Increasing the adoption of cryptocurrency - Yes, spreading btc adoption - I doubt that since the OP is not exactly accepting btc directly yet.
Although, I commend the op for taking the initiative of accepting crypto (stablecoin to be precise) in his business, no doubt this will give awareness of crypto payment to many people who were not aware. The idea of getting multiple payment gateways is very important in business, especially startups.

But if it would cause losses to your shop (as I gauge, there will be given that the price is still on down low). Well, you could really wait for the 'pump' but I am a bit worried; would holding their payment be sustainable with your shop? I hope it would. The reason why I brought this up is because some of the small businesses on my area tried to do the same thing and it is the sustainability of their business which became the problem afterwards.

I really don't think this matters anymore, goal here is to accept payments in multiple ways as well as possible as it is part of increasing your sales. Later on, it's already up to the OP how he can restock his/her products, so overall, if OP goal is to accept cryptocurrency as a payment method without goal of investment then everytime there's a payment, OP can convert those cryptocurrency to some fiat currency or stablecoins which I know Binance is very capable of doint it.

I think ops are already doing well with reinvesting since he is already using binance pay which makes it easy for ops to convert the payments in cryptocurrency into local currency for re in stock his goods since not many people accept bitcoin in their local communities since his line of business has to do with foodstuff and must market dealers requires physical cash as payment but it easy for ops to accept bitcoin in his rice business because of his background understanding on cryptocurrency.

You are already using Binance pay which supports Bitcoin transaction too.  

My customers are not comfortable holding their BTC in Binance, so there were no transaction made with that.

No, I charge them regular. But I am thinking to add 5% discount to anyone who pays with crypto. Hopefully that will attract those who doesn't use crypto.

There are no actual Bitcoin payments, though its a good thing you confirmed that you're also accepting Bitcoin and other cryptos, it might be that your clients happens to only have USDT or any other stable coins available or doesn't want to spend their fractions of BTC at all.
It's understandable, because spending BTC during bear market will make you spend more fractions than during bull season.
These are all business men btw, so most likely they're not gonna gamble their Btc, instead they're paying in other forms of cryptocurrency.

The fact that nobody wants to spend their bitcoins in a bear market, I think the bigger obstacle is the volatility and transaction fees of bitcoin as well as transaction confirmation time, which makes people more hesitant. If I were a customer, I would also be quite hesitant to buy a few kilos of rice or food at a low cost, and if I had to pay an extra transaction fee, I would feel a bit uncomfortable. That's the user mentality I think everyone has.

During a bear market is a good time to keep adding Bitcoin and not using it because the amount will be bigger than during a bull market which is why there are no transactions using btc in the list of transactions that Op mentioned.
Op is brave enough to accept crypto as payment in his shop because he might incur a small loss due to the price dropping the same day he receives the crypto, if he chooses to keep it for a long period then he must have enough fiat reserves to continue buying goods -items for sale in his shop.

That is what I noticed too. Here in my country, the number of people who support cryptos in their business are now growing slowly and when I browse the forum, there are post from time to time about the users who do the same thing. It was nice to see how BTC goes the longer it runs. Now the only wish we have is those countries who currently ban BTC, unbans it and join this BTC mania/fever. That is going to be awesome.

It will be hard in his few months because as he starts to accept it, he also needs to have proper knowledge of explaining it to people that are completely ignorant of how cryptocurrency transaction works and how they can prevent themselves from hackers. The most important thing in using cryptocurrencies in settlements with buyers, OP offers them a greater choice of different payment options.

Sad to know about the stoppage of your crypto payment option but at least the business still running without this. It is to find out how tough are the authorities in your place when it comes to dealing with cryptocurrency but you have nothing to that and go against the government because they are too harsh in implementing their rules. You don't need to be in trouble or compromise your safety as it was the most priority for you now. You can open it back when the problem resolves but yes, that will surely take years.

That's a sad way of making you stop doing crypto payments. You will be on a hard situation if you don't follow your current country law. Actually you can still accept crypto payments but this time you will use a decentralized wallet to receive a payment and not using those centralized exchange such as what you are currently using Binance. Though there are still risk in accepting crypto payments even on a decentralized wallet because you can be put in a set up or someone will snitch on you which is a very bad thing. I'm sure there are people in your country that is against your new law and I believe that sooner or later, The law you are having right know will be revise into much friendlier state.

I'm sorry to hear that your country restricts cryptocurrency.
