Like this, if we master 1 profession there it is very possible to work freelance and the salary is also enough to cover living expenses, why not? But if there is a comparison between going to the office and freelancing, the salary is bigger in the office, then what is wiser choice is that we still go to the office.

We should transition first, meaning while at work, try to venture into the freelance world, and not abruptly resign as it is a bad choice. If freelancing is getting better, then it would be the time to shift careers. I think most people right now are trying to have a freelance job as a side hustle, and if they see potential in it, then they will then resign to focus more on it. A lot of people are showing their stories about getting a bigger salary than an office job in freelance, and I also hope that I will have it too.

-snip-
sadly pensions can't be inherited.

It is possible in my country, in this case I am talking about the civil servant (called PNS) pension fund which can be inherited even after they die with one of the conditions (afaik) that the spouse is widowed for the rest of their life.
The bad news is that the acceptance of employees with "PNS" status is slowly being reduced in recent years and replaced by other statuses (but with the same functionality) which eliminates pension fund benefits as well.

This space for rent.

Definitely we are living in the era of side hustles. With all the reasons plotted above there are also valid reasons like need of “multiple income” sources considering increased cost of living while less salary hikes for the fixed salary jobs.

There is even craze of doing “moonlight works” everywhere. By definition it means one person joining 2 or more than 2 companies at the same time to earn more money. This tells us the story that living has become very hard. If you don’t have bank accounts full of cash then you have to keep struggling with side hustles and moon Light work.
The Internet and new technologies open up new opportunities for most of us, including such a type of work as teamwork, but at home. But these changes cannot be called global. A much larger proportion of jobs still use the traditional approach to work because manufacturing and other activities cannot be done online. A part-time job existed before, just with the advent of the Internet, the possibility of communication in the process of work without personal presence has significantly increased. But this applies only to a certain part of society.

In this present time it's difficult before you can see a youth that's interested in office job with a side hustle, apparently many people have understood that side hustlers make more cash than those people who is working with government or depending on the monthly payment, so i believe that many youths is not depending on government job again without side hustle,  so that should be the reason even though you are working with government you most have exceptional work that will assist you.

I agree with you, we can try any business when we work in the office. Yes, we can take advantage of the time we have after finishing our work in the office. It's just that here we need courage and also sacrifice, courage to fail in the business we run and sacrifice because if we do that then our time will be a little consumed because we have to do activities other than our work in a place. But if we do it sincerely, then we won't be too pressured by it.

I read that many large IT companies after the end of the covid-19 coronavirus pandemic began to demand the return of employees to the office.

At the same time, employees are already accustomed to all the conveniences of remote work.

Nevertheless, the owners of large IT companies forced their employees to return to the office under the threat of being fired from their jobs.

This is due to the fact that the owners of the company have concerns that employees are actively engaged in part-time work, which will affect the quality of the main job.

The following could explain how many americans are supporting themselves despite not being officially employed.

Quote
This past year, 39% of American professionals participated in freelance work, either part-time or full-time, according to Upworks new survey of 3,000 adults. Thats equivalent to 60 million Americans, up 3 percentage points since 2021 and a record high since Upwork has performed said survey starting in 2014.

While it is not mentioned, I am wondering how many "freelancers" earn income in crypto related ventures? Crypto being one of the bigger employment and revenue creating opportunities of recent times, is it possible that a significant segment of side hustles are crypto based ventures? Or is the trend more evenly distributed throughout ride sharing apps, amazon delivery freelancing and purely internet based activities?

Generation Z appears to be the largest freelancing demographic. Which makes sense given they're probably the most internet and technology literate. I think generation Z is also the largest crypto using and supporting demographic.

With concerns lingering over future job automation and lack of wage growth. Could side hustles and freelancing work represent the natural progression for the future of job markets? If this is true, then could crypto also be prominently positioned to best leverage and fulfill needed areas of freelance finance, given its flexibility, adaptability and rapid deployment capabilities.

Side hustles can often be glamorized in the media and can come in many different forms, however the title of the thread completely overlooks a key element. These are "side" hustles because they can often provide only a supplementary income to a main job and assist people with being able to increase their income in that way. Sometimes it is possible to convert them into a main job with enough time and perseverance, but many also fail along the way or take far more energy than they are worth. Any extra cash can certainly boost the standard of living, but it should also be balanced with any extra stress or lost free time that comes with it - which can turn a 40 hour working week into a 60 or 80 hour week for little gain.

The main issue on here is that majority of people do really afraid on taking up risks or putting up some capital on something where they could possibly invest and rather they would just stand still and wont do any

step just because they dont want to lose money or cant bare up with the risks.Well, i cant blame out other people on having this kind of approach since money is important but if you do really mind about having

a progressive life when it comes to finances then having some side hustles or other source of income is really what you should be targeting, which means that you would be needing to put up or deal
with some risk if you are really that intending to reach out that particular target in life.If you do decide to be contented on what you do have now then its your choice.

I agree with side hustles, my "side hustle" became my job, and that's what everyone should aim at. We have jobs at home right now and there are more and more remote works all around the world, working in an office is not a must for many people these days. Of course there are still some jobs that require you to go to your job, not related to company or anything but some jobs have to go, there is no remote options, like you can't be a remote working surgeon or something, and some jobs are like that. But for people who can be remote and are not because of company policy, they could find a job that they could do remotely.
