Sure, Ronaldo is going to score in this first match, he's probably going to score the opening goal of the team and if he does it is a good sign and morale which will propel them higher for the bigger challenges. I think this is completely unfair to say tbat Saudi Pro league is a low tier league because if it is like than all the top European players were never joined this. And this is a big reality that their arrival and their presence in the Saudi Pro league makes the league even more worthy more prominent and famous worldwide. It's no wonder there are so few rumors circulating about players linked to teams in the Saudi Arabian League. This is apparently because the transfer window hasn't opened yet. I would not say "decade" but yeah for the past 4 seasons or so, since Ronaldo arrived, they have done a lot better. They have improved a lot and if they keep spending this much money all the time, I am pretty sure that they are going to eventually dominate AFC and AFC2 without a doubt.

Right now they are still improving, they need to get a bit better for that, but by the looks of it, they keep getting better and better players. They started the offers with 100+ million offers to get superstars like Ronaldo, Benzema, Mane, Neymar. But nowadays they are getting better and better with time at the moment so I would say that they are not going to suddenly start being worse, they are going to keep being a very good league.

Asides the name that he made for himself which has made him remain relevant, Cristiano Ronaldo is a hardworking man that put in lots of efforts to continue being fit and doing well but age would always tell on humans whether we like it or not and both non Ronaldo and Ronaldo fans should acknowledge that.

I like it when a fan is not sentimental about the performance of their favorite player. Of course, every reasonable fan and supporter of Cristiano Ronaldo will know that he has lost form, and it is normal because of his age but due to his achievements in the past that is why we still accord him credits. I agree with you that he should not be made a first-choice player because that is the only way the team can succeed and all of them will claim the glory together. Portugal is made up of world class players so i don't see how not making him a first-choice player will become problematic to the team.
