Dont tell me about some uncivilized locations i want good Luxury such us good food and good internet connection.
Nobody dont want war but If it starting i want to hear what the experts Are saying about it.

Could it be true that DUBAI emirates are most safe location?
AS i understood Europe Will be in war and spain and monaco or south frence might not be the best places.

Go to somewhere which isn't a NATO base and is miles away from one. Other than that there isn't somewhere you can go. Every NATO base and its neighboring cities are potential targets for Russia's nukes.

A non-NATO country which isn't in Europe would be a good idea but there isn't many of those countries. Maybe in Africa... But then there will be other problems.

Of course, cities that always have a great number of people will be no safe and they might be the first target because the idea behind firing nukes is wiping out the enemy's people and that would be the case for the war in this era. You might be safe if you live somewhere near the north pole or south pole because there won't be anyone who will gonna fire some nuke there because obviously, they are wasting some Amo. I've remembered St. Helena and I thought of it as one of the safest locations if ever a war will start but it's far from the main land. It's a remote island and has got mountains on it.

But, it's surrounded by bodies of water so, let's say you're safe from war but you're not safe from natural calamities.

During war, nobody considers luxury because the basic need then would be how to survive. I don't also think that with the current effects of the war in Ukraine on the global polity, any country wants to go to war. This war has caused more harm than good and any additional conflict would bring more human suffering.

I am assuming you are directing your question to if there is war between NATO and its allies with Russia and partners. A non-align or a neutral nation would be the best place to find refuge if there is war in Europe and the US. Most of these nations are in the Middle-East and Africa. North Africa, Namibia, South Africa, Uganda and Cape Verde could be potential countries to seek refuge in. These countries have to a large extend good facilities and favorable weather conditions.

If ww3 happens then no place is safe, but if by any chance only EU and Russia go to war then you could go to so many places, there are doomsday bunkers around the world which you could rent, though they cost a lot of money, all you need to do is to search for it on google. St Helena is a British territory, and not far from Ascension Island, which has a joint UK/US military presence... so even tropical islands can be military targets.

I do not want a very serious war to begin please, but if it turns out like that, relocating to an island country that is safe with little population may be good. A country that no affiliation with either the United states or Russia incase the war concerns them. As someone whose hometown has a NATO military base, I'd say anywhere else there isn't one. Austria, Switzerland, and New Zealand are a few great examples of non-NATO and neutral countries that are prosperous enough. I'd also steer clear of ex-Soviet countries such as the Baltic States, Poland, Moldova, etc. On the one hand, I don't believe that we'll have another world war, but on the other hand, there are increased tensions between countries (see Kosovo and Serbia, Armenia and Azerbaijan).

If your country is at war, you can relocate to a safer region where the crisis hasn't yet spread. Beg your government not to intervene if two strong nations are at war with one another in order to protect your nation. If there is a third world war, take up arms and fight until you are dead. 'Staying safe' means entirely different things to different people.  New Zealand has been considered a potential 'safe haven' for the 0.001% for forever, and said have made major investments there for a long time.  The question is 'safe for who?'  Most of people who think they might be 'stay safe' there are the enemy to those who call the shots.  Yes, said 0.001% have use for a certain number of pets and sex toys, the there is a vast over-supply world wide.  Fool yourself into thinking that by unquestionably chowing down on their globalist bullshit you will be somehow favored for that reason alone at your peril.
