiosity gets the best of me. So, in a wish to close this case for good, I threw myself into the site in question itself to see what's this boosted bet by their definition.

It's funny how you said earlier that you never use any bonus and never cheated, that you close your accounts simply for personal reason, and that only after I pointed out that you had your bet on boosted mode, you added a claim that it's not a bonus or promotion, because clearly their guide page said the opposite:

The boosted bet is clearly listed on their promotional page, and given you utilized this not-a-promotion thing, I am quite sure you also aware about this. But that's not the end of it, as I said, I have some free time at hand, and since I wanted to get to the bottom of this and think there's more to these... accounts closing and reopening, I took one step further and dig deeper: I made an account on SB, just for you and this case.

Apparently --at least to me-- although you can use a boost for one sport every 24 hours, the amount of this promotion is not unlimited. In my case, I have 39 free boosts. So what do I need when I ran out of boost? Well, I guess I can just... feel I've got enough, close my account, and then open a new one few days later. Voila, new boosts.

If you examine the page more carefully, you can see that a lot of information about various news and sponsorships is also listed on the promotionas page.  Since there is a boost feature on such a page, you cannot claim that boost is a promotion.  If you know more than live support, I suggest you apply for a job to be live support.  Also, boost is a feature that comes back every 24 hours.  There is no need to create an account for this.  It can be used every 24 hours.  It seems that the boost feature is given to each account in 39 sports, and each of them is renewed every 24 hours.  In this case, it seems that the price boost is clearly not a feature to be used against the casino.  You obviously don't know anything about sports betting.

The only thing I assume why you keep changing accounts is you want to clear your betting history. Probably you are involved on arbitrage betting or fixed match betting that make you bet that huge amount with high profitability. You are already exposed that doing fraud by first telling here that you don’t have another existing account before Steve provide some evidence that will invalidate your words.

Your money is really huge amount but you will not gonna have any problem if you win that fairly without doing any trick to take advantage on sportsbook.

You say Steve presented evidence.  Why can't I see that evidence?  Steve did nothing but offer similar email addresses.  He made fun of me being a woman.  You call that providing evidence?  Presenting evidence would be fine as I do.  Why don't you answer them?
 I didn't arbitrage or anything.  If Steve thinks so, he has to prove it.  But SB says I'm doing multiple accounts and I have proven that this claim is not true.  If I tried to hide my betting history, I wouldn't be asking Steve to share them here right now, would I?  I didn't get high gains.  I generally lost.  If Steve shares his betting histories, you can see them too.  I'm not hiding anything.

 Yes, I said I have only one account.  Because my previous accounts are permanently closed, I bet with a single account.  Since those accounts are permanently closed, we can no longer call it my account.  How can I pretend that the account that is closed still exists and I think I have another account.
