topman21 apply for WINZ.IO signature campaign with this POA and he Edited post and delete immediately and after 3 minute Rigon apply with same POA post. this two account is completely connected.
A person uses 2 accounts and seems to have mistakenly posted a POA with the wrong account while quickly applying for Signature Campaign , and upon realizing he immediately edited and deleted the previous post. It looks like this person may have more multi accounts

Makes you wonder if the companies that have some of these campaigns even check the posts of the people wearing their banners.

Or they did what a lot of us have done over the years and copy - paste a post when applying and hit post before making the changes but with the history of both accounts that seams VERY unlikely.

It's actually probably a good idea. The drama sucks. Create a new user, drop a truth bomb on some people and leave. Need to do it again, create another user and so on.
The only issue is people, myself included, tend to distrust new users a bit more.
Lets face it, if I post something about some accounts being connected people are probably going to pay a lot more attention to it then some random new person.

But, if I don't want to deal with the possible blow-back and everything else, there is not much else you can do.

It can be unfortunate when the "truth bomb" is actually full of hyperbole and little truth.  Look at the two red-tags on topman21's trust wall; both accusing the account of being "hacked" or sold.  True, there seems to be significant circumstantial evidence suggesting the account changed hands, and certainly there's evidence of operating multiple accounts, but neither of those things are banned activities by the forum rules.  If there was legitimate evidence the accounts were "hacked" the mods would lock the accounts, and the other "offenses" may warrant neutral tag at the most.  The referenced post for those red tags even suggests the account may have had three different owners.  Was it "hacked" twice?  Lol, come on man.  Unless the accounts have been used to cheat or scam, I don't see what the big fuss is about.

So actually, this sock puppet isn't meant to avoid drama, but rather it seems he's attempting stir it up.

Has both account applied for same signature campaign where manager asked not to or any other major rules that warren a red feedback? Having more than one account and joining in bounty / signature campaign is absolutely fine as long as in signature campaign they meet my expectation.

Completely right.
It's my mistakes .
First I posted the reserve, then I copied someone else's post and posted it. And note that negative trust accounts are not acceptable.  So later I deleted it without any consideration.  I may not have considered that this small mistake of mine would cause great harm to someone else. I apologize for my little ignorant mistake.

What I want to know is, the quality of your posts makes it clear that you are not new to the forum.  So why do you need to create a new account to post on the forum?  If you were really smart you could increase the reputation of your main account by posting with your main account.  I want to know from you why you didn't do that.  I am sure you have multiple accounts.  You first publish your account here.  Then come to different words.  All the icons you have used can never be used by a newbie.  Then the question may arise how a newbie can learn so much in 8 minutes of creating an account.

You are somehow trying to deviate from the OP's topic and attack him. Speaking of having another alternate account, are you trying to divert users from the OP's topic? There is nothing reprehensible about the fact that the OP opened a new account for exposing, and even the admin does not condemn it; just look for information about it. But what you are doing now only creates additional noise to make others suspect you, as well as another account, which is still silent, in the presence of additional accounts.
I can give you a hint at another account that was created right after the pumpkin contest started and grew thanks to the posts on this "Wall Observer" board. Just like your third account, was created the next day. Do you get what I'm talking about?
But until there is clear evidence, you can continue to defend yourself.

Shaha98 apply for Bounty Campaign with this POA and he Edited post and wrote reserved and delete immediately Holiday5 apply with same POA post. this two account is completely connected. shaha doing this 2 times on different bounty campaign.

The whole incident coincides with Rigon and Topman21 and they are both trying to rank up by getting merit from the pumpkin contest. And have merits exchanged several times between these 5 accounts (Rigon , Topman21 , Shaha98 , Holiday5, tomos81 )
1. shaha98 got 9 merits in 5 times from Topman21
2. And he gave Rigon 2 merits in 1 time
3. shaha98 also got 10 merits in 3 times from tomos81 (which is also hacked or bought account)

Some accounts have been tagged for allegedly changing hands, but some have not. I didn't do any research on the 5 accounts your catch for allegedly cheated some campaign, which is why I didn't tag them. If you believe all accounts you've catch have cheated some campaigns based on evidence, you can tag them as long as the evidence you've found is valid. After all, you've hidden behind newbie account, so it's certainly safe for your main account.

Merit circles / loops are a tough judgement call.

The problem is not just with the circle of merits when they happen, it's when they happen in posts that in someones opinion don't warrant the merits.
Some of the merits that went around were on posts that seem to be in the OPs opinion not merit worthy [I don't think they are either]

You then get back to the issue of is someone sending merit back to someone else since they got merit from them and felt obligated.
In theory it should not matter but in reality humans are kind of hard wired to do this.

BUT, when 1 or 2 of the accounts seem to not be legit it taints the view of people looking at them and what they did and they only at that point see the worst view of their actions.

So, it's not just the merit it's the entire way everything looks for these accounts.

I don't have a problem with alt accounts as long as they're not used for evading bans. If you're hesitant to say something controversial because you don't want it to be associated with your name, please create an alt account and say it.

Judged based on what? Exactly what rule he broke? All that it matters here is whether OP provided evidence strong enough for his claims, and not who is behind this alt account.

Correct.
Besides, we have already have some past cases about merit abuse, the one which comes to mind was the case of naim027; who was caught giving merit to his alt account. He did not know that was frown upon, regardless, he got red trust (it was later removed / changed to neutral).

In my personal opinion if someone is proven to be farming 2 accounts or abusing alt-accounts then they are likely to have more than two, still It should be ideal to have further evidence just to be sure.
