They lacked creativity with all that squad. And I don't know who should be blamed more than the manager. I think he should be sacked already and the German national team manager should be Jurgen Klopp. He is experienced and his style 9f football has dominated for quite sometime. He could be the one to lead them to their next Euros or FIFA World Cup win.
They was too relaxed when they faced Paraguay yesterday. And the spot kicks?! Jonathan Tah and Kai Harvetz couldn’t bail them!! They cannot continue with Julian Naglesmann, he should be shown the exit.

If the match goes to penalty shootout, then the victory or defeat of a team is no longer determined by the overall performance. Then, along with luck, only the ability to take free kicks is more effective. In fact, Germany should have performed better in the main 90 minutes against Paraguay because they have some players who perform regularly. Imagine the country that full dominated the match and the possessions, creat much chances of winning do everything much better and still end up in losing match via penalty, that's a total waste of effort.

However, the penalty shootout is actually more of confidence or who is more confidence in scoring not by who has the strength or any team that has more strength than the other. A good example of it is these Germany match against Paraguay and also a match played against Morocco and Northelans. I never expected Germany will lose the match even at the penalty stage, but I didn't much surprised of the Northland. Well we are moving forward to see the other's results.

What a match played by both of the teams! At the start it looked like the Netherlands would easily beat them, and then in the 72nd minute their player Gakpo scored a goal. Then I thought it was over because the Netherlands have the best defenders like Virgil van Dijk. He is one of the best defenders in the world. They also have many other great defenders but Morocco again surprised me and the world with a 90th minute goal. What a goal by Diop. Then Morocco penalty accuracy was also amazing and they also have one of the best goalkeeper. When the match went to penalties, then I was a little bit confident that the match was Morocco's. Now they have qualified for the Round of 16, and their next match is with Canada which I think is a piece of cake for them. This was very important and was the hardest hurdle for them. Now best of luck to the Morocco team. Hopefully they reach the end of the tournament.

They should have at least  qualified for the quarter-finals with this squad.

Germany's match yesterday was a very unexpected and disappointing match for me. They lost to luck, was that goal in the 106th minute really a foul? Were you people really counting on Germany before? With the current Germany squad, I never expected them to go far. They did themselves good to be eliminated at this stage instead of going further to struggle and be disgraced by top teams. 2014 was the year Germany had a competitive squad. Most of this squad wouldn't have even touched the heels of them that year. The current Neur is barely of shadow of old Neur. The sad part of it is that they don't have better strikers than Wirtz, Havatz and Sane despite it's clear they have been doing nothing for the past two world cup consecutively.

Both matches were great. I was not disappointed with the result of the Morocco vs Netherlands match, but I was very disappointed with the Paraguay vs Germany match. Although Germany is no longer a strong team. After winning the 2014 World Cup, they have consistently performed very poorly in the World Cup. They have also been eliminated from the current World Cup with that disappointing performance.

The penalty shootout in the Morocco vs Netherlands match surprised me a bit. France would have won the world cup back-to-back if not that Argentina stopped them in the past world cup. Messi is doing well like he did in the past world cup, and if he maintains this performance, Argentina has a chance to win the world cup again.

Honestly it a shocker to see the 4 times world champions got knocked out by Paraguay. For me I knew Germany was going to struggle if they conceded in that match, and they did. Credit to Paraguay, they worked out for that win, they defended well and credit also for their goal keeper, he really did well, especially in the shootout. Going to the round of 16 is now another big work for them, let see if they can make it to the quarter finals.

What a journey was yesterday, in every single game the underdog was a complete nightmare for the favorite, in the first game Brazil struggled until the last minute against Japan, in the second game we just saw the biggest hit of this world cup until now which is the loss of Germany against Paraguay and in the last game Netherlands lose against Morocco in a very strange game were Moroco deserves more but just found the draw in the very last play of the regular time.
