Al Nassr is now just one point behind Al Hilal, who still top the Saudi Pro League. Therefore, Al Nassr's chances of returning to the top of the table this season are increasingly evident, as their players are consistently striving to win and secure three points in every important match. I also hope Al Nassr can win the title this season, as they have spent a significant amount of money to compete and win the Saudi Pro League in previous seasons, but that hasn't been achieved by Al Nassr until last season.

I am happy that Al Nassr is now eager to pursue the title again, I noticed that it seems that their defense problems have been resolved and are back as solid as at the beginning of the season, only maybe now what they have to face and immediately solve is the relationship with Ronaldo, because after all it can again affect their performance in the league, without Ronaldo, the team can be quite difficult to win every match.

In my opinion, the Saudis have already realized that they have the attention they need and that the teams have quality. Even if they were to send Ronaldo away now, I highly doubt the impact of that decision would be very significant. The TV channels wouldn't stop talking about and broadcasting that league because it has other famous players. Al Nassr can also win without Ronaldo. For the amount of money the Saudis are currently spending on Ronaldo, I don't think it's worth it. The Saudi league won't die without Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is already 41 years old. And the Saudi Professional League has reached such a level that it won't die without Ronaldo. Once he leaves, the popularity may dip. By as much as 50%. But that will happen sooner or later, as Ronaldo is approaching his retirement age. This time, it is difficult to justify the actions from Ronaldo. A few months back, he tried to bully the Al Nassr management and got away with it. In order to please him, the management decided to change the coach, and a few players. But this time, he directly locked horns with the PIF and the League organizers.
I believe that if Ronaldo leaves the Saudi Arabian League,, I'm certain that the league will become deserted and its audience will be reduced. I can't deny that Ronalldo is the main attraction and what makes the Saudi Arabian League so famous. I'm sure that if Ronaldo didn't play in the Saudi Arabian League,, the league wouldn't be as well-known as it is now. Therefore,, if Ronaldo leaves the league, the Saudi Arabian League will return to being a league that many people won't talk about anymore.

While it's true that many other players are also famous in the Saudi Arabian League,, their popularity still doesn't match Ronaldo's. That's why Ronaldo tends to overdo things there. But even so, I think what Ronaldo did at Al Nasr was a very positive thing. Because we can see that after Ronaldo approached Al Nasr about changing coaches and bringing in the players he wanted, Al Nasr's performance improved slightly. So,, I think what Ronaldo did was right, it's just that he was a little overly sensitive.

As long as they can fix their defensive issues, that's good enough. And I'm sure this team won't lose easily. But yeah, it would be better if Cristiano Ronaldo could return to every game. I hope the problems in this team can be quickly resolved, especially Cristiano Ronaldo's strike or something like that. I don't know the details about this. But I hope he can play again. Because watching Al-Nassr without Cristiano Ronaldo's presence sometimes feels very boring.

Al-Hilal will be a stronger competitor now. Because Benzema has even joined the club. Which will indeed make Al-Hilal stronger this season. Al-Nassr must be more consistent starting from now.

Benzema has so far achieved what Ronaldo dreamed of: becoming a champion while playing for an underdog club. Now that Al Nassr has a real chance to unseat the main favorite, Benzema has changed clubs and is once again ready to be Ronaldo's dream-crusher  Grin It seems the players maintain a good relationship (despite how the media portrays it), but after this season it may deteriorate a little.
I hope Ronaldo has sorted out his affairs in the SPL and will play in the upcoming game. I'm tired of scandals: I just want to watch football without a bunch of background stories and drama.

Al Nassr will win the games in the Saudi league; the Saudis have already had what they needed most, which was great attention. The world now knows the Saudi league well and won't stop following it just because Ronaldo left the league. If he leaves.

Karim Benzema is having impressive record in Saudi League while playing for Al Ittihad and now have new club Al Hilal in this season currently title race is wide open between 3 clubs Al Hilal is leading table by 1 point from Al Nassr and Al Ahli is having 47 points which bring them to 3rd spot.

It's too early to talk about which team is going to win because it's not easy to predict about winner from here any team can go through Al Nassr overcome their bad patch with now back on winning streak Al Hilal is already competitive, but they are improving their strength which will give them good advantage in long run.

Karim Benzema was brought to reinforce Al-Hilal attack line and push the team in its quest to win the league title again. It is hard indeed at this point to estimate which team will win. It is true Al-Ahli is near the other two teams but I think their chances to win are less than them.
At the same time, Cristiano Ronaldo problem with PIF was resolved apparently, he will be with his team in the next match. For me the probability for Al-Nassr are similar to Al-Hilal to grab the title this season at 40% each while Al-Ahli at 20%

This is just a weird situation. I can understand Ronaldo's point of view but the problem is within the Saudi Federation: how is it possible that four different teams playing in the same league share the same owners? It doesn't make sense. I'm not there is something like this anywhere else in the world because it's usually forbidden everywhere. A transfer like Benzema's is ridiculous, it's like seeing a player who moves for free from Arsenal to Liverpool just because they share the same owners. I still don't understand how this is allowed.

I think this is really very good news for all the Al-Nassr fans and viewers that they are again in the race of real title contenders of this season. They are in the struggle to put their efforts in the meaningful zone where they can bring a great achievement which will be helpful for their fans to get an incredible satisfaction. And I think Al-Nassr is really well deserving of the win of this season. Because their dedication and determination was cleared and they also made efforts to have a significant position. But their decline in performance or points really makes their fans very uncomfortable and disturbing and the good thing is the hope is to build up again of their win. If we see the overall performance of this team they performed great at the start of the season with the best squad and the credibility of the squad has been proven in the win of Al-Nassr this time.

Cristiano's right to complain because 4 different teams in the same league shared the same owner doesn't make sense. Everybody knows it was wrong when Benzema moved to Al Hilal from Al Ittihad on a free transfer. Will Cristiano get 15% Al Nassr shares if he quits the SPL?

Al Hilal had a goal-less gane today in the ACL cup against Shabab AlAhli, they draw the game because both of them were not able to score…Al Hilal had more possession but Shabab AlAhli attack was very good even though they didn’t score because Al Hilal goalkeeper saved their three good chances to score on that game. Since this team is not in the SPL we can’t actually say if Al Hilal might get back to their draw steaks again!

Ronaldo is expected to return playing with Al Nassr as per some news I’ve seen, since he demanded the club pays it staffs unpaid wages and I think they’ve already payed..so

So if you're being cheated in a game, you keep quiet because the system supports cheating and you have to be focused on a playing that's unfair and rigged against you? Make it make sense mate, Ronaldo is fighting a good cause, he's fighting for fairness and against a corrupt football system, it doesn't matter whether he's playing or not, atleast he's trying to set things right and it's better than keeping quite and being cheated by an unfair system. Al Nassr fans should be proud to have a player like Ronaldo that would stand up against a corrupt football system.

Anyone who's still not happy because of what Ronaldo is doing doesn't understand football, someone is trying to fight for the right of his team and to make things work better some people are condemning him after the visibilities he has given to the league? Al Nassr fans  already knows that he's doing everything possible to make sure they don't get cheated that's why they are supporting him because it he's a player that doesn't like fairness he will be playing and making his money not minding what's happening to the time but because he likes the team and wants them to have the opportunity of winning the league he wants things to be balanced so that the team can also have players that will be able to compete with their rivals. I support Ronaldo in this fight and I think the football system over there needs to be changed.
Exactly, even the Al Nassr fans knows this, they are in full support of what Ronaldo is doing. How does it makes sense that out of four clubs they are not given equal attention in terms of financial backings and it's not that they don't have the money, they just purposely kept recycling the money just between Al Hilal and Al Littihad because if you check properly, these two clubs the highest quality players in the league especially Al Hilal. The fans had to show solidarity for Ronaldo in their last home match when they all raised a pal card which inscribed the jersey number 7 and they all raised it when the clock was at minute 7. So people still fail to realise what Ronaldo is doing at the moment. I'm not surprised because some people don't like him and what ever he does whether good or bad, they will always criticise him for it.

From what I know, the strike was not about unpaid wages. And it had nothing to do with the Al Nassr management. Ronaldo's primary complaint was that the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) was favoring their rivals (especially Al Hilal). And no progress has been made on that regard. Karim Benzema's transfer from Al Ittihad to Al Hilal was the trigger point for Ronaldo. Anyway, as per ESPN the strike is over and he is expected to return to the club soon. Their next match is against the weak Al Fateh on 14th February. And before that they have a match against the Arkadag FC (Asian Champions League 2).

I think Ronaldo wanted to send a strong message. He knows he can't keep going with this "strike" because European markets are closed and the World Cup is only a few months away, he has to play in order to arrive at the World Cup in a good physical and mental condition. Not playing while being against the management is a lose-lose situation for everyone, but especially for him.

Yes, As per.. ABola

Source: https://www.abola.pt/noticias/fim-da-greve-ronaldo-ganha-braco-de-ferro-com-os-sauditas-e-volta-a-jogar-2026020914283449542

Yeah, the strike is directly about PIF unfair distribution not for Al Nassr but Ronaldo agreed to come back playing for them and then asked the management to pay the staff unpaid wages before he does.

He already sent a clear message and It's good that they've come to an agreement especially for his own good. Just as you've said, the World Cup is just by the corner and not playing actively will definitely affect his physical condition and also psychologically. Whatever he wants he just needs to play actively till the World Cup.

He's fighting for a good cause and it's good that he did. There has been news about the league unjust payments and unpaid wages which am sure affects a lot of players and even workers in the league. Ronaldo has to return to help his team, they are challenging for the title so they need their captain to lead them to glory. I believe his message has been well received and I hope things changes to better from now on.

I'm very happy to hear the news that Ronaldo will end his strike because if Al Nassr plays without Ronaldo, it feels less exciting because when Ronaldo plays, his performance is always entertaining. Yes, if Ronaldo continues to go on strike, it will definitely be a loss for him because the World Cup is coming soon, so Ronaldo must hone his skills from now on because if he doesn't hone his skills, then when the World Cup starts, Ronaldo's performance will potentially decline if, for example, Ronaldo doesn't play from now on.

But I haven't heard any clear news, but what I do know is that Ronaldo will play for Al Nassr when Al Nassr plays against Al Fateh. Do you know about the Al Nassr match against Arkadag in the AFC Cup? Does that mean Ronaldo will play or not in that match?

Most chances Cristiano Ronaldo is not going to leave this league before end of his contract because he is having enough luxurious facilities with share in Al Nassr club, about his strike today all things sorted out he is going to play in coming game Al Fateh on 14th February.

While Saudi League is doing enough work for keeping things on balance and their huge investments are also having good impact on their success even it's still a long way to go for them for having good prospect in soccer leagues, but they are well aware about challenges which are going to be faced in future without Cristiano Ronaldo.

Few big names also doing good still it's not what is Ronaldo in Saudi league keeping consistency and improving quality is the most important job for them with having good facilities that improve their local player's skills and that will also help them in long run, having academies will also work for them to develop this league.

My question is what message is Christiano Ronaldo trying to send ? Because there is absolutely no reason for him to be going on strike, do you have to go on strike because you feel that they’re strengthening other teams more than they are strengthening your team, it’s absolutely ridiculous if he feels that way he should have a dialogue with the management or the League Body of the Saudi Arabia Pro League, so which is why I have been wanting to always ask what is happening with Christiano Ronaldo and his mentality and the way of doing something to improve his team, if he wants to win the League he should be playing well to win games so he can achieve what he really wanted by winning the Saudi League, he followed it the wrong way.

I completely agree with your comment. I am very excited to see the result of Al Nasr's match, just like when Real Madrid VS Barcelona match is played, I am very happy if Barcelona wins, just like now. Al Nasr has performed very well in the last few matches and they have gradually overcome their weaknesses and have returned to their previous position. However, if everything is fixed very quickly through an exchange of opinions with Ronaldo, then maybe we will see the same position as before, just like we saw at the beginning of the season.

Currently, there are many opportunities to leave Al Hilal behind and move up. Al Hilal's current performance has become relatively bad. If Al Nasr is able to win a few matches in a row during this time, then they will be able to make a big difference in the points table.
