You may have low expectations for Brazil which is a personal matter but it's not because I personally like the Brazilian team. If you consider their past performances, it wouldn't be wrong to expect too much from the current team because the team was historically a strong team but the number of emerging and talented players has not increased much. This is their first match in the World Cup after Carlo Ancelotti took charge of the team. There are countless Brazil fans around the world who are waiting for Ancelotti to surprise them if he can succeed in restoring the team's old traditions.

Brazil started the match poorly, and the result was unexpected for both fans and players, as they were confident they could win against Morocco. Admittedly, Morocco played a very disciplined and defensive game, as their defense was very disciplined and solid, making it difficult for the Brazilian players to add to the score. Although Brazil actually had plenty of time to add to the score, Morocco managed to maintain the 1-1 score until the end of the match. Brazil and Morocco both team delivered one of the most entertaining match in this World Cup so far, finishing with an exciting 1-1 draw. Morocco started brilliantly, they looked fearless against the five time champion brazil. However Brazil also responded counter goal through Vinicius Junior at 32th minutes, whose brilliant strike brought equality back into the game before halftime. Morocco showed strong perform, their discipline, streanth & organization created troubles for Brazil throughout the match. Their midfield controlled long periods, while the goalkeeper Bono made several important saves. However, Brazil gave efforts in the second half but still lacked their usual attacking fluency, maybe due to lack of pressure. Well both teams earned a point but Morocco arguably left the stronger impression through their performance

Three matches have been played today. I think all three matches were truly intense. Two matches ended in draws, and only one match was won by one of the countries. Therefore,, it can be said that today's match was very tight. Furthermore,, what surprised me was that Brazil was held to a draw by Morocco, which was clearly a bit disappointing. The match between  Australia  vs turkiye  is one of the interesting  fixtures  to watch  to be very honest  I never thought  it will be this interesting. From the first  have being  played you could tell that there will be more to see in the second  half, even though  Australia  is leading  at half time  buy a goal, Turkish  team are fighting  back really  hard and if they keep up with that performance  they will comeback  and probably  snatch  a win in the game. There were a lot of wonderful  moments  from the first half that I watch and I hope to see more in the second  half. Why do I feel like I would  like it if turkiye  eventually  do a comeback  in the game?, No good reason though  I just feel they played better and deserved  to win.

I really can't believe it. How were there only 2 goals in the Qatar-Switzerland match? I had a bet on over 2.5 goals @1.61. Switzerland had 3.24 goal expectation.

If we look at current ranking of FIFA then Brazil is at 6th position while Morocco is at number 7th position. Morocco finished 4th in last world cup and in their opening game they displayed top performance. So a draw between two them is not surprising but a very much expected result. Neymar Jr was supporting his team from bench and Brazil felt his absence badly. The other strong team in group C is Scotland and now both Morocco and Brazil need to win there game against Scotland to ensure there chances of playing the next round.

Turkey lost to Australia, and I have to say that this was frankly an unexpected result. Montella’s starting lineup was partly to blame here. Montella isn’t a coach I’m particularly fond of to begin with, and he’s already proven himself in the first match. I’m honestly curious about what kind of scoring strategy he had in mind by putting the short Kerem next to players who are 2 meters tall in a match like this. I have to say this was a match lost entirely due to Montella’s squad planning.

The match between Brazil and Morroco was really intense and Morroco has been kinda a headache to Brazil and I actually expected this because both teams are good teams when it comes to the World Cup but Brazil seriously needs improvement or else they don’t have any chance of winning this World Cup either.


Another interesting twist in the World Cup happened today in the match between Australia and Turkey, I’m sure most people including me expected Turkey to seal this victory but that wasn’t the case and Australia won with two goals to none, this was really an impressive performance from the Australian National team.

Türkiye's loss to Australia may look like a surprise, but it really isn't. Breaking down defensive teams has never been easy for Türkiye. Even though they created plenty of chances, at the end of the day nobody gives you points for not scoring. I was a bit disappointed with the gameplay by Brazil. They didn't have that spark and energy in the game that they used to have. In this group C match, Morocco got the lead in the 21 minute of the game when Saibar scored. Soon it was leveled by Junior in the 32nd minute, and we didn't have any more goals in the 2nd half.

Morocco will be happy with the result, as they were the underdogs in this match. The way they had the ball possession and shots on goal, it was almost head-to-head with Brazil and to get a draw with them is a big achievement.

Haiti couldn't beat Scotland. I think Haiti put in a better performance in the match, but they weren't very effective in front of goal. Scotland managed to secure the win with the goal they scored in the first half. In my opinion, Haiti isn't a team with the potential to earn points in this group, but the fight they put up against Scotland showed that they aren't actually a bad team. Since I think their upcoming matches will be tougher, there’s a high likelihood they’ll finish the group stage with zero points.
