I gamble not because of victory or profit but because I am addicted to the entertainment that exists in gambling. every time I'm tired of working all day in the office I sometimes have a very long free time and I spend it to entertain myself in gambling.
even though I often lose at gambling compared to the wins I get, that won't make me stop gambling. because I always limit the money I can afford to lose in gambling and I always stick to my own rules.
so every time I gamble I try to play with small bets and at least it can last up to 2-3 hours that will really entertain me

There are many factors that drives me to gamble, sometimes it's all about my gut feel that I'll win.

And from experience, I can tell how frustrating and disappointing it is to have this kind of feeling and In the end, end up loosing all your money  .
This has happened to me several times when I was still pretty new to gambling, I can remember the number of times I found numbers on the road or saw some numbers in my dream and assumed they were a sign, that if I play those numbers in the lottery, I would win, I visit the lottery shop and bet all my money on those numbers and at the end of the day, win nothing... Gambling has indeed taught me lots of lessons.. Lol

Right now, I've resort to gambling just for the fun of it, though many times, the urge to gamble with a mindset of making some profit still do come, but I've learned to control my feelings better now.

It's truly disappointing when you think that you're the luckiest man in the world and that has driven you to gamble for the day, you're bound to have that belief that you're on the right track.

I don't gamble that much but I do know that most times when I do, I gamble just because I want to entertain myself but I always do it when I'm looking for a way to earn some cash ( but in rare occasions though). The maximum I've ever gambled was ~$50, I know it's small but I do that so as not to get addicted to it and I believe that ones I become addicted to it that fun vibes will no longer be there.

Just like you I mostly gamble if I have some extra penny and then if I am also bored that time. I then say to my self that this may be the perfect time to play a gambling. I don't expect to win big knowing that I only play with small amounts but if a win a couple of dollars then I am already happy with that and I will try to withdraw most of it.

50 dollars wasn't small for a small gambler like us but that is small for those who gamble with huge amounts. I don't even know if I reach that amount when playing. I think my max loss was only 30 dollars something. I just can't accept it whenever I lose amounts that I think big already. This is why I just gamble rarely so that my expense are only going to be small and then I will avoid to become addicted.

I also gamble with a small amount of money and I just do it to get some fun, after all the fun we can get with gambling is completely different than the fun we can get by watching TV or reading a book, gambling offers some excitement that is simply very difficult to obtain otherwise, so when you are really bored and you do not feel like doing the same you always do you can gamble a little bit of money and get some good entertainment for a very reasonable price.

^Usually following your favorite team drives you to gamble because you are hoping that they will win and that is why you will place a bet aiming with the same wish. Some people are just for entertainment purposes but few of those people are looking to gain profit and have money and that is why they gamble. Avoid the thing that your motive in gambling chasing your lose money because that is not good ever, it could be losing your entire fund if you will follow your emotion. I don't want gambling becomes a serious problem in the future if you can able to manage yourself in gambling, gambling is not bad but instead, it will also give you a benefits.

I am a person who is very fearful when it comes to betting, I bet little by little, I don't take risks at once, the only thing is that since I start betting I don't win much, but when I make bigger bets and last longer playing, the probability winning makes me sleepy and I don't win anything, what drives me now are two things, firstly, when I play I make big bets, big is to bet from 10 dollars onwards and that for me is enough, if I win I win like 20 or 30 more dollars and I leave it like that, because if I keep betting I lose everything, and the second thing is that I play fast without spending so much time because I think that things like that make me lose.

It was a game I paid for with free time and money which I was prepared to lose at it.  Don't make it as a moneymaker because it will cause a very great addiction and it will be very dangerous when you are immersed in it.  I only play bets that can make deposits using crypto, especially LTC, BNB, BTC and ETH.  Besides being simpler, transactions using crypto are easier and faster.

Doing gambling should be fun and something that you wont make yourself get stressed and its true that it is really that truly enjoyable and entertaining if you do make out some discussions with your fellow gamblers.
Im playing gambling whether those casino games or would be on sports betting when im on the mood and i do have some extra money on my pocket which i could make use into.
Just dont make yourself that ending up on being desperate or being greedy because this would really be resulting into a disaster when you do lost big time.

You shouldn't be an addict sometimes,you should go for a break and act as if you are not a gambler. I always gamble for fun and I see it as an entertainment, when you want to gamble winning comes into your mind first,nobody will ever think of losing, if not he will not gamble and this is what makes so many people try to win back their lost but end up losing all.

I think the boringness sometimes is what really drives me to urge to gamble and most of the time this is the reliable reason. I'm not that addicted into gambling, that's the difference. Lol, assuming what you say is true, your case is exceptional.

Everyone always hopes to win in gambling which to point out it's really money that drives and motivates, they may call it profit or winning but it's still money. A person doesn't need to be addicted to gambling b  because with just the motivation to double his money, he can try gambling for a day and quit the next.

What motivated me to learn poker was to make money, which I did. Not huge amounts, not enough to quit my job, but for many years now I have been making extra money. In the case you mention, casino games, the money you can win is punctual, in some sessions, but you lose money in the long term.
