Since then, Brazil's Football Federation has been unable to land a proper manager for the team. The Brazilian national coach right now is Dorival Junior, who has no real experience in top flight football. He does not know how to get the best out of players like Vini, Rodrygo, Paqueta. This is what made Brazil look so bad in all of the Copa 2024. If they don't get a better manager, the suffering will keep on happening.

Brazil should look for a better manager in the future, Dorival Junior doesn't seem like the right person for the job, failure in the Copa America is a benchmark to see his ability to manage a team. Expectations for Brazil are still quite high in every competition, they actually have good players in almost every line, it would be a shame if they continued to experience setbacks due to appointing the wrong manager. Chaos in the Brazilian football federation may be one of the causes, the continuation of the World Cup qualifiers in the future is an opportunity to start over better.

And one important thing we should remember here is that the domestic league in Brazil is not very competitive. Most of their players migrate to European countries to play club football, and this in turn impacts the team bonding and cohesion when they return to represent the national team.

Even Neymar is not a good player for Brazil and he is not a player to rely on him because Neymar is far from his good form. During the last years, he as mostly been injured and played in a few games while even in PSG he didn't do a lot for this team and now in Al Hilal the fans are unhappy to spend this huge amount of money for Neymar.
I think the next legendary player for them will be Vini while he won't be enough at all.

Previously there was Ancelotti name as the coach who would be brought in by the Brazilian national team but everything failed because Real Madrid extended their contract and made Brazil have to look for other options, Dorival Junior was the coach chosen and so far his work has not looked satisfactory.
For now it is clear that Brazil has failed in the 2024 Copa America and this is still considered normal by the Brazilian Football Federation and they really entrusted the Brazilian national team to Dorival Junior to get to the 2026 World Cup.
If in the future Brazil fails to qualify for the 2026 World Cup or can qualify but performs poorly and is eliminated early then it is clear that Dorival Junior is not the right coach for the Brazilian national team, they have lot of potential and if they are not developed well then that is it is deeply regretted.
No one will be able to change anything that has now happened, the arrival of Dorival Junior is also decision from the Brazilian Football Federation so we can only trust and see how things develop in the future.

Argentina, England and France do look much better, and I think if you look deeper they have moments for their players to be much more developed, their domestic leagues are also running quite very well and competitive, only Argentina I don't monitor.

I've said it before now that I don't think there's any national team that's more talented than the Brazilian national team and that's because most of their players are regular first team players in
most of the best clubs in Europe but in recent years, they've failed to have successful campaigns in any major tournament despite the depth in the squad. The football federation of Brazil must take drastic decisions by getting an experienced and high profile manager that'll introduce a kind of football that should bring out the best from the players. If Brazil can get a good manager, I strongly believe that they'll be challenging for the biggest football trophies available. The FIFA World Cup is two years away from now but to get a good result in the tournament, preparing for it from now is a good move so they should try part ways with the current manager while they replace him with a better one

Indeed, there is a lot of news that says that regardless of the final result, Southgate will still be in the England coaching at least until the world cup, but after seeing what England showed at the Euro this time I think the pressure for Southgate to resign will be very large especially with the great strength that England players have where every line is because it is filled with players who are already known for their skills in several big leagues but that does not make England achieve good results.

Brazil aimed at trying to get Ancelotti, who worked with Vini Jr. at Real Madrid and seems like the future of Brazil as well, so they thought it would have been a perfect match. If they achieved in getting him, then they would have been a lot better obviously, but looking at the current situation we can say that it doesn't look that great and could have some issues.

I believe that we need to remember that things aren't always that great for many people, and could definitely reach to a harder level for them. Ancelotti decided to stay at Real Madrid, and that meant that they were left with no choice but keep it going like this. I don't know how they will solve this issue, but I think they need to make sure that they find a way already.

Argentina, for me can easily be one of the early favourites on this event. Whereas, Brazil may be falling behind on this aspect but they are still considered to be one of the strong contenders. It is still interesting how they will perform inside the arena as there are still a lot of things that can happen. France, England, and Germany are also top teams to look out for.

Take note that this event is still about couple of years away, so definitely, there are so many things that can happen in between : injuries of those players involved, lineup, their dynamics and all, coaching, strategies developed...

Brazil may not be showing their best foot forward these days, but they still have time to rectify this situation. After all, they are considered to be one of the best on this sports.
