Any nations and country has their own problem, if the country has low chance if war will happen, but the country could suffer other problem like lack of technology, lack of internet, poor, high natural disasters etc. This mean there's no country is safe at all.

If you're talking about world war 3, nuclear and chemical warfare, then I don't think we can avoid that war anywhere. Maybe the country you and I live in has nothing to do with the war between the great powers, but once the nuclear warhead is activated, I think it will destroy the whole earth and leave no place intact. Just remember the two atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki showed its destructive power and now nuclear bombs are a hundred times more powerful, surely nothing would exist on this earth if they were activated at the same time.

If for any reason war breaks out, I think there will be no safe place, because in one way or the other, you will be affected in any country you find yourself. Currently there is some form of hyper inflation on goods and services and also short supply of Gas in Europe due to the current crisis between Ukraine and Russia.
So have this in mind, if for any eventuality, that if the war breaks out, it doesn't matter the first world country you find yourself, the war will have a great effect on the country.

The war between Russia and Ukraine alone shows the terrible impact of the war and if the war between great powers breaks out and they use more modern weapons, I don't think there will be any safe place for us to stay. i once watched a movie, it was said that one of the safest places in the world is around south africa because the area is quite high and also free from geopolitics.  but seeing from the magnitude of the impact from the nuclear bomb ^{(if war really occurs)} then I doubt that in real life there will be a safe place, because the effects and radiation that are caused must have a big impact and spread evenly.

Both Argentina and Chile grow a lot of food.  Also Buenos Aires is a very nice City with good weather and food.

All three countries do not have strong ties to east or west. All three are south of the Equator.

I think you are right. If a global war happens, there will be no place to hide. It's an illusion that places like Argentina and Chile will be safe. True, they were during the World War II, but not now. The world today is too interconnected and interdependent to have a hope of hiding in some safe place during a global crisis.

I think you are right. If a global war happens, there will be no place to hide. It's an illusion that places like Argentina and Chile will be safe. World War 2 is just a war of guns and fairly rudimentary weapons, but while World War 3 will be a war with biological, chemical and nuclear bombs. Only a virus like covid can threaten the life of the whole world, it is really impossible to imagine all the other weapons activated at the same time, and what will be left of us as a species.

Anyway, we also hope that the war between Russia and Ukraine will only stop in the two countries, and not spread to other regions like the EU, otherwise, it will undoubtedly spark a third world war.

Go to somewhere which isn't a NATO base and is miles away from one. Other than that there isn't somewhere you can go. Every NATO base and its neighboring cities are potential targets for Russia's nukes.

A non-NATO country which isn't in Europe would be a good idea but there isn't many of those countries. Maybe in Africa... But then there will be other problems.

That's going to be hard. USA has over 80 military bases around the world. There's hardly any corner of the globe you won't be close too close to one if tactical nuke happens to fall on it.

Yes, maybe not all the people in the world will be killed at once. They say, with all the heavy nuclear warheads employed, only around 400 million people will die immediately, but writing "only" here is hard because this is such a big number. But no one on the planet can avoid the impact, that's right. Imagine, you have miraculously found a place in Australia or Argentina, and survived. What next? No one wants to live in the post apocalyptic chaos with a "nuclear winter" on top of that.

Filipinos (and others) feeding themselves by fishing has been a potential problem which has been a subject of interest for a long time.  As usual, you lay down the 'scientific' groundwork for the 'problem' (overfishing, 'plastics', fish-flu*, etc), then you fund programs to be ready to 'control' the problem (surveillance, interdiction systems, etc.)  USAID and a host of other organizations having been 'helping' the Philippines be ready to enter the 'crisis mode' and be ready to crack down on problematic lesser 'stakeholders' (e.g., pump boat operators, regular 'eaters', etc) for some time.  China is doing their part in 'their' assigned areas off Western Luzon as well, but they all answer to the same group nearer the top of the pyramid anyway.

I would advise Filipinos or anyone else who plans to survive off the 'bounty of the sea' when the shit hits the fan to learn to like seaweed and whatever else washes ashore or gets close enough to spear.  Also to be ready to share whatever they might pick up with a lot of displaced fisher-persons as well.

(*) Anyone ignorant enough to take the gene therapy will 'believe in' and 'trust the science' of 'fish-flu' without a second though.  They're doing it now with 'pig flu', 'bird flu', and a ton of other scammy things which normalize the scenario whereby men with guns can stop you and take whatever food you might have.  Just tuning up the psychological and physical machinery at the moment.  Pull out the popcorn when it gets real.  Very likely this year or next.
