Most times we often forget that not every predictions we make are always accurate and therefore got us discouraged whenever w e couldn't make it as expected in winning a particular match we bet on, this are disappointments that has nothing to cause a distortion to our interest in gambling because we are also lied with various opportunities to win whenever we gamble, but because of the passion we've got in doing this and doing it over and again repeatedly makes it our best choice to have fun whenever it comes to gambling regardless of the circumstances attached, gambling is by choice and we decide to do so because of our passion in it.

Well, I can tell you that for many gamblers out there, gambling is a business for them, not a choice, and those who fall into this category are the ones that see absolutely no fun in gambling, it is business and strictly business, they are itin it for the money/for the profit, nothing else.
I have many of such people in my area here in Nigeria, their professionalism is in gambling and amazing, they usually have a lot of followers who come to them for game predictions and all sort, makes me believe that there are indeed peeps that are wired for gambling, gambling is like their calling.

No matter how much we claim that gambling is merely for fun or passing out time, there is one thing that is certain which is the consciousness of making profit and with that been Said, we all are in gambling to make money no matter what we claim our motive is.

You really have to work on yourself especially now that are already aware of your addiction and  I think you should fix a way to work on your frequent visiting of a casino rather than trying to give excuse that seems excusable to you.
Addiction is a process and from what you said, it seems you're actually battling and struggling with not using your entire money to gamble and that's addiction growing and you need to work on yourself.

My motivation with gambling is definitely to make money, so it just ends up with fairly small bets and taking advantage of some rather generous offers at different book makers that allow you to cover both sides of a bet and walk away with a profit. Nothing major but a guaranteed $10-20 per week that gets taken out and put into stocks instead, which you could consider equal gambling but sticking with the largest dividend paying companies at least returns a slow passive benefit over time. I could quite happily walk away at any time, but it only requires patience and not getting carried away with spending the freely accumulated money on silly side bets or taking a chance at the slots.

Most of the gamblers have this reason as to why they are gambling. It's pretty much common since gambling is viewed as one of the easy ways to generate money, or so they thought, because it's one of the easy ways to lose money too if you don't know what you are doing. If you are doing whether casino gambling or sports betting, you need to possess enough knowledge, skills, and luck with you. You get the point there, gambling should basically be for fun but if one gets lucky sometimes to win big in gambling, then the winning should be taken as a bonus for effort and not a motivation to bet huge expecting to keep winning.
In gambling, not every day is a lucky day, but every day is a fun day if you take gambling as just for fun.
If the money comes fine but one does not need to set their mind on the money or try to recover the one that has been lost to avoid addiction, focusing on fun is the best way to do that and by so doing one will have a fun filled session without any anxiety.

For me gambling is fun because I only gamble with small amounts of money. I make no mistake in acknowledging the fact that I am not the best gambler nor am I a fortune teller or have some other way to predict the outcome of my gambling bets. Many people make this very same mistake and gamble large amounts of money and risk losing EVERYTHING.

I might never make giant winnings but at least I know I will not make giant losses. And honestly, I am completely ok with that. I have no problem with having fun and walking out, relaxed and without stress.

I know people who placed stupid bets after losing for a while, they just bet out of rage. Take it as a match yourself while playing the chance is 50-50. So why get emotional after losing a bet or two? Just like real sports it is fun to play, and enjoy both winning and losing.

I think it's normal for us to get emotional after losing one or two bets because we feel that the results of the analysis we did were good and have a chance to win, but it turns out that the match was really beyond our expectations and caused us to lose. Unless you are a pro poker player so yeah, you can make a lot of money if you have achieved that level of pro and has been in the circuit placing in every tournament or even winning some. I know it's frustrating to lose, but if you are ready to accept defeat in gambling, I think we can all move on.

No need to always chase those winnings, if you are lucky then it will come and not force the situation upon yourself, otherwise you will really get addicted to it. So change your motive for enjoyment and you will be good.

The answer most of the time is for fun but behind that reality will come up that it's most because of the money, the intention of winning decent amount to enjoy, though part of it is for having fun and killing some time, we mostly see reasons which directly say that they are for fun or for entertainment and we can't change that fact.

In my family they found gambling as sin so what i does is that whenever i found myself being bored i would go gamble for fun and most times trying out luck to see if i could fill back little bag that has been loose, so if it happens there is a good results then is a win win for me.

I even can`t understand how is it - to be addicted. It is the same as to watch football match of your favorite team. You can cry, you can be impressed or disappointed but tomorrow you go to the work and don`t think that you have to visit next match anyway. I just relax and pay for it. I read somewhere that gambling addiction is when someone feels like they cannot stop themselves from gambling, even when they know it is causing problems for themselves and those around them. It is a type of mental health issue where a person has trouble controlling their impulses. I think that people who have this addiction may feel a rush of pleasure when they gamble, and they may continue to gamble despite the negative consequences it is having on their lives. They might also feel anxious or depressed when they aren't gambling, and they might go to great lengths to get money for gambling. When they feel better while they are gambling, they may continue to do it even though their lives are falling apart because of it.
