Duelbits is one of the example, once you make a crypto deposit, your balance will not be shown in crypto, but it will be shown in coin (usd). Lets say you make a 0.01btc deposit, you wont see it in your account balance as 0.01btc but it will be shown as 277 (usd). It means that players are not able to play something like 100 satoshi 1000 satoshi etc but players will be able to play with 0.01/0.1/1 coin (usd).

Now this is true, Stake only has the feature of showing or converting balances into fiat when in a casino wallet and in a game but when making a withdrawal or deposit transaction the currency value remains in crypto, not fiat.
I also often use this feature to get a lower minimum bet and the lowest fiat in each minimum bet is USD.

I have tested out back in the past about that internal exchange of your coins into other coins but not fiat which it does also require that KYC because that 3rd party had switch up and integrate that
KYC procedure which means that it isnt really that worth on doing so.If you are really that liking to withdraw a specific coin then it would be more better if you do pull it off and
