I clearly know that Neymar is no longer in his prime but as a biggest star player of Brazil in the last decade, he really deserved to be called for World Cup. It's like a recognition and gift for all his great contributions for his national team over years but Neymar must accept that he will not have main role in the squad. He will be used very selective in the World Cup to support his team mates in attacks at right moment. He must join World Cup with peaceful mind and won't create any internal conflicts during the World Cup.

The most surprising was Thiago Silva. I honestly thought he retired from International duties already. He had a great season with Porto, he would also do just the same with Brazil. I think he'd be around mostly for his leadership, organisation, experience and influence within the dressing room. I do want to see them win the FIFA World Cup Competition if Portuguese national team fails to win it.

To do well in the world cup match, you need experience along with youth and talent which helps a lot for the team to win. Moreover, when a team has a star player, it is stressful for the opposing team. Certainly, when Neymar is in the team, it will be a little more stressful for the other team. Although we don't expect much from Neymar, the opposing team will be very cautious around him and if another striker can shine for the Brazil team in this opportunity, it can be a better strategy. I will definitely expect Neymar in the team. He has a lot of fans, his presence will definitely give more excitement to enjoy the matches.

Qatar already hosted, Saudi Arabia will be hosting the 2034 edition and it will not be surprising if UAE get to bid for their opportunity.

Agreed, Neymar is undoubtedly a legendary player and the brainchild of Brazil. However, it is not right to select someone for the World Cup team based solely on past contributions because the World Cup is ultimately the highest competition stage, so only the fittest and best players should be included in the team. However, in Brazil, the situation is a little different in the case of Neymar, because he is not just a popular player but has been a big part of the identity of Brazilian football for the past decade. So I think if he is physically fit or passes the fitness test and is at least in a position to make an effective contribution, then it may be logical to include him in the team, but it is not right to include someone in the team just for emotions.

Another thing is that if he is included in the team, it must not be as the main star of the starting XI but as an experienced leader. Although these things will be determined by the coach, Neymar is needed on the field and in the dressing room to boost the confidence of the youngsters as a creative alternative in pressure matches.

Honestly, I don't understand FIFA's objective when they set high ticket prices for World Cup games. I saw somewhere that they said they weren't the ones setting the high prices; maybe I read it wrong, but the fact is that these are prices that poor people like me could hardly afford. Another thing is this business of having many countries host the World Cup. Why don't they simply have just one country host it, reduce the intervals between World Cups from four years to two years, and lower the ticket prices? Football was supposed to be a celebratory event, not a mercenary business that the World Cup has become.

FIFA's goal is just one: milking as much money as possible out of the fans' wallets. That's it. I considered going to watch a couple of matches because one stadium is pretty close to where I live but after seeing the prices I choose not to. And so did many friends of mine. The list were given by Ancelotti to FIFA is only a temporary so, this is not the final list of Brazil squad and Neymar chances probably 50% because if Ancelotti can found other players means possibly he will considering those players instead of Neymar but some issues regarding players condition has been appears because the players such as Rodrygo or Estevao confirmed will be absent in this world cup and this could be a difficult decision because it's approximatelly 1 month before kickoff and i am sure Ancelotti will attempt to look for the best solution but if he cannot found the players to replace Rodrygo or Estevao then most likely Neymar will be on the list of Brazil squad

I think Neymar should be included in the squad, even if it is for special occasions. We all know about his skills and performance, but the big worry for him is injuries. He is prone to injuries, even if he is not playing 90 minutes on the field but is used in important moments, it will bring positive results for the Brazil team. I am one of the fans who want to see Neymar in the last World Cup squad of his career. If Neymar Jr. is not included in the World Cup-26 squad, Brazil will definitely lose some fans and reduce their value to the world at least a little. What do you mean by surprise us? Surprise us in what way? Surprise us just by playing in the World Cup? Maybe his own fans would be happy, but I don’t think most people in Brazil would feel the same.
At the moment, there are many more deserving Brazilian footballers who should be included in Brazil’s World Cup lineup instead of Neymar.

The word shouldn't be inconsistency rather, it should be injuries. But then, we'll said, we look forward to what he can do when given the chance to play. He better b3 cautious so as to not mix put on joining the train for the FIFA World Cup Competition.

There are 26 players called up for this competition, and it's common in every World Cup, even among the champion teams, for players to become world champions without playing a single minute. Do you think Neymar is worth less than one or two of these players who don't even get to play?

He hasn't retired yet only because of this World Cup and has been a starter in all of Santos recent matches. He's not the same Neymar from 10 years ago, but he's already better and more impactful than some players out there...
