They say that each gamblers has their own goal so I believe that there are also gamblers whose aim is to reach VIP or certain levels of it. They can feel a sense of achievement when they get it. If you play responsibly, it will take time for you to touch the VIP of a gambling site but playing responsibly is still better no doubt as we can only lose small amounts this way and on top of it is we still get entertained.

Aren't the two bonuses that you can't get at any time? Based on my educated guess, the percentage could come from the rake in the poker room. Let's say it offers 10% and you place a bet of $10, the rakeback is $1 and the 25% from that $1 is $0.25.
