You keep asking the same question, I can give you the same answer only so many times. It's not hard to google blacklisted wallets. I don't have a list on demand, as we are connected with 3rd parties that provide these lists and updated them according to law.

You keep asking the same question
I guess you don't have an answer to simple questions. which, again, is shady. My bank doesn't use anonymous card issuers, and my bank doesn't give inconsistent answers.

Quote
It's not hard to google blacklisted wallets. I don't have a list on demand
So you lied. You're the one who mentioned a public list of wallets. You're in the business where people have to trust you. If you lie about one thing, it makes me wonder what else you lie about.

Quote
we are connected with 3rd parties that provide these lists
So which one is it: is it a public list, or do you use "third parties"? Which third parties? Or let me guess: they're anonymous too? Do they share the same list, or do they all have different lists?

Quote
and updated them according to law.
Which law? In which country?
I know, you're not going to answer any of those questions. The reader can draw their own conclusion from that.

I'll use this post to add leave neutral feedback. Neutral, because that's how the Trust system should be used. It's not because I trust you. For further reading, see here.

@CoinPayCard.net
You have your self to blame for not answering the questions clearly. I think they were pretty clear. You mentioned that the deposits are sent to you first. After a check, you send them to your 3rd parties. You are planning to introduce bitcoin shortly. In that case, you need to know that some chain analysis companies and exchanges have given themselves the right to decide which coins are clean and which ones are dirty and tainted. The funny things is: even if they deem a particular UTXO as clean, a different centralized exchange uses different rules and 3rd-party partners that can tag those clean coins as dirty or consider them dirty because they came from a gambling platform or a mixer. This is ridiculous and proof they have no idea what they are doing.

So who decides what coins and wallets I can use and which ones I can't?
If I try to deposit a BTC UTXO (in the future when it's supported) that you or your partners consider unwelcome, you will just sent them back to me no questions asked? By your own words, those coins are still with you. Therefore, 3rd-party services shouldn't have access to them unless you give them my coins. The way I understood your previous post, is that you will send the money back. So will you do that for coins that are allegedly stolen, hacked, used for gambling, or come from mixers? Is it clearly explained in the TOS that if you deem our coins to be dirty we will get them back?

Hi Dave, let me answer your questions below.
Some thoughts:

From your T&C
Quote
CoinPayCard reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time, without notice.
Seriously? You more or less said that at any time you can take the money and run.

That’s not what our Terms says. We have the right like any other company/service you use to suspend our service if we need. Your money will be always yours, and in the case we need to shutdown ( not likely) you will always receive your money back. We are just transparent.

NOWHERE in your T&C do you say you will give peoples money back if you modify or terminate.
All it says it you can modify or terminate the service.

Look at it from the customers side. You are asking people to send you funds, when you have in your rules that you can change the rules of what you do and how you handle them at any time with no notice.

THAT IMO is going to scare people off.

-Dave

Guys, we are not going to respond anymore to this specific question. We answered enough how we deal with stolen coins. They are send back to the user. End of the story, nothing special nothing magical.

Our service is not based around stolen coins, we don’t accept them.
We always will and have accepted coins coming from gambling or mixers that was never an issue.

I'm an old anonymous follower of BTT and It's crazy what is going on.

As a someone who is interested in such a service as OP's, I found this discussion really boring.

I don't mean such discussions are unimportant, I like how everyone in BTT put time and effort to warn users about some points in certain services, but here, They are put in a useless point, instead of discussing main topics related to this service; not how it deals with such a rare case like this. Like yall scared it'd steal users funds by saying its stolen funds.Like there is no other million ways for doing that but only this, if they are really scam as you call. Here I'm just showing my point of view, I've not tried OP's service yet neither I'm saying its legit. I just wanted to criticize your way of discussion.

Edit
I did fuckin said IM AN OLD ANONYMOUS FOLLOWER. I just joined to comment on this. Thats all. Lol

I did fuckin said IM AN OLD ANONYMOUS FOLLOWER. I just joined to comment on this. Thats all. Lol

The other week I was scammed out of $350 by a guy on Discord claiming to sell invites for valuable torrent websites (site name omitted so I don't get lynched by their staff, even though they don't know me at all) People have him have a very peculiar writing style, I figured out.

First of course, they try to gain your trust, using promises and fake features, but they won't let you try the product for free, by any account.
Once they have your money, they will use the same techniques I mentioned above to try to hit you some more.

My point being, OP doesn't exhibit any of this. He even contacted me about my review offer (a follow up to that will be posted soon).

I know we like to look for hi-tech scammers in the Services board but the reality is, most of the scum is on the "Goods" marketplace section which is where most people on this site cut their teeth on.
