Cristiano Ronaldo will conclude his career soon so the more achievements he does, the more he will be recognisable for the future generations.
For me, I think that reaching 1k goal record is something he can be proud of since it will remain unbreakable for a long time.

He's already recognized and popular but that is a personal achievement that he would love to reach soon. There will be not that much players who would reach that for their entire career of 1k goals in total in official games. Some have included the practices and unofficial games to count to that 1k goals for their achievement. So, it will truly be a remarkable achievement for himself if he reaches that. Not for fame or whatnot but for personal satisfaction because he concludes his career.

A thousand official goal have not yet been reached by any other player and that why he wants to be the first to get to that number. For sure it an individual award but a very remarkable one. It will be something that will be talked about for Almost for ever.
For now the biggest achievement for him will be to win the World Cup, for sure this will be his last Dance In this tournament, he needs to make the most use of it. He his still doing well with the numbers and I believe he will make a statement in this World Cup, the the objective will be to win the World Cup.

CR7 is seriously keeping fit that is why he still has the energy to play with younger players. I just wish he wins this cup so he can make the decision to retire. This is the only trophy left for him to carry and I see he is bent on lifting this and if he eventually succeeds I think he might just hang his boot from national team.

My only concern is his team mates at the national level. If Portugal can come together and play classic football as a team I believe they might just get favoured this time and make history for themselves.

When it comes to numbers no player in that squad does it bette than him, he have that zeal and passion to win this World Cup, now all the team needs to do his to allow him work less and feed him because he is the best goal scorer football has ever seen.

Ronaldo knows this is his last dance, it now or never for him and he knows what he needs to do. I believe since his time at the national team this is the best squad Portugal has produced, i wish he his 10 years younger.

He just delivered the league at Al Nasssr for the first time since he joined the club, let see if it will be the same story at the World Cup for the GOAT.

I am not expecting much from Ronaldo in the world cup. It is even more likely that ronaldo will not be in the  starting XI. It is difficult for ronaldo to be on the field for 90 minutes. Perhaps the coach will use ronaldo in  the second half. The important thing is that I do not know what the  relationship between Ronaldo and his  teammates is like. If they do not have a good understanding, then it will be difficult for Ronaldo to perform well.

Ronaldo is an incredible player, he always manages to amaze me in some way, and i must say that even in these World Cups i see him very well despite his age, certainly he won't be able to play for 90 minutes straight, but i believe that his value on the pitch is still very high and that he can still give a lot to the team.

Endrick and Karl can be considered as young talented players, young star players but Yamal is already at another higher level. It's not a first big tournament for Yamal as he already won Euro 2024 title with Spanish national team, and already had some seasons with Barcelona in La Liga and UEFA Champions League as one of brightest star players there.

In this World Cup, Endrick and Karl will enjoy their first big tournament with their national teams, with a lot of motivation and stress while with Yamal, he is already a key player in Spanish national team for three years.

We grew up watching the incredible performances of Messi and Ronaldo. Even a deep love for football  was formed by watching the performances of these two. Before that , I did not understand and enjoy football  so much.

Messi became the world champion in  the previous world cup. Now Ronaldo is yet to touch this cup. Portugal's squad is also very strong in this World Cup. There are many talented and experienced players in their squad. If portugal can play well as a team, then they have the ability and  potential to do well in the world cup. But if their match strategy  is not good, the understanding between the players is not good , then it is impossible to become a champion.

I wouldn't hate to see Ronaldo with any kind of award given to him because he earned it but however if he wants all the trophy and awards he haven't had he may not even retired and could not also have them, especially in the world Cup he may not have it before he retired because world cup is not a club his team are the top two best because in the world Cup there country is not up to the top four. so actually the way I see Ronaldo motive for the world cup is because the country has not won world cup that is why Ronaldo wanted parts of his career to be the one that would convert the non world cup trophy history of his country to be a one time world cup champions.

Ronaldo will forever be an icon and role model to myself and the upcoming generation...I mean even at age 41 he is still a world class player with numerous braces and hatricks to his name... In the history of football he is the highest goal scorer to ever live, even Messi cannot come close to this feat, no matter how he tries... World Cup isn't like other tournaments, it is highly competitive especially when a lot of teams are involved... Like this year we are having 48 teams instead of the usual 32 teams... The point of saying all this is that even if Portugal don't eventually win the World Cup, Ronaldo will still be the GOAT that he is and there is really nothing that can change that...

yes, it's true, he is an icon and a model to follow, certainly a man with a very high talent, who deserves to be truly rewarded for everything he has transmitted to world football, he has certainly been repaid, with trophies and recognitions but he has increased awareness of sacrifice throughout football, a great.

Let's be clear, for them the World Cup is a sort of showcase

I like Yamal very much, i see him as very good and a new talent similar to Lionel Messi

That's a bold statement. It seems to me that every World Cup has either uncovered new stars or given a huge boost to established players. The question is what happened next and whether they lived up to expectations (for example, Richarlison). It seems to me that if this World Cup will be different in any way, it will only be in the direction of a greater likelihood of new stars emerging. The reasons are simple: more players are participating in the tournament and there are a huge number of games with a significant imbalance in team strength. If some Hans scores 10 goals against Curaçao, it will be impossible to ignore.

For me I think France can win it but I don't see them winning it, the world cup is not their birth right.

France as usual promises to be the best team in the world, this is a fact, their roster of players not called up would even be favorites for the final victory, they are practically unreachable by anyone, but we cannot say that they will certainly win there are also other teams ready to give everything to win.
