Well they will need to use him really well,because he aint fast as before or that good as before. I think he will be a good use in the box to maybe score a header or do a penalty or free kick. I think he will be good for 60 mins maybe would be even better for him if he started from the bench and try and use some good minutes late in the game. I think he cannot play full 90 mins because he is too old. I still think it would be good if they used another striker but still its Cristiano and this is his last world cup so he must play he is their legend. Last chance for him to win the world cup and get all the trophies.

Bruno Fernandes, Ruben Neves, Joao Neves, Vitinha are all great players and anyone who doesn't recognize their value doesn't understand much about football, this is truly what the best Portugal can offer and there are also players who have won a lot, so Portugal is one of the favourites.

Not a bad prediction at all. Norway look really interesting in the recent times. Their qualifiers performance was amazing first of all. We have all seen how they defeated Italy in that group as well.

Their World Cup group now consists of France, Senegal and Iraq. I can't say it is an easy one. France would finish as the leader most probably. Senegal might be a challenge maybe but Norway look promising to qualify for next round.

Norway is definitely a dark horse, a wildcard if you will, because if they do win it somehow then I would be shocked. Yes they have done great at qualifiers, but they have not faced the best teams and they just managed to beat Italy as a good team, nobody else. Which means that they have not faced Spain, not France, not England, not Argentina, basically there are so many teams that could win the whole thing and Norway did not face any of those teams and doubt that they would be able to beat them.

So it is clear that we are not going to see something like this from them. However, if it does somehow end up happening then I would be very shocked to see that and I think it will not happen that easily, it should be very difficult.

France is very strong. But defeating France is not an impossible task , as the Ivory Coast players have proven a few days ago. France lost 2-1 against Ivory Coast. Even so, France is undoubtedly the strongest team in group I. They can qualify for the next round from the top of the group.

Not only France, but Senegal is also a strong opponent for norway. They do not have any star players except Sadio mane. Even so, their teamwork is quite good. Norway has a big chance of losing this match too.

Yes beating France in the FIFA World Cup is not an impossible task as we have already noticed because Ivory Coast has already defeated last year's runner-up team in a friendly match but you should notice that most of their best players in the attack were not there in that game. However it is without a doubt that we can assume that France is the most favorite team in Group I of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and they have the possibility of becoming the group champion there. Honestly it seems that Norway and Senegal are a bit stronger in Group I but they may not be able to stand up to France because this team has a lot of experience.

This could be considered their prime, as nearly all of their players possess the same qualities, making them a highly capable team for this year's grand celebration.
This isn't to say that other teams aren't good, but rather that the players they possess have contributed significantly to their teams, whether they've played in any competition with their respective clubs. In fact, some players have just won trophies for PSG. This is certainly one of the reasons I'm expressing my belief that they will advance to the next round of this World Cup, further strengthening my confidence in this team, which boasts strength across all levels.

France are unarguably the best team In that group, and Senegal is a team I have always respected. They've been really good in the last 3 AFCON tournaments, and they just keep getting better. I can't confidently say that they're going to get 3 points against Norway, but at the same time, I just don't feel like writing them off. Something tells me that they're going to go a bit further in this WC, which is likely to be at the expense of another team in that same group, along with Iraq. The tournament is just 3 days away, it's best to just wait.

It is difficult for any manager to organize a  squad with players like Mbappe. PSG managers failed. Real madrid had Ancelotti, Alonso and Arbeloa. I don't see Didier deschamps  succeeding.

France's squad is strong. If they play  well as a team, if the players are able to do well in their positions, then no  team will be able to stop this squad. But even  though there are many talented players in the squad, the understanding between them is not good. If teamwork is not good in the world cup , it is not possible to become a  world champion.

Didier Deschamps has been the coach of France for 14 years with a good record and few trophies. He has been managing Mbappe for a long time. I am not sure why you are so confused about him because in the last two World Cups they were in finals their performance is always impressive in the World Cup. Even I have to agree Mbappe has never been easy to handle, but Didier Deschamps is doing a good job with him. Now this is going to be his last World Cup with France.

They are having a good chance of reaching out for another final as well. Mbappe is a selfish player with too many problems at PSG and now Real Madrid, but still for France he is having good performance with consistency.

Unfortunately there were two red cards in this match, it was an interesting drama because both teams are quite good in their performances, Chile is not to be underestimated, seeing them fight back in this friendly makes me think they have a good development.
So far they've done well I agree, but at the world cup I'd like to see Ronaldo at his best, even if he's not in his prime, but I'd be interested to see his contribution at his age.

Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player, and more than once he has amazed me with his choices and his actions, what i have seen with him i have rarely seen with others, which is why i would never allow myself to say that he is useless or old, he certainly won't be able to compete physically with many top players, but mentally he is second to no one in the world.

Ronaldo is aged, he is 41 years old. And Ronaldo is the oldest forward in this World Cup. In addition, there is a 43-year-old goalkeeper Craig Gordon in the World Cup.

Although Ronaldo is old, his fitness is still amazing. He did not face any major injuries in the saudi league last season. And he scored  28 goals and two assists in  30 matches. This is undoubtedly a good result. We have not seen many  young star players have such a  wonderful season. So there is no chance to underestimate ronaldo because he is aged. Ronaldo's fitness is very good and he is  still able to play well.

Cristiano Ronaldo's fitness is admirable for millions around the world just because of this. At the age of 41 and playing as a forward, he is part of the Portugal team and has a good chance of doing something impressive because his last season for Al Hilal was great, and he achieved success.

Now this could be another attempt for Portugal to secure a World Cup win under his presence because he has achieved enough success now; this just remains in his bucket of success, even though there are a few more strong candidates, but chances are available for a win. More importantly, Portugal's players have played very well last season. Bruno Fernandes in particular has been in incredible form this season. He has scored 9 goals and provided 21 assists in the Premier League.

We will not find much weakness in Portugal's squad. They have quite talented players in all three positions. Now if the players can play well in their respective positions, if the understanding between them is good, then they have the possibility of performing well in the World Cup. And the team also has the ability to do well. Portugal's squad is not behind in any way compared to France or Brazil.

Yeah. Morocco is a incredibly fighting team, coming into the cup with pretty much the same squad as 2022...
if they can replicate that 2022 team spirit led by Hakimi and Brahim Diaz they could definitely crash the quarter finals. they're really a great side for sure.

The thing is, it may not be as easy as it was in 2022 because then many of the teams they faced saw them as a lesser opponent and did not organized themselves mentally enough to win them, many clubs underestimated what Morocco can do and got carried away while the Morocco guys fought their way to greatness. This tournament may not be the same as many teams now see them as a threat and a serious challenge already. Secondly the expectations on them this tournament will be higher. They will have to work on improving their ability to manage the pressure which will be coming with such expectations.

there are only 3 days left until the opening match. the opening match is mexico vs. south africa, and that’s the only game on that day. in the days that follow, the number of matches played each day will gradually increase. a lot of friendly matches were played leading up to the world cup, and now it’s finally time to kick off.

the world cup isn’t a very long tournament, and i usually don’t prefer long-term bets, but i’m wondering if i should place a bet for world cup this time.

I really don't see how they could underestimate a team even though, on paper, is supposed to be the underdog. The problem with the Portuguese national team is the coach. Portugal won't win the World Cup, nor will they go far in this World Cup with their current coach, Roberto Martínez. Unfortunately, the Portuguese Football Federation lacks vision in hiring national football coaches, and this has reduced Portugal to nothing. I know they may have won the UEFA Euro in 2016 and the UEFA Nations League, but with such a large number of skilled players, they could have achieved greater things like the World Cup. They always make mistakes in hiring coaches.

The World cup is not long away. The world cup is in full swing in every  country. I have bought 3 jerseys of my favorite team . There is only one match on the opening day of the world cup. The home team mexico will play against south africa. The match will be held at the Mexico city stadium.

It will not be possible to enjoy all the matches of the world cup. I will enjoy the matches of certain teams. Among them are France, spain, brazil, argentina, portugal, belgium and england. Anyway, I am not sure yet about which matches I will bet on. I will  not bet on all the matches. I will decide to bet considering the starting XI and the overall performance of the  team.
