In a finals, you can't be too sure of this kind of prediction because teams are capable of bringing the kind of fire that the other brings to the table. if Argentina steps up big time before the finals, expect that they will even do better in the finals. Spain on their own part is a team you cant write off and wont score and sit back the way ENGLAND did so you want to expect a lot of back and fourth in that game. at the end, if the game doesn't take us to penalty shootout, then just expect that we will see series of goals and counters from both ends.

You're right, paco. I also think Spain is the stronger team in terms of quality, but i believe Argentina is the team that dictates the game on the pitch. They've shown a lot throughout the tournament and overcome some really tough obstacles. I'm rooting for Argentina, but i still expect a fantastic match with, hopefully, plenty of goals. If we get a final like the one in Qatar in 2022, it would be absolutely amazing.

Tuchel thought he could defeat Argentina by playing defensively. I also agree with you that Tuchel has not learned from his mistakes  in previous matches. Tuchel has proven this again.

We saw in the match against Egypt that Argentina scored 3  goals in the last 15  minutes to secure a 3-2 victory. We  have never seen any other team make such a comeback even after being behind by  2 goals. We also saw in the match against Switzerland that Argentina became terrible in the  last minute. Tuchel created a  completely defensive strategy to counter Argentina's attacks. And it did not work.

If the England team had counter-attacked, then naturally the argentine players would have been under pressure and their attack speed would have decreased. But England only played  defensively. As a result, the argentine players were able to create many opportunities to attack.

I think that Tomas Tuchel completely misread the match, a mistake that you cannot afford to make in a semi-final against the last winner of the competition, especially because in the last 2 matches Argentina has overturned the result so they are not a team to be underestimated.

Scoring first goal always invite much pressure and we've seen how Argentina has turn into a beast with late goals in this year's world cup. Half of their goals in this tournament happen after 75 minutes of the game. I'm not sure if Spain defense can hold up the pressure when they start coming. Spain should score goals as many as possible when they have the chance because some time early goals is the most difficult one to equalise.

Spain has faced some top teams from the group stage and the knockout stages but never succumb so they stand a better chance against Argentina. If it ends in penalty shootout, then congratulations to Argentina for winning the world cup back to back.

Spain looks the most compact and stronger team with the way they set up and play but the Argentines have proven time and time again that they do well under pressure. This is going to be an epic final, I don’t know if we’ve ever witnessed a final between the top ranked countries before (No.1 and No.2) and then Messi vs his heir Lamine. For most Barcelona fans that aren’t from Spain it’ll be a happy watch for them.

Even for the last Ballon d'Or I didn't see anyone having that much PR in comparison to Yamal. He wasn't given it anyway. Now if Spain win the World Cup then I guess he would be given it. World Cup is over all tournaments in the end.

For the final match bookmakers are also thinking the same by showing Spain the favourites. Their odds are around 2.30 for regular time. If it goes to penalties like the last World Cup final I won't be surprised though.

It's a finals the whole world want it and it's finally happening. I consider this a really difficult match to predict, even if I didn't want to exploit my intuition I can't imagine which of the two could win, I have a sympathy towards Argentina but only because Messi actually plays there.
But the Spanish style of play is worrying, they are very similar but on the one hand Argentina has the fervor of victory, if Spain makes the slightest mistake they could suddenly receive a goal from the champion.

Spain and Argentina have great players, Messi and yamal. You don't know which team will win The winner can be Spain or Argentina but something is certain, a winner will  emerge in the end

The odds where in favour of England to win the game against Argentina but did they win? No! Although Spain are quite different and considering the sides they have faced to get the finals, I honestly think they deserve to be Champions.
